Absolutely delicious! At the time we came, we figured there would be alot of people, but there was maybe 3-4 groups of people a few in the bar that's about it. And the food itself, was delicious, especially when you use one of the 4 sauces they have at the table, one of the weirdest things though is that your drink comes in a mini pitcher usually used to pour drinks. I'm definitely coming back as this is my new favorite restaurant!

The establishment is pure nasty. I mean completely filthy. I actually worked for these people and no freaking body WASHES their hands. I am so surprised the health department has not came in and shut it down. The General Manager is undoubtedly repulsive. I would not have eaten at this establishment if I didn't make the food myself or watched it being made.

If you are looking for the best BBQ experience in Texas look no further. Red Hot and Blue has everything you need in one spot. First it had a take out area, bar and sit down with waitstaff area.( unlike other restaurants that are cafeteria style) They also have a a full bar. My hurricane was very refreshing. My waitress Jennifer was very helpful. She explained the menu and the sauces. I got the full rack of ribs and she let me have half wet and half dry so I could try both. I Normally go for the wet but these dry might have converted me. The portions was huge a full rack comes with 4 sides. It is plenty for two people or will feed a solo person for days. The other thing I loved is all the choices for the sauces. They are all at your table. They have both thick and thin/vinegar sauces so no matter what you like you can't go wrong. I also like the way they use little jugs for water, ice tea or soda. The best part is they give you a take home cup so you don't wait it and the servers don't have to keep coming back to refill you. I posted the spring 2017 specials as well. My only negative is my ribs were not "fall off the bone" with that said there were very tasty. I will be back and will be sure to bring friends and family.

I was very disappointed in there ribs I was craving ribs so bad. I ordered take out Sunday evening 1/2 rack wet ribs, potato salad and Mac n cheese. The ribs seemed like frozen ribs the meat was not falling off the bone or really even that tender and no that seasoned. To make it worse I paid $19 for this meal and only ate 1 rib. I have the rest away. Although the Mac n cheese and potato salad was very good! I won’t be getting he ribs again. No where close to being worth $19

Decent burger and bbq place. Nothing to write home about. Got the pulled porked burger. Was a tad overdone and foegot my pulled pork on it. French fries and okra was tasty. Server was friendly. A variety of menu. Not likely to return though.

Completely bummed. For me this spot is a hit or miss on the food. Service is always good place is clean and inviting. On this night we drove up, parking lot was empty, sign on the door read closed for the evening, understaffed employees out with covid, back open in the morning. Being a chef the time we are in is crippling even large based restaurants. It's a painful reality. If you enjoy Red Hot and Blue visit them. None of us as food Service establishments can guarantee you we will be doors open this time next year if we are absent staff and customers now.

Our family CHRISTMAS dinner was ruined because a simple thing called LACK OF COMMUNICATION from this location. All the public would like is a simple courtesy we're closed!!! Do not stay open and leave a lack of personnel who are "not cooks" and a General manager who obviously has never has to deal with a crisis before in a Restaurant. Who clearly needs basic manager training. The attempt was made by the few (3) employees to fill the online orders but none were achieved during my visit of 45min. More than 5 online order pickups were told there is no more food to cancel there orders online with corporate during my visit of 45min Already emailed you guys website with my order details for full refund!

I order online a couple months ago. I got there and no burnt ends. I was told my order would be canceled because I didn’t pick up the food. 2 weeks later charge still on my debit card. So I called and spoke to some guy that answered. I gave a description of who I spoke to which was a lady with braids. She turned out to be the manager. I asked for a call back. I never received one. I called 4 days later and was told to cancel my order online. Long store short my bank had to get involved for me to recoup my funds. I will not be support this business again.

My wife and I came here specifically for the ribs. To our disappointment, the ribs were not prepared and would not be ready for over an hour. When we were seated, we were located by the bar. I changed seats as I wasn't interested in listening to a loud drunk. When we recieved our food, we were served on paper plates with cheap utensils. I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 15 years and it has never been this bad. Will not be coming back. *Follow up review* Two months after emailing upper management and to date no one has contacted me. I can only assume that they do not care. Very sad how far this restaurant has fallen.

This was my first time here. I ordered a catfish sandwich. I expected a flat fillet in a bun but got a hoagie style roll filled with fried fish nuggets. Pleasant surprise, the fish was great with the tartar sauce and I added Hoochi Coochie sauce. The fries though... They were basic seasoned fries that tasted like every other fast food fry... Nothing special at all. My wife ordered a plate that had a pulled pork sandwich and 2 dry ribs. She liked the mashed potatos best, is what she said. I finished her pork sandwich. It was juicy and tender but lacked flavor... Again, I had to resort to the Hoochie Coochie sauce. She said her ribs were OK, nothing special. My daughter ordered buff wings. She liked them but that was the extent of her comments. The raspberry tea was good. The server was friendly and polite. We may or not return. Didn't hate it but nothing jumped out at us to make us rush back either. I had already started eating when I remembered to take a photo, sorry guys

Great bbq! The ribs are really affordable. The ramblin combo is a great option. Pulled pork sandwich, 1/4 ribs, 1 sausage, coleslaw and potato salad. They have several local beers on tap. Today they had revolver blood and honey, rahr ugly pug and rahr ipa. Really nice bartender.

Worth the $$$? No - Ok, the food is good but expensive relative to the amount of meat you get. I purchased a platter for ~$16 and in return received a small portion of meat. I won’t return, I can get more meat and same or better quality at other places.

I spent 71 dollars on 4 small plates and 2 deserts. My onion rings were burned or need the grease changed. For this amount of money it could've been better!!!

The only reason I gave a 1star is because it’s Not option for ZERO! I found this place online (first time customer), I placed a online order and paid with my card. I drive to restaurant, park in curbside parking, call the number listed as instructed. No Answer. Walk to the door and guess what? CLOSED! They advertised online closing was 8pm, Yet They Closed Early! Inside of restaurant was pitch black! Recall number for restaurant and choose option to speak with someone No Answer! Pull my online order up and guess what? I COULD NOT CANCEL MY ORDER! Yet This Closed Restaurant who was advertising OPEN! CHARGED!! My credit card for food I did NOT Pickup Because They CLOSED Early! They showed online the closing time was 8pm! This restaurant is a online Scam! They charged me for food I Didn’t Get Because They Closed Early! Yet I couldn’t cancel the order But was charged! I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute in order to remove the charges! Because The Restaurant would Not! Warning Do Not Use Your Credit Card Online with This Restaurant!

The portions on the sides is ridiculous! It's literally a spoonful. You pay $16 for 2 slices of brisket and 2 sides in condiment containers. The bbq sauce they put in there was soooo hot I couldn't eat it and I love spicy foods. It was inedible.
