Everything is great. The waiter was awesome, he is really friendly and humorous. The food was amazing. And beautiful decoration. This is a good place for friends and couple to try some Asian food!!

I like the atmosphere and the food here. I do not, however, like getting an appetizer after we receive our meal. I really didn't like that the pan-seared pork dumplings were cold on the inside on top of arriving late. We were never offered a refill of our alcoholic beverages. Our server was just missing the whole time. It was a negative experience this time. I will update if I try again.

Me and my wife decided to come here for the first time. Walking in it had a very relaxing atmosphere. They are however a little bit understaffed but it took maybe two minutes for us to get seated our waiter was very professional and polite and honest with us about timing on our food. I had the short ribs with a spicy slaw. Very delicious. The sweetness of the ribs complemented the spice of the ribs. For our main I had the honey chicken with fried rice and my wife had the beef with peppers and onions.very well made and the beef was delicious as well. For dessert we had the chocolate pastry. The sake we had was chilled and pretty good. So pros, place is very relaxing around 2pm in the afternoon. The wait Staff are very helpful and honest with us. Also those who do go here must also understand that it seems like they are short staffed but to be patent and you will get the best service. Tldr. Great place to eat would eat here again

Pretty typical for PF Chang's. The food is what you'd expect from all of their locations, good and pretty fast. The service was average here. I know some people have said some great things about their servers there, I just didn't get one. The only disappointing thing I noticed is the restrooms are not cleaned on a schedule. If I was in the area I would go again.

Really great atmosphere, it wasn’t crowded at all for a Friday night which was nice. Our server was amazing, she suggested to bring us surprise drinks and she did great with every single one of them. The lettuce wraps, sushi and fried green beans were all amazing. The pace of the food was really quick also. 10/10 here!

This was my first time at a PF Chang’s, and I was pleasantly surprised! The inside decor and ambiance is much nicer than I was expecting. The food was phenomenal, we had the chicken lettuce wraps, calamari, and dragon roll. The dragon roll presentation was fun haha! The service was great as well, Taylor took care of us and he was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back to see him.

I come here all the time and today was especially special. Our waiter Taylor did an amazing job and was very prompt on service. The manager came around to make sure we were ok as well and it felt like they both really cared. The beef and broccoli was amazing as well!

I ordered takeout, so I can't really attest to the full dining experience, but I was super happy with them nonetheless. I ordered the lettuce wraps and the potstickers. The potstickers needed a tad bit more salt in the meat, but were still good. I especially liked the spicy sauce they served with it. The lettuce wraps were amazing! Very smoky and full of flavor. They give you a ton of lettuce too. I'll definitely try to check them out in person in the future.

Got chicken lettuce cup, cup of hot and sour soup, shrimp lo mein. The lettuce cup is pretty good, sweet, savory, and refreshing. The hot and sour soup is not spicy nor sour enough. The shrimp lo mein is good, and the shrimp is not rubbery. My friends also got cheese cake, which they said was good. If you like Americanized Chinese food, you will love this place. If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, this ain't it.

Taylor was an excellent server! The food was out quickly and tasted delicious! Our daughter was begging to have some PF Changs, so we drove 40 minutes for dinner! lol it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this place it is good every time!

Love the design of the place, food is phenomenal, and our server Taylor gave us amazing service. For example, every PF Chang I’ve gone to I’ve never been told I could have lo mien noodles with my Mongolian beef, but Taylor made sure to let me know of ALL my options. Definitely recommend eating here,

We had a wonderful meal served by Taylor. The lettuce wraps appetizer is always so good, and the beef broccoli was cooked to perfection. Taylor was very attentive and polite. We were dining with a 7 months old grandson, and the cook also helped with some unseasoned grilled chicken for him that was not on the menu. So thoughtful!! We will visit again when we are in Fort Worth!

First visit. Huge space, nice setting. It was dead on a Thursday afternoon. They were able to get our group in and out within our time frame since we had to return to court. They have vegan options too, altho the Eggplant stir fry was kind of boring.

