Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Which if you come on a Saturday or Sunday to any restaurant it’s pretty much a given that you’re going to have to wait. Bar was busy so couldn’t do my go to quick seating. Only waited for 12 minutes for a table for 2, which is pretty darn good. Our server was exceptional and very sweet. Only reason why it’s 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 is because the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. Didn’t look to be cleaned at all this month or for a while…

It's always a pleasure when I visit Olive Garden, food is always fresh and delicious. Great Service 👍 enjoyed it to the fullest with my Son while I was in town at the Hulen location in Fort Worth, Texas.

Well, my lovely gastronomes, prepare to be tantalized and titillated as I regale you with my seductively delicious encounter at the Olive Garden. Let me tell you, darlings, it was quite the steamy affair. As I sauntered into this abode of Italian ecstasy, the sultry scent of garlic caressed my nostrils, igniting my appetite for the passion that lay within. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of cozy and romantic, the dim lights gently whispering sweet nothings into the air. My eyes locked onto the menu, where I found my first culinary lover for the evening: the Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli. Oh, the ecstasy! Tender chicken, delicately bathed in a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce, embraced by a bed of perfectly al dente fettuccine. The saucy affair was made even more tantalizing with the seductive crunch of succulent broccoli, teasing my taste buds to the edge of surrender. But oh, my adventurous appetite could not be satiated by just one lover! I was enticed by the sensual charms of a 6oz steak, cooked to perfection with its juices oozing out like a lover's passionate sigh. The tender, moist meat melted in my mouth, sending shivers down my spine as I succumbed to its delectable embrace. And then, the pièce de résistance: the never-ending soups, an endless parade of steamy, simmering concoctions that seduced my senses and left me weak with pleasure. Each bowl, a different lover, its aroma and flavor mingling with my desires, creating a symphony of satisfaction. Oh, Olive Garden, how you've stirred a passion in me with your sumptuous Italian delights! It was an evening of indulgence, laughter, and pure culinary ecstasy that I shall not soon forget. My heart (and stomach) will forever yearn for another rendezvous with your irresistible charm. 5 sultry stars, my darling.

Our waiter was awesome! He took great care of us. Wish I would have remembered his name . He was so very helpful. Our food was great as always. We got fresh hot bread sticks and refills without having to wait and ask . He made his rounds and checked on us. We had the trio meal . And never ending soup & salad !!! Everything was awesome.

I haven't been in an olive garden in over 12 yrs. The menu has changed quite a bit. I was disappointed that they didn't have the chicken Caesar salad on the menu anymore. The chicken parmesan was delicious the staff kind, efficient, and great Kris our server was great. I wasn't use to the pay at the table function but it was very helpful and useful. Olive garden is Still on my top list of fav restaurants

We haven't been to Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in a very long time so this trip was well worth it, especially because of our waiter, Nabil. Aside from great service, their food was absolutely great and filling. We ordered Lasagna Fritta, Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, Shrimp Scampi, and Grilled Chicken Margherita. Let's start with the best appetizer ever -- the Lasagna Fritta. It is a fried lasagna, breaded with parmesan, and topped with parmesan cheese, meat sauce, and creamy alfredo. When it first hit the table, it smelled so delicious -- it smelled just like pizza rolls, and pizza rolls are one of my favorites. However, if you don't like pizza rolls, don't worry! You should still try it because there were others who don't like pizza rolls but absolutely love the Lasagna Fritta. It's crunchy, cheesy, and had the perfect amount of sauce on and beneath it. I highly recommend trying this one out! The Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara is a dish of spaghetti, tossed with sautéed seasoned chicken, shrimp, creamy sauce, bacon, and roasted red peppers. The sautéed seasoned chicken went extremely well with the spaghetti and creamy sauce, and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. If you love chicken and shrimp but can't pick what you like more, try out their Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. The plate has plentiful, so you'll have lots of leftovers to take home for your next meal! One of our least favorite dishes was the Shrimp Scampi. It consists of angel hair with shrimp sautéed in garlic sauce and tossed with asparagus and tomatoes. The shrimp was not as flavorful as the shrimp in the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, and the angel hair tasted a bit soggy -- everything tasted a bit mushy and too much. The Grilled Chicken Margherita is a meal you would have if you were on a keto diet -- it doesn't have a lot of carbs yet it's filled with protein. It's a dish with grilled chicken breasts topped with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil pesto, and lemon garlic sauce, with a side of parmesan garlic broccoli. The Grilled Chicken Margherita is a good dish if you're eating clean. The chicken isn't drying, and the plate consists of a lot of flavors. As our additions, we had their Famous House Salad, Chicken & Gnocchi Soup, and Zuppa Toscana Soup. All tasted great! Aside from their delicious food, their customer service was top-notch. Our server, Nabil, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He made sure we had our refills when we needed them (and we didn't have to ask) and made sure everything was delicious. He even recommended his favorite soup (the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup) which was definitely delicious -- he was there to ensure we were taken care of. Overall, I would definitely eat here again, primarily because it's practically two meals for the price of one. To make it worth it, you fill yourself with soup/salad and breadsticks. Eat what you can of the pasta and take home the rest -- ask for extra breadsticks to take home and possibly the rest of your soup (unsure if you can do the latter because I didn't do this).

