I made a reservation for Sunday breakfast buffet for eight to celebrate my wife's special birthday. I made this reservation in person so I could make sure that I wanted the private dining room. Received several texts from Open Door confirming the reservation, number, and private dining room accommodation. When my wife and I arrived on time we were told the private dining room was already taken by a group WITHOUT A RESERVATION!!!!! I was told our table was ready and the wait staff had to put another table together as there was only two tables together when we were seated. Although I did receive a discount for their mistake the event was definitely spoiled as my family was surrounded by others as opposed to the privacy the restaurant promised. I highly doubt I will go back as the lack of care detracted from a special day. Also, the entire party ordered the buffet, and while I understand gratuity is added on to the party, 20% is ridiculous considering for the most just pouring coffee and water.

Avoid at all costs. They will put cheese on your "plain" burger and scrape it off when they realize they made a mistake but still serve it to you... Absolutely disgusting. Thank God my kids dont have a dairy allergy. They deducted the cost of the contaminated meal, but the right thing to do would have been a full refund. Very poor.

Conveniently located right inside the Omni. Delicious unique dishes, moderately priced, nice atmosphere and quick service.

The food was good. The wait staff was better. Nothing note worthy about this place to distinguish it from the million other stake houses in this area. If you are looking for a quite place to eat and talk, this is the place. Once you’re done talking, Go next door to their other establishment and get drinks.

If you are at OMNI hotel in ft worth this is a must stop. I had fish and chips and it didn’t disappoint. Good service and flavourful fish and chips.

Nice breakfast buffet with slight differences day to day to keep it interesting. Convenient to charge to the room. Kids five and under are free at buffet with adult purchase so that makes it even better. Nice warm fireplace. Music at the right volume. Friendly staff. Food isn’t anything super special but it’s very good and the fruit is nice and fresh. I would definitely eat here over other options.

Hostess at the front was too busy doodling on a notepad to assist me with my order. Told someone else to do it and never looked up. Guess she did not feel like working today…the young lady without the glasses who actually assisted me was pleasant.

Fantastic service & food. We ate breakfast there and the selection was great and perfectly prepared. We had Valentine's dinner there and it was out of this world. The chef was a miracle-worker and made an asparagus cappuccino that was absolutely fabulous (I hate asparagus and I LOVED it.). The seafood boullabaise was one of the best dishes I have ever had and the cheesecake was perfect. Miss Evelyn was the best waitress I have encountered in a long time. She's also a great bartender in the Omni lobby. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Ravi was an amazing server! Excellent service and food. He attended to our large group very well. The manager was gracious and welcoming. The food was top notch, with a diverse and delicious menu. Best mojito I have ever had! Highly recommend!

Pizza was good. Fries tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp all day. They were very dry and tough. Place was packed with money. Great atmosphere though! Felt like the waitress was rushing me to order food. Stood there waiting over me to order and had just given me a menu. Asked for water 3 times and none was served but when my husband asked she brought some 🙄. Place is pretty pricey too.

Pretty good just over priced. I got an appetizer and dessert while on quick break I think it came out to be like $38.

We did a Mother’s Day brunch with the family. We loved the food options available and ambience…their omelette was heavenly! I like that it was also kid-friendly. The parking situation that day was a bit hectic ( probably because it was Mother’s Day)

We took a chance on the broadly advertised Thanksgiving Buffet. 1st, they have everything to learn about traditional Southern US Thanksgiving necessities. The food was mediocre at best. We were seated, at table 3, and had to walk at least 100 yards (one way) to browse a disorganized mix of foods. The head chef has no clue of seasoning for a very Southern audience! 100 yards back to table 3 and after a couple of tastes we said, “Why didn’t we go back to Gaylord Texas for our thanksgiving feast (they know what they are doing)! We, as well as all others, had to pay in advance for SERVICES AND QUALITY NOT RENDERED. For a 25% built in gratuity we had to ask for water, no one cleared used plates from table….. No other conveniences were offered. Was table 3 just a fluke? We don’t think so!! Totally insulted by such poor service and food. No way we could recommend your product!

Enjoyed their Thanksgiving brunch. Huge selection of wonderful foods. Harvest salad and Lobster bisque were my favorites along with the pistachio cream cake. Mikel took great care of us. Thank you. We had a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Breakfast was a big disappointment. The salmon bagel looked like the salmon had been zombified. 🧟‍♂️ My husband is not one to complain about food and he said it was inedible. The cappuccino was served in a normal thin/tall coffee mug. It tasted like coffee with some foam on top. The water cup was so sweaty after not long of sitting on the table, when I picked it up it just slipped right out of my hands and water went everywhere. For what they charge, we really regretted going there.

Food was ok. Nothing great and not terrible. Priced high for what you get but that’s normal for hotels.

The food here is AMAZING. The wife and I went last night for our anniversary dinner and the staff made us feel more than welcomed. The desert photo is a special surprise our server brought us once he found out what we were celebrating! This might be our new special event dinner spot. Everything was perfect, thank you!

Other than the Mac and cheese (made with Gouda) which is superior, the cast iron sampler is rather mediocre. Not impressed with the freshness of the ingredients. The seasoning is ok; the preparation either on the dry (chicken) or greasy (sausage) end. Quite limited wine menu as well. Friendly service.

We enjoyed this breakfast! They cooked my eggs perfectly and the steak was full of flavor and cooked to perfection as well! I only wish they had Mimosas to go with everything but we had a cappuccino that was pretty good. The hostess and waiter were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

Service was great, food was good but the room temperature was unbearable...I actually got sick do to not being dressed warm enough. It over 80° on Christmas day and the restaurant was below 50°, probably to support the two ice-sculptures...it wasn't worth it because of that. We should have been warned about the low temperature before so we could have dressed warmer.

Both of our meals were terrible. The brisket dip meat was very dry and the bread was sopping in grease. The fish and chips was also dry and the oil needed to be changed in the fryer. I usually don’t write bad reviews but when neither person at a table eats more then 1/4 of the food on the plate and nobody asks why, you know they know the low quality of food they are serving…..

Very nice Ambiance- staff are courteous and good choice for breakfast. Overall hotel looks excellent and this is inside Omni. Good choice in downtown Dallas area.
