We ordered this for the first time today. We ordered two pasta bowls and two sides. They got one of the pastas and one of the sides wrong on our pick up order so we went back to the restaurant to get what we ordered and the manager was rude to say the least. She was very angry and insisted that it didn’t matter that our order was wrong and couldn’t fathom why we wanted the food we actually ordered? Her name was Janice and she was also being rude to her employees. We also had a fly in our lobster bisque!!! At this point I am so frustrated we should get a refund but I don’t even want to deal with the managers attitude again. Will not be going back.

I love the taste of the food there BUT do not go after 8pm to this location! Staff is tired and not in a very good mood. Also, they ran out of several ingredients and they don't say anything until you have already ordered and your meal is halfway empty.

Me and a group of people decided to try this place out after church. When we arrived, it was super packed. There was a lot of people in line and the line went slow like snails. This is why some of us decided to go mobile order, thinking their eta was accurate and that it would be faster. Not-At-All! It turned out that the people who went in line got their food first AND our mobile order were delayed significantly- by ONE-HOUR to be more precise. This is not acceptable and good food does not make up for that. I suggest you to skip the Mango fresco if you have sensitive stomach.

Great spot for a quick bite. They have salads and pastas that you can customize. Great drinks as well. This is a good spot for studying or socializing during a casual lunch.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is incredible! Had the Balsamic Grilled Chicken Salad. A small one with a Parmesan Stick made the perfect meal. You won't be disappointed eating here I assure you! Update: Second Visit... had the Crispy Chicken BLT Piada and the cannoli chips. Second time here and it's better than the first. The General Manager is what makes this place. She runs a very tight ship. I feel so confident that food safety is a priority to her. And based on how things taste and looks... it shows. Piada is easily one of the best additions to the Fort Worth food scene.

I always get their Pesto Pasta. For protein I’ve added salmon, steak, meatballs and chicken at different times, and all pair well with this pasta. In the picture I added spinach to the bowl this last time. You can’t tell in the picture, but the serving is quite a bit and I can usually make two meals out of this one. It’s truly one of the best pesto pasta bowls I’ve ever had. For to go orders, utilizing their app to order is easy and customer friendly.

Ordered online via the Piada website. The food took a little over an hour to be delivered. All of the food was cold. The pasta was emulsified and stuck together. The piada sticks were burned and inedible. The two kid's pastas were missing the milk that came with the meals. My toddler ate her pasta so I just have to lower my expectations given the terrible experience and at least call that a win. $40 was not worth the food we received.

This pic is the calamari we ordered. I said it didn’t look right and the kid said they were trying a new oil. It tasted like they burnt something in the oil then cooked our calamari in it… yuk! Went to tell the manager she stated oil was old didn’t get shipment. Why wouldn’t you tell the customers we can’t serve it tonight because of shipping issues. Didn’t feel like a valued customer won’t be back. Thanks for the refund after I complained twice.

If you take a second to look behind at the cooking station or even the food counter is beyond dirty. It wasn’t busy at all about 3 customers in line 4 staff taking orders and on the line. They were having issues which led to my food just sitting flies flew all over each of my orders. I tried to get someone’s attention they ignored. When they came to box up my order I told them I wanted a new order flies were all over my food. Caden proceeded to get very angry and throwing my new order together and told her co worker she’s trying to keep it together and not cuss me out. Heads up I’ll be contacting the health department!

Not sure they're eating BLT wraps on the streets of Italy but I liked the concept. They were a little disorganized but I'll go back just to try the different menu items.

Good choice if you are along but must have something to eat. Little bit salty, variety of choices, protein, vege, fruit, ….. large bowl is really a lot for a girl. Btw, the tea is very good.

Very clean, the staffs were very pleasant. Loved the food. Freshly made food taste like real Italian food. Loved it. Definitely coming back

When you first walk in the place is bright and clean. 🌞 The gentleman at the grill was very upbeat and friendly as well as the cashier. I ordered the avocado 🥑 piada, parmesan stick, and the cannoli chips with dip. The avocado 🥑 piada was spectacular! 🤩 The cannoli chips with dip was scrumptious!👌 I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back myself!

I absolutely love this restaurant I’ve only ordered through door dash but every time I am satisfied!! I will have to checkout the location itself one day but I had to leave a review today.. my food is always good there’s never nothing missing I highly highly recommend!

First time trying Piada, didn't think a customizable pasta place could exist. The Carbonara toasted pasta was delicious, as was the garlic dough, parmesan Piada stick and lobster bisque. The portions are perfect too, even just a small bowl had me content and would recommend a large to take home. Anyone that needs something fast, cheap, healthy and outright delicious should stop by and give them a try. They had friendly service and this place is even a good environment to sit down and study.

I’ve ordered the Mediterranean wrap and the Carbonara bowl with grilled salmon. Both were very good. The crispy Piada sticks are are nice twist the the breadstick especially the pepperoni stick. Piada has Italian sodas the are truly refreshing. I plan on visiting Piada Street Food often and you should too.

I appreciate the attention of the staff and the freshly prepared food. The environment and decor are very similar to a Chpotle. The food is unique and very yummy. We ate carbonara bowls. The restroom was an 8 out of 10 in terms of cleanliness. I love this place! Parking can be difficult during lunch due to the restaurant sharing the area with the entry to the Starbucks drive thru.

some of the reviews are brutal... have gone to this location well over a dozen times - was disappointed once. every other time, fresh and tasty bowls. if you place your order ahead, double check to ensure you got what you ordered...this place gets crazy busy.

placed a take out order for 12:15, got my food 10 minutes earlier! I did not catch her name, but the lady working there was very nice and attentive. Despite them being slam packed for lunch, I got my food order fast and accurate! Received a complimentary food item as well for my “wait”! Will definitely be coming back, and letting all of my friends know! Thank you so much!!!

I love this place! I don't come here often because I live on the other side of town now, but it's still so delicious. There's lots of options, the food looks and tastes great, and it's not overly priced. Build one in SW Fort Worth! Please, I beg of you!

These people are absolutely wonderful that work here! My order got messed up in their system but I had already paid for it and she still made me my exact order. Everything I got was extremely delicious and filling. Such a great options for all diets and restrictions (vegetarians, pescatarian, and even meat eaters). Reasonably priced and nice staff!

Everything we tried was wonderful. Flavorful and delicious. Great place and will be eating here again. The Garlic Dough, Avocado Piada and Carbonara was what we enjoyed today.

I ordered online for delivery for our office lunch. Ordering online was simple and easy. Took the payment online and schedule in advance for a delivery order. The delivery was late which I called the restaurant and they told me they are short staffed. I feel they should have at least given me a heads up phone call. We needed this lunch for a meeting that is run by a schedule and not having the lunch there on time messed the schedule a bit. The food was OK....not the best but not the worse.

I love love love this place! The staff is so friendly and has really made me feel so welcomed each time I visit. I met one of the newer chefs tonight and she was absolutely amazing. She talked to me the whole time making my order and even gave me suggestions of what to add to my create your own piada. Tori was so great and truly gave me a special experience tonight. 5/5 recommend to anyone who has never tried their food before!

For small, quick Italian plates, it's pretty good, though your experience may vary. The first time we ordered here, it was fantastic...the pasta bowl was plentiful, and the piada wrap was chock full of toppings and delicious. Now that we can dine in, we came back, and it was a little less stellar. Most of the open tables had some type of food debris on them, as all of the staff was focused on churning out orders. When we got ours, everything looked half full...my "Super Protein Bowl" looked so empty, I thought they may have forgotten some ingredients. At least the flavor was still there.
