This place had a unique environment and approach to serving food; but their billing practice is one I am VERY concerned with. The servers would bring various pizzas to our table to offer each person a slice. Our waitress was very accommodating and knew the menu quite well. She constantly checked up on us to make sure we were happy. What I was confused about was that, despite there being a two-sided coaster for customers to indicate whether they wanted more, I was constantly being interrupted, even when the coaster was set to RED, indicating that I needed the pizza offerings to pause. The billing concern is interesting as I think it is deceitful to add a tax to the tip. I am a foodie, thus, I go out to eat quite frequently and have NEVER seen taxes added to a tip. First, restaurants typically will itemize the check with all that you order. Second, they subtotal it, then add taxes and total the receipt. Then, they print a receipt for you to add a tip to the Total. I have NEVER been charged taxes on a tip. The problem is not the amount, the problem is the principle. I know that restaurants have credit card processing fees they need to pay, but most will "bake" those into the price of the selections.

First time at Delucca and loved it. I like the concept and loved the food. You get all you can eat appetizers to start and then the pizzas start rolling in. I will say they didn’t really pay much attention to the red/green coaster you have to tell them to bring it on or stop but that wasn’t an issue to me at all. Pizza was better than any “normal” buffet. The wood fired crust is good and you have tons of unique options, including dessert. Will definitely return, would be a good place for a larger group who can’t decide what kind of pizza to all agree on.

My friend was celebrating his bday and so he wanted to try this restaurant. We searched online menu to make sure I may have options to eat since I have dietary restrictions. Online it was able to allow me to eat. However, once at the restaurant we found out the meatballs that was stated KOBE (which is a lean beef) was actually a combination of pork and beef amongst other things. So I couldn't eat them. The pizza brought around was not including the vegetarian or cauliflower crust pizza. So in order to eat that specialty made pizza I had to buy separately. I was very disturbed thinking was going to pay the base price plus a extra pizza charge. However, the manager Sergio was a true professional and said all I needed to do is order the pizza I wanted. They did not charge the base price but allowed me the salad as well. He also provided a nice cheesecake with candle and song for my friend. The lobster bisque was good but served like a tea. It had good flavor. Salad was delicious!!!! Simple yet yummy 😋. My friends loved the pizza. If the manager Sergio wasn't as good and helpful as he was, I'd never return! However, Sergio exceeded my expectations and is exactly what a real restaurant manager should do for customers in question of items. Thank you, Sergio!!!

This place is amazing!! Very professional and greeted at the door. I love that we were able to try all new flavors of pizza and their drinks 🍹 the waiter was very nice and helpful for like someone myself new to the place. Their lobster sauce is mind blowing 🤤 and salad so fresh, felt like it was fresh picked outside of their garden. Definitely recommend for a night out with a love one. ☺️♥️

This was the our first time at this location. It definitely does not have the same vibe as the Dallas location. It was difficult waiting for pizza since we were constantly passed up. The waiters would look the opposite direction when passing our table and consistently engaging others on multiple occasions. That set the tone for our experience. Pizza quality was disappointing and I raved about this place for a year. Gabriella was very attentive and upbeat. She’s the reason for the 4 stars. I had a child dining with us who did not eat his pizza. Well, he ate 1/2 of a slice. I asked if we could take only the child’s pizza so we did not have to find food for him in an hour. Considering the cost was $18 for him to consume half of a slice. The have a no tolerance for taking pizza. When I asked it was almost like I asked for someone to co-sign on a house. It was ridiculous. I understand cost-controls but it seemed like no one had the delegation of authority to let the child have the pizza in his possession beyond the doors of the table. Ultimately after investing in restating the case, he was permitted to leave with slice and a half because they advised they would not confiscate the slice and a half. It will be funny tomorrow, but it was not immediately funny. It’s worth a try and my getting ignored may not be your experience. It’s still has some of the best pepperoni pizza I’ve had. Enjoy and #follow.