1st time going. Great presentation walking in the door. Very open and plenty of room. Lunch time wasn't crowded or loud. Ordered the chicken wrap appetizer, which was interesting for me. It's a wedge lettuce that allows you to create your own wraps based on what's on the plate. The chicken was flavorful, salad wedge was fresh, and the sauce was a pretty good mixture of soy and whatever else as my pallet is not that goid. The main course I ordered was honey crispy chicken with brown rice. Chicken was perfectly cooked, and the amount of honey was just the right amount. The rice is a little dry, but most brown rice is dryer than others. The rice was still good with the mixture of the chicken/honey it complimented each other. Now, the strawberry cucumber limeade was delicious. Perfect addition for the meal as it has sliced strawberries and cucumbers in it that as you drink come through the straw giving you that wonderful flavors of the strawberries and cucumbers. Need to see if they can make an alcohol version of it and would be a perfect pair for dinner or lunch if not going back to work. Lol The waitress I had was prompt and very pleasant. Brought me extra lettuce wrapped already for to go in order for me to eat my leftovers. Would eat there again, no problems on my visit.

Place has great vibes, hip music, awesome food and great service, our guy Taylor he’s the man he knew what we wanted being our first time here and made our dine in very special!

Celebrating my niece 20th birthday with 10 family members. Made reservations with staff and upon arrival the table was set up with special place mats and birthday card. The staff took great care of our dining needs and were very friendly. The food was perfect, very tasty and delicious. The eggs rolls, chicken lettuce Wraps and banana spring rolls for dessert was great. Free parking in the garage next to PF Changs. It was a great experience and we will be back.

We came here for my niece’s bday dinner and the food and service were poor. The food itself tasted like they had used old frying oil for all the protein. We ordered crab wontons and they were burned. Service overall was very extremely slow; we had 5 adults and 2 kids (toddler and 6 year old) and we were seated at a 5 person table and had to ask for additional seating. We had to hunt down the server to take our drink and food order.

We had a reservation at 7:30 and showed up 10 mins early and we're seated promptly. Our waiter was Taylor - and he was a delight. He made sure we were taken care of and was very courteous. He made our kid-free date night 100x more enjoyable with making sure our drinks stayed full - and we were happy. THANK YOU TAYLOR!!!

I'm not one who prefers Chinese food, but this food was exceptional. I ordered the Mongolian Steak. The meat was NOT chewy or burnt or undercooked. It was very tasty and tender. The pace was a little slower than I'd like and the dessert was not as lush and rich as preferred, but overall a good stop. Will eat here again if I'm looking for Chinese food. Very reasonable prices.

Terry was amazing!! She was super sweet and pleasant to talk to! This is also one of the best chocolate martinis I have ever had!! Never been to this location but the food was really good as well! I love their gluten free options! It makes eating delicious again! 🤤😋 Thank you so much for the great experience Terry!!

Above and beyond on service. Our server, Emelio was wonderful and attentive, and Chrystal, the host was very hospitable. They are both a strong asset to this establishment. The dinner was wonderful as well.

Downtown Fort Worth location is awesome, fast food service and convenient. Mongolian Beef never disappoints, boyfriend tried the Crispy Honey Chicken 8/10 but I’m a beef lover. Tyler was a great waiter, refilled our drink constantly! Love this place!

Absolutely loved the service, I really enjoyed this visit. Chang’s coconut cooler is a MUST if you’re a coconut lover. The chocolate cake was so rich and delicious I highly recommend it to anyone that has a sweet tooth. Huge shout out to our server Georgia she was the best. Ask for her if you want excellent service!

Abby is the best server in all the land. We had a blast and the staff were top notch. The shrimp pad tai was amazing. We were laughing with the servers and manager, they’re awesome. We will be back.

So many gluten free options that are delicious! Large serving size and Courtney was so accommodating when we told her of the gluten allergy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for gluten free options.

Haven't been in a minute, but the food is still exceptional. Service was great Vin was entertaining the kids and his drink recommendations were on point.

Server Vido was 👍🏾super!! Very attentive and thorough. Food was good. Shrimp dumplings were flavorful. Chicken lettuce wraps were the star 🌟 for me. My 14 year thinks Pei Wei is better- certainly a bit more economical.

My husband and I came to the PF Changs in downtown Fort Worth, and received the best service from Courtney! We were very well taken care of, and the food was amazing. We will definitely be visiting again!