Its been awhile since I last ate at Olive Garden. The food was delicious. I had the mozzarella cheese sticks as a starter and they were yummy. The salad was equally good. I loved the salad dressing they used. I ordered the build your own pasta. Had the spaghetti with 5 cheese sauce and 2 Italian sausage. It was very delicious. Can't forget the bread stick. They were hot fresh and yummy. The waitress was very friendly

My family and I entered the olive garden at 1245 with a party of 10 and we watched people come in after us with parties from 5-9 go before us. When asked about it and why the app does not reflect the in store wait time. The response I was given was a non empathic answer, basically " that's the way it is". At least show some empathy or apologize for the wait. Don't provide excuses but be sincere and provide and update. The hostes customer service is lacking and they need an abundance of training. We are still waiting and it's 133pm CST. Next step manager.after that head office.

The bathroom was an absolute nightmare! Drinks weren't filled when we ran out and we sadly didn't get the mints afterwards. We were even sat last when we had put our name in before others. The food and drinks were amazing though!

🫒 Great experience at a chain restaurant - Olive Garden is a comfort food for us, so we know what expect with the food, and we were pleased with the experience! 🪴 Food: we ordered the Cheese Ravioli, the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, and the Kid’s Pizza meal. This came with breadsticks and salad, with the option of replacing the salad with a soup. No complaints with the food - it was delicious and met our expectations. Service: we had a fantastic server who was attentive and kind. She made sure that our kids were looked after, and ensured we had a good time. There quite a few large parties when we came in, but they seated us at a booth in a timely manner. Atmosphere: family-friendly.

We came here the other day. My granddaughter wanted the pasta with Alfredo sauce. She loves it and I must agree it is very good. My husband and I had the soup and salad. The salad was all iceberg lettuce and not very flavorful. We thought they used to use romaine lettuce. The pasta fagioli soup was lacking something as well. We used to love getting this combo, but will probably get our pasta fix some where else. The service was impeccable.

The food was nice and hot and tasty. But the reason I will be going back to this establishment is for the service alone. Tonight I had a sever by the name of Gavin. He was by far the best server I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to make my visit an enjoyable. He was attentive and quick on his feet. His food and drink recommendations were excellent. But more than anything he made me feel like I was meeting up with an old friend. This Olive garden is the only one I will be returning to.

I would love to say we had a great dinner. However… when you order your food and drink, wine, you have a simple expectation that you’ll enjoy your food and wine together… As you can tell, that wasn’t the case. We had finished our food and was waiting for our waitress to come back to the table so we could get to go containers for our leftovers. This is when she brought us our wine… now she had brought our son his beer, right before his food arrived, and had mentioned to my husband and I that she was going to see if our two glasses of wine where ready. Yet never returned; till after we had finished eating. Not five minutes, nor ten or fifteen, but twenty… A normal amount of time I thinking for us to eat, we didn’t gobble our food; we simply ate and expected our order of wine to arrive. So when she brought the to go containers back and my husband told her to remove the un-touched wine from our ticket; she responded that she’d need to get her manager. Okay! Fifteen minutes later, she returns to tell us the manager has removed the wine. I’m not going to say that it was our waitress fault, so we did tip. However, that was the last time we’ll go to this Olive Garden. Might be the last time I ever go to an Olive Garden, there are better places to spend our money and time visiting.

