This has been the "go to" for over 30 years. They were on Magnolia way before it was cool to be on Magnolia. The food may not photograph well, but trust me, it is the real deal. Try the Guisado de Res, Mole Enchiladas, and Tortilla Soup spiced up with their fresh Pico. Wash it down with some beer in a frosty glass over the margaritas.

The combination chicken and shrimp fajitas was excellent! Great customer service and prices not bad.

Not the best experience here. We were seated quickly and given FROZEN salsa and chips. I had to remind them to bring my coffee twice. Our food was given to us without utensils OR napkins. The chorizo tostadas were 70% potato and not much meat. I was given the spinach enchiladas instead of the enchiladas suizas. The enchiladas suizas tasted the same as the tortilla soup. To top it off, they tried to overcharge us over $17 on a $24 check. It wasn't a miscommunication because we spoke to the waitress in spanish but simply just bad service.

Excited for brunch. Was served chips and 2 delicious, medium salsas when I sat. Experienced fast, friendly service. The restaurant looked clean and orderly. The menus are in the tables to help prevent spread of disease. This place is big enough to hold a huge party. With a great, if dated, interior style and decor. Don't let the blocked off windows fool you, this is definitely a place to try during your next meal out. Average meal is $10 to $15.

Good authentic Mexican food. Fresh salsa and nice wait staff. Food is a Little more traditional Mexican that standard Tex-Mex, but still really good - particularly if you like spice.

This a great place...food portions are large, meats are decent qualities, pico de Gallo is very spicy and nice, and the price is reasonable. Oh and their tomato based soup (free with order) was so good.

Single woman treated with great respect and attention to my every need. I received a nicely flavored salsa and pico de gallo. I was also given a soup that was fair and appreciate the offering. I had Mexican shrimp cocktail that was interesting and good. The chicken enchiladas were average with just regular sour cream on top. The restaurant is cute and well maintained.

I first dined at this restaurant 9 years ago when I moved to the DFW area. The food was great and had left a lasting impression on me and my date. Returning to the very same restaurant with that same date turned wife in 2023, it was rather disappointing. The lack of flavor would the best way to describe it. The chips and salsa were the highlight of this sitting. The service great, that department gets 5 stars. I ordered the poblano peppers stuffed with chicken and beef. Both were really bland. The rice and beans were okay. Seems the rice was cooked in the same pot as the tortilla soup that was bought out to the table. It had a very concentrated flavor as the soup. I have to go 2 stars on this one and we probably won’t be going back. We’ve seen enough here. Overall customer service was on point. The atmosphere is nice and there’s plenty of parking.

Food was good. Tortilla bowl for the Benito’s salad was light and fluffy. The flautas were perfectly fried.

They open at 11am. We got here at 10:55, so we waited a bit for them to open. The decor is cute and welcoming and or server was really nice. I ordered a milanesa, which is served with two eggs topped with salsa. The eggs were on a lot of excess oil. The milanesa was ok, but too much spices. The tortillas are not homemade. We ordered two mimosas and they use cheap oj- too sweet. My husband ordered the Huevos Rancheros Special and he said it was really good. The eggs are served on a tostada layered with beans and cheese, then topped with green salsa.

The best Cheese Chile Relleno ever, and other dishes are wonderful too, like Beef fajita salad, queso flameado, 3 tacos combo plate. If we want authentic Mexican, Benito's is it.

10/10 absolutely bangin. Incredible food, incredible prices, and fantastic frozen margaritas. This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant, and they had live mariachi on Saturday night which was fantastic. Fresh pico and tortilla soup with every entree and we had leftovers for the next day every time. I cannot explain how good the vibes are.

My all time favorite Mexican restaurant for almost 10 years . The chili con Carne enchiladas are the best in town. Cheesy with lots of flavor. And the salsa is the bomb!!! πŸ‘Œ. I always leave with a nice buzz because those margaritas hit nicely πŸ™ƒ

Enchilada Suizas - good but not what I was expecting, no chicken inside the enchilada. But don't get me wrong, it was delicious. Staff very friendly, loved the atmosphere.

Cool location. 1 Good salsa! The horchata was really watered down and not that great. I’ve had better it taste like those premix horchata. I ordered a one chicken taco and one barbacoa taco. It came with rice and beans It got me full. We also got combination 6 my hubs made his own tacos it came with side of beans and rice and salad. No home made tortillas 😭 There was good flavor of the meat and beans and rice.

Bonito's. Is a very good place. No nonsense. Straight up tex mex. In Fort worth you expect some top of world tex mex. Right? The bar is pretty high. There is always the infamous J.T. Garcia's. But that fight is not always possible. Well, South Fort Worth has a place that will meet your desire for (not a food chain) a family ran, trust the team Tex Mex. They'll do it right. Straight up. The salsa is fresh. Margaritas are good. (But order a side tequila shot, it is imperative) Fajitas are good. Prices are affordable. The staff is not a bunch of kids. Nothing wrong with kids. I had one (now grown up with kids of her own) but, you will be happy with a staff of experienced service. Overall. This is a very good place.

Sooo I saw this place being recommended on social media so I thought I'm going to check it out Tried the queso flameado, enchiladas one cheese an one beef They brought out chips and salsa An some soup The salsa was different but good and spicy Queso stuff was all about the experience I prefer it in the flour tortilla than on the chips Cheese enchilada over the beef.. their beef wasn't seasoned as I'd prefer I would go back

More of an authentic Mexican restaurant. Staff was friendly, drinks were cold and refreshing, food was pretty good, and everything was at a fair price point. Overall I enjoyed my meal and would return. It wouldn't be my first recommendation BUT still a good choice.

Hole in the wall in an upcoming area. Food was bland (salsas, soup, chicken fajitas, rice & beans during dinner on. Saturday). Frozen margarita tasted like an adult slushy. Overall, it wasn't terrible, just not flavorful.
