First time here after driving past the place so many times, glad we chose to eat there! Charles, our server, was very welcoming and friendly at all times. The food was served pretty fast and tasted great. Swapped the carrots on both plates for different sides and had no issues. Meatloaf and chicken fried steak were both great options, loved them both. Planning on coming back!

Went here to celebrate a birthday! Good tasting food and nice service. A little pricey but everything tasted good. I appreciate one of the waitresses asking if it was okay to sweep next to our table (I think her name was Selma). This earned major points and one of the reasons I would go back.

It was my first visit and I wasn't disappointed. My server, I think his name was Robert, was very attentive, professional, and engaging. The roasted chicken was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The sides of fried okra and loaded mashed potatoes were a great accompaniment. Nice ambiance and very enjoyable restaurant.

This review will be short…- EVERYTHING IS A 5 STAR! Please GO AND TRY it for yourself! It is a bit pricey, but the food and the service speaks “HIGHLY” for itself❗️I absolutely recommend eating at this restaurant. The environment is dark & dim, with such a calming atmosphere. Yes-, it is a cultural establishment as well, - EVERYONE IS WELCOMED. GO and enjoy a GREAT MEAL‼️

A nice dinner while in the DFW area. The place was pretty busy, but we got some seating outside which was nice. The shrimp salad was really good along with some spaghetti squash. We loved the bread pudding. My family said their food was okay, but certain menu items didn't hit the mark as well.

Wonderful service despite being very packed during weekend lunch time! The salad was huge and the chicken parm was very moist and crispy. The bread pudding is amazing ✨ The lighting is a bit poor, but I find that it adds to the atmosphere.

IF YOU LOVE BREAD PUDDING LIKE WE DO!!! THIS restaurant is a MUST try when you are in the DFW area! FOOD WAS excellent and Puddin was on POINT! Chef's Kiss 💋 It's a Perfect Date night Restaurant and our server Robert was super Attentive and happily gave us some off menu items to try on our next visit! HE IS AN ASSET! He made our 1st time visiting the restaurant a memorable experience. We went there just for the pudding and didn't really expect much in regards to the actual meal but we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was Super Tasty and fresh! This establishment after the 1st bite of our food has officially became one of our top spots! We tried the catfish, Shrimp Scampi and The Marvelous Hot and Steamy Bread Pudding! We drove just about 1 hour to this spot and it was Definitely Worth it!

I ordered the chicken piccata with glazed carrots and I’m so sad I forgot my leftovers because it was fresh and delicious. I also ordered the mocktail which was a great replacement for alcoholic drinks

The atmosphere, the level of service, and the food are absolutely on point here each and every time we come in. Every worker is attentive and constantly working to provide the best possible service. The food is fantastic, and they offer many gluten-free options that make it easy for a blended family (gluten allergies and no allergies) to enjoy a nice meal together in one place. The portion sizes are large, and we had plenty to take home. We never had to request a drink refill, plates to be taken away, or anything else, only the check at the end. This has become our new weekend spot, and we can't wait to return.

Charlestons is always fire. It’s funny because there are usually mostly older people there but the food is great. Highly recommend the meat loaf and the French dip sandwich, which is one of the best in Fort Worth hands down!!

The food was good. The flat bread was delicious, house salad was meh, the mahi-mahi was a bit salty but not too bad. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and tasty. Key lime pie was sweet and so tasty. Best thing was the superb waitstaff and personnel.

Dinner and service were phenomenal. My husband had the salmon and it was probably the best I've ever had. A little pricy but delicious. My sister appreciated the gluten free menu.

The overall ambiance in the restaurant itself was amazing, Ross, our server was attentive and made sure we never had an empty glass. The spinach artichoke app hit the spot before our meals. Both the porkchops and the meatloaf were good, but you have to get the mashed potatoes - you will not be disappointed with your side choice. Bathrooms were clean and attended to frequently.

We got the meatloaf and a kale salad and they were both phenomenal. I would highly recommend Charleston's for your dining needs. They have great staff, our waiter I had such a great attitude and he made our visit exquisite. He also made a great wine recommendation.

New to Texas. Staff and food were EXCELLENT I tell you! I didn’t have to ask for anything. I have been 4 times now s as bad I get the same enthusiasm from all of the staff each time without fail. I’ve tried a different entree each time and haven’t been disappointed so far. The key lime pie is a hitter for me mainly so because I hadn’t found a place that I liked the pie but they have a close one - the crust ingredients through me off but I still enjoyed it 🤗

I always love coming here. Charlestons is always a comfortable place to have a great flavorful meal with an elevated feel to it. I recommend trying the sangria while you’re here too. One of the best places to eat in the Hulen Mall area of Fort Worth!

Absolutely fantastic experience all around! The salmon caesar is to die for with perfectly cooked salmon, the shrimp cargo appetizer melts in your mouth, and the Hawaiian steak special was great! Service is fast and professional and the atmosphere is great overall. We will continue coming back for sure!!!

Best garlic mashed potatoes I've ever had! By recommendation, we went to Charleston's but we were cutting it close by getting there an hour before closing. A beautiful, warm environment with nice ambient lighting for date night. Comfortable booths. Staff has definitely been trained to provide excellent service. Taylor, our server, was so generous with her information, tolerant with our inability to figure out what we wanted to drink and didn't rush us. It took a few minutes for our specialty cocktail to arrive but we hadn't even noticed because we'd been so busy talking. Later, the bartender actually came out and chatted with us about the ingredients in our unique drink that contained absinthe. When we needed something, we were able to ask one of the bussers and he didn't just get our server, he actually went and got the item. Everyone was so friendly and nonplussed by us accidentally staying past closing time. I felt absolutely horrible and apologized for feeling disrespectful. They all reassured us it was no problem. Did I mention the food is excellent??!! Steak cooked to perfection, the best garlic mashed potatoes I've ever had in my life and a delicious fresh croissant with our salad. No A1 sauce required at this steakhouse. Will definitely return again.

I have been here twice. While the first time was more memorable; the second wasn't so much. It wasn't busy at all and we were seated quickly. But the meatloaf I had ordered seemed way too much like a frozen patch of meat that was warmed up in the microwave. I will say the guacamole dip was good and the waiter was attentive. If I do come again then it'll be me ordering something simple like a steak.

The restaurant was great as usual. My food got delayed in the kitchen, and John, the manager, personally went back there and expedited my order and brought everything out, which I really appreciated. The food was great. I really wanted the Prime Rib but did not realize they now only serve on the weekends.

This place is an almost rare find for a traveler. For the ladies out there, go to DSW Shoe Warehouse, then walk across the parking lot to Charleston's Restaurant - although it seems pricy, we must consider that this is the world we live in...post COVID-19 and current economic craziness...

My husband takes me here for my Birthday and Special date nights. The place is always crowded. The food is great and the service is always on point. I always order the smoked salmon and steamed broccoli. The potato soup is wonderful. The burgers are really good and tasty. My husband loves their pork chops. The mash potatoes taste like homemade. The deserts are delicious.

The food was on spot, cooked to order and hot. The service though... I'm not sure who are server was. They all had on matching shirts, pants and masks. All the servers worked as a team taking care of every customer, not just their tables. Great food Great service We will be back