It was great. It was a little slow (most likely because it was a Saturday). Our waiter, Nabil, was amazing... drinks could've been stronger, but overall; great experience

I had a really good experience. I got there shortly before the end of lunch, sat in the bar area and ordered the endless soup and salad, with a strawberry bellini. My server didn't come across as the most friendly nor patient, initially, but turns out she was extremely helpful and checked back on my a few times. I wasn't sure which soup I wanted next and she volunteered to give me a sample to see which I wanted. Now she would have given me a full size but I am glad she offered the sample as I wouldn't want to waste the food. This experience proves we as customer should also be patient and give grace, everyone isn't overly bubbly and upbeat and its okay, especially if you still get the great service and attention we tend to want when we pay for goods or services. I will certainly return for the Chicken Gnocchi and that heavenly salad!!!!! Will probably try the spiked strawberry lemonade next time.

It was my friend birthday so I told the waiter b4 she got there to surprise her. The food was fast, hot and correct. The drinks were strong and cold. The waiter Brandon was polite and quick with anything extra we needed. As soon as our to go order was almost ready he brought out her cake w/ a candle and some other servers and sang Happy Birthday to her. It was a perfect experience. Thank you Brandon and Olive Garden.

There were two servers who made us feel extremely comfortable and happy with our meal. Blake made some conversation, made us feel welcome and was interested in everything we had to say. He was very accommodating to our changes in orders and made it a great experience. Another server was Ossman, he noticed us speaking Arabic and said hello to us in Arabic, he offered us chocolates and made us laugh like a friend, making our little one very happy.

I hadn't been to Olive garden in a long while. We went on a Sunday. It was busy but we were seated quite quickly. Our waitress was training someone. She was a little nervous but I had some encouraging words for her and I hope that she took them to heart. Food was delicious. Service was good. We'll go there again ❤️

So this was the first time me and my wife had been to olive garden in along time. We went in the middle of the week and it was pretty empty which I felt would lead to a fairly romantic afternoon but that was quickly ruined by some of the young staff laughing and talking loud in the main entrance which echoed loudly off the walls and ruined that ambiance. However with that being said our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We got breadsticks and salad. The salad was fresh but didn't have enough dressing which she brought extra dressing on our second salad. The bread was okay but got hard way to quick... it didn't taste like what I used to remember it being like but it wasn't bad. My wife got the eggplant parmasan which she said was really good she didn't have any complaints. I got the shrimp scampi and it was underwhelming personally. The noodles were cooked perfect but it lacked flavor. It had butter sauce but just wasn't very flavorful at all. I should've went with the lasagna but figured if give the scampi a shot. We will be back to give it another shot.

Jordan was amazing! She was so sweet and funny upfront. She was clever and witty. And most importantly, she was real. Most people perform their job and do good just as a waiter (which she also did above and beyond!). But Jordan was not just another worker just doing her job, I felt like I was talking to an actual human being rather than just another robot reciting menus and choices. I'm glad that she felt comfortable enough to be herself---for that is what customers look for these days! Heart and soul are an important part of individuality, and Jordan took care of us in every way!

This is my favorite Olvide Garden in Fort Worth. I love being able to get quality food reasonably priced. Soup or salad come with every entre, a bottle of wine is inexpensive, and desserts are rich & delicious. Restaurant was about half full when I most recently went on a Sunday evening. Food came out quickly, barely had finished my chicken and gnocchi soup (the best in my opinion) by the time my seafood pasta came out! My only complaint was that we were left without a bottle opener for our wine, but she returned within a few minutes to open it up. In years of coming to this specific location, I have never had a disappointing meal or poor customer service. Will gladly continue to bypass 2 other closer locations to dine at this Olive Garden!

Host where on there phones, asked for a booth and she sat us down at a regular table then got bothered because we reminded her of what we asked for. Our waitress was awesome, my 3 year old son had to use the restroom and when we went in the stall it was disgusting, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The sink has stains like if it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. But our food was good.

Hadn't been to Olive Garden for a sit down meal in some time. You can't go wrong with the "all you can eat soup and salad." I went for a late lunch and the service was quick and I enjoyed their tasty classic salad and a soup.