Walked in and got seated, dining solo so small table in the back which is fine. Find out salad bar covid casualty and got served some miserable looking kale and two meatballs. No cheese selection and cured meats. Bisque was good and tiny but never offered to get me seconds. Disappointed. Pizza came quick and reasonably tasty. Crust was thin but soggy in the middle. They had about 8 varieties but somehow they kept bringing the same thing around. Two big parties sat down around me and things went down hill. Everything went to those tables first and I was offered whatever leftover pizza the next 20 minutes and that was when they did come around. U get tired of eating Tikka masala pizza after the fourth slice. I asked for pepperoni and got two rounds the entire time I was there. I saw my waiter twice. Once to take my drink and to give me my bill. That's the peril of dining solo. Meanwhile he's running back and forth to those large parties and I don't really fault the guy. Anyways the 5g reception is good and I watched a few cat YouTube videos while waiting for my pizza. Anyways don't think I'll be back. Was thinking of bringing my family here for my birthday bash but I will keep looking. 5/23/23: Its been quite a while since I was here last. Decided to try the place again and this time service was much better even though the place was slammed. My new favourite pizza, spicy salami with a honey drizzle. Now to see if i can replicate it on my Ooni.

Phenomenal. If you go on a weeknight, you might find that it's hard to eat your slice before the next comes, but each piece is a unique delight. The chicken marsala pizza is particularly surprising (in the best way!) And even the pizzas I probably wouldn't have another slice of while here, I would happily order a whole pizza of somewhere else. Everything is actually that good. There's a little bit of a staff shortage (but who isn't having one right now). Really good food, great drinks, and a lovely overall experience!!! PS don't sleep on the salad. It's beautifully dressed and delightfully fresh!

I really did not like the pizza here. They bring a lot of pizza. It is all you can eat. But I did not care for the fancy style pizza. It is to expensive to go when you really don't like the food. This was my first time here. My friends really do like the food. So it may just be me. It was a very busy restaurant. The concept is really cool. I just did not like the food. The wait staff coming by with food is a fun experience. They start the minute you sit down. And keep coming. I have never been to a place with type of service before. It is a very fun concept. I did like the soup.

Update 11/1/22: No update, the place is still amazing! This place was great! The service was top notch and the food was good. We ordered a pre dinner cocktail which was excellent and a bottle of wine with dinner which was a very nice vintage and price. We had a party of 8 that included 4 kids (from 2-8) All the kids tried several of the different pizzas and enjoyed them, even the cheese with truffle oil. The meatballs were also a hit with them and 2 of the kids surprisingly got seconds of the bisque. The bisque was delicious and comes in a small cup that's made to sip instead of eat with a spoon, though they did bring spoons for a couple of our party members. The dressing on the arugula salad was quite tasty. We had 3rds of that. Very fresh and light. The servers come through fast with the food once you're all seated, very much like the Brazilian steakhouses. They're very polite efficient. There was live music which i thought was a touch too loud as it made conversation a bit difficult. The performer himself and the music he was playing was pleasant though, and at one point came through the tables having all the kids take turns playing the guitar while the song was still going on. They ALL loved that. I'm so glad we finally got to come here and i can't wait to find an excuse to go back.

The people that are giving lower than five star ratings just don’t understand. This is not the place for a quick meal but it’s an experience… Sometimes you have to be patient :) Shortly after being seated the drink order was taken and then a beautiful arugula salad, meatballs & the most velvety and rich lobster bisque came to the table. -this is all included in the fixed price- We waited for 10 minutes or so but then the pizza started rolling out. What an amazing variety!! Our favorites were the cheese and truffle, Mexican elote, & the mushroom and vodka sauce. For dessert the the dulce de leche with toasted coconut blew me away Great wine list too & quite a few options by the glass. I bought two of my children here but I can’t wait to bring another adult :-)

Been to two of these now and both were great. Managed to try all 18 slices. Pro tip is to skip the crust and don’t fall for the meatball. The four cheese, hot sopressata, and Romeo and Juliet were the winners this last time. Plate for reference. Go hard or go home.

This was our first time to this chain restaurant. Sadly wish I had discovered it earlier. It was fully staffed (which is hard to get these days). We reserved our seat on open table. Got right in, no issues…that’s always great! My wife and I don’t eat very much and we were unaware the meal was all exclusive but it actually worked out great because it afforded us the ability to try everything they had to offer in very small portions. I read in the reviews that the place was too loud with kids on the weekends but that wasn’t a problem at all. Still lots of kids but there wasn’t an interruption. We were able to talk among our dinner party just fine. The price for some might be off putting but if you think about it - most restaurants pricing has blown up. You get quality food, excellent service for only a few dollars more than you would buy a meal at a chilis…and the food quality is 1000x better. That combined with great service, which is way to hard to find these days when eating out… it got my five star review! Can’t wait to come back again!

