We
ordered
water
and
no
apps
and
right
away
it
was
clear
our
server
was
planning
to
not
spend
very
much
energy
on
our
2
top.
We
casually
ate
the
first
round
of
chips
and
salsa,
not
quickly,
but
still
waited
7-8
minutes
for
a
refill.
We
weren’t
offered
any
napkins,
no
check
backs,
etc.
Servers
walked
past
as
our
chips
and
salsa
sat
empty.
Ordered
food,
came
out
quickly,
but
hers
was
completely
incorrect.
They
took
another
8
minutes
to
correct
it,
by
which
point
mine
was
cold.
Her’s
then
arrived
correct,
with
hot
rice
and
beans,
on
a
cold
plate.
The
tacos
were
cold
as
well.
I
finally
bit
into
my
burrito
and
it
was
so
salty
my
stomach
turned.
I
would
have
given
them
a
chance
to
make
it
right,
but
the
server
didn’t
make
a
2
minute
check
back,
rather,
it
was
about
10
minutes
before
we
saw
her
again.
This
is
a
clear
example
of
what
not
to
do
to
retain
guests.

include
the

kicker;
we
asked
to
speak
with
management
and
then
sat
there
for
another
6-7
minutes.
At
that
point
we
decided
to
leave,
but
here
comes
the
manager,
walking
right
past
us,
no
intention
to
even
stop
and
check.
