We
took
a
chance
on
the
broadly
advertised
Thanksgiving
Buffet.
1st,
they
have
everything
to
learn
about
traditional
Southern
US
Thanksgiving
necessities.
The
food
was
mediocre
at
best.
We
were
seated,
at
table
3,
and
had
to
walk
at
least
100
yards
(one
way)
to
browse
a
disorganized
mix
of
foods.
The
head
chef
has
no
clue
of
seasoning
for
a
very
Southern
audience!
100
yards
back
to
table
3
and
after
a
couple
of
tastes
we
said,
“Why
didn’t
we
go
back
to
Gaylord
Texas
for
our
thanksgiving
feast
(they
know
what
they
are
doing)!
We,
as
well
as
all
others,
had
to
pay
in
advance
for
SERVICES
AND
QUALITY
NOT
RENDERED.
For
a
25%
built
in
gratuity
we
had
to
ask
for
water,
no
one
cleared
used
plates
from
table…..
No
other
conveniences
were
offered.
Was
table
3
just
a
fluke?
We
don’t
think
so!!
Totally
insulted
by
such
poor
service
and
food.
No
way
we
could
recommend
your
product!