Very good but some of the pizzas could have cooked a bit longer. Plus, we didn't have a quick or even thorough rotation of choices. The servers were not knowledgeable and almost skipped past us more than once. We were eventually informed we could ask for crisper or even specific pizzas, but since this was our first time we weren't aware. The waitress was great in making sure we had plenty to drink and switching our plates when needed. Be sure to get all 3 appetizers, my favorite was the lobster bisque soup which was creamy delicious 😋

I had heard a lot about this place over the last couple of months and wanted to give it a try. I’m glad I went hungry because it was well worth it. Friendly staff and the pizza was delicious. I’m glad they give smaller pizza slices so you have room to try all different types. I went on a Wednesday night around 5:45p, little bit of a rush, but didn’t take long to eat. I made reservations ahead of time ***

I have mixed feelings about this place. To me feels like cheap pizza in a nice environment where you can have wine and/or a drink. I was here with a group of around 10 people and the service was horrible, I asked the waiter for soup and a salad and that never came. Also, in order to get the waiter’s attention we had to raise our voices even when he was waiting the table next to us which also had like 8 girls and he was always on top of them. I guess I would recommend this place for what it is, you get enough cheap pizza and the opportunity to have a drink in a nice place. Oh and I must mention that for large parties you get the tip included in the check, 20% tip and in my experience, for an awful service. I think for what I paid I will get a better meal and a better service in many other places.

We has so much fun here, they have some really cool cocktails, and 20 different kinds of pizzas including dessert pizzas to try, we were so stuffed afterwards. Definitely put this on you list to visit and bring friends !!

Very good pizza, the crust is soft and tasty. The four cheese truffle oil, Nutella pizza, banana/cinnamon, pepperoni, margherita pizza and even Mexican elite pizza were all good. Meatballs and salad are also delicious. Went on Thursday for dinner, four adults and four kids, live music, everyone had a great time.

Place looks super fancy, I think I ate way to much pizza but there was so many different kinds to try. Also if you get the margarita just drink one cause man that thing was strong, just how I like it! Definitely worth the time and money to check this place out!

Food was delicious as expected coming from the other location. I was sad to say that in my 2 hours there I was never offered my favorites of the Honey Soppressata or the Guava pizza. Service was good for the first hour and then by the second hour, when we were just waiting on some dessert pizzas, nothing arrived unless we asked for it. There was one stretch where we didn't see a pizza for 45 minutes. So eat up fast and get out I guess.

This place is hands down amazing. The atmosphere starting off with the hostess greeting you and if you've never been there they explain everything to make it nice and easy. The buffet style is fresh food warm hot and cook to perfection. Don't forget to cross the other side of the restaurant there is breads hummus desserts even ice cream chocolate and vanilla. They also have special teas and of course your regular soft drinks. I cannot wait to go again. It's also reasonably priced. Enjoy your visit

Got there very early on Sat (like 4:30 when they open 4:45) they seated us and took a minute to get us water and app (we were super early so understandable) meatballs, sweet kale salad and lobster bisque were delicious. Then pizzas started! Loved the 4 cheese, Margarita, Turkish lamb, elote (Mexican corn), salami with honey, and dessert pizza: guava and cream cheese, banana fosters, Nutella, and de leche (ok). Go early! Worth every penny at $25 AYCE. Just know, no drinks are included and no free refills. Update (9/24/23 Sunday Brunch) 12pm not busy, breakfast pizzas, croque Madam and Spinach bacon quiche was second. Runny egg on classic was good, but other pizza from Brunch didn't stand out much. P.S. dip the salmon pizza in the lobster bisque, delicious. We still had some dinner favorites other than margarita pizza. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our first visit to DeLucca in Southlake, I tried the Dallas location before but this location is nicer and more modern! Service was excellent and the pizza servers kept coming with all kinds of pizza slices ,my personal favorite was the lamb one it tasted like a mediterranean style pizza, the spinach was v good, the dessert pizzas are amazing especially the dulce de leches. My advice to go there really hungry 😬
