Came here for dinner as my family in the local area suggested we come. We tried to come a few other previous times, but the wait was long without a reservation. Luckily, we were able to get in on a Saturday night without reservations. I was a little hesitant as many times these hibachi places are more about the show than the quality of food. However, the food here was pretty good. Came in and was quickly able to get seated in the general restaurant area since we weren't doing the hibachi experience. Ordered several sushi rolls as that's easy to share and allows everyone to try a little bit of everything. Also ordered the sushi boat as wanted to really taste the sushi and it came with many different cuts of sushi nigiri and sashimi. Sometimes it's hard to tell the quality of sushi in rolls as there's so many other ingredients and toppings. The sushi bar was right behind us, so was able to see the quality of the fish in the case and how it was being prepared. All the sushi came out quickly and looked good. They didn't have the actual boat, so just brought it out on a platter. The rolls were good and what you would expect. I can't remember the names as we were just calling them out. The individual items that were easier to taste were the soft-shelled crab and the eel. I preferred the soft-shelled crab over the eel, but both were good. As far as the sushi, they were both good in quality and freshness. They had the right amount of fats and oils in higher quality sushi. I was impressed as didn't expect this quality from a hibachi restaurant. Service was fast and attentive. Overall, good food and service that exceeded my expectations.

I had a disappointing experience at the hibachi restaurant. The waitstaff exhibited exceptionally rude behavior, with one waiter consistently using a dismissive tone when saying "excuse me." Their lack of courtesy created an unpleasant atmosphere, overshadowing the dining experience. The constant rudeness from the waiters detracted from what should have been an enjoyable meal, leaving me with a negative impression of the establishment. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future patrons have a more pleasant dining experience. We also saw cockroaches on the floor.

First time and last time. Our cook was awesome and very friendly. However the food and cleanliness of the location left us not wanting to try this place again. The food was ok, for what we ended up paying we were left disappointed. It feels like a old location rather then a newer one considering it's neighbors.

Place is awesome. The portion sizes are huge and the food is cooked on the door and they have a variety of combinations. It's as good as it entertaining

I don't leave many reviews, but after tonights awful experience I have to. I just spent $200 on food that was barely edible and the most boring experience. I have been to many Japanese hibachis, including Hanabi before. The chef was not entertaining at all. He put in no effort and over cooked everything. I got the chicken and fried rice for my kids. The chicken was over cooked and dry to the point that none of them would eat it. My wife and I each got steak and scallops. I ordered the steak med-rare, knowing that when it gets chopped up on the grill it gets a little more cooked, this was over-well done. The scallops were burnt and the veggies were mushy mess.

This spot has a nice ambiance and great food. I wish I had more time to dine in. My order was just an in and out thing. My order consisted of the gyzo’s, some vegetable fried rice, which was really good and some karage chicken.

I ordered to go the hibachi chicken and filet mignon with a side of fried rice. Let me just tell you this was the worst tasting hibachi I have ever had. The rice was sticky and uneditable. And for the price they charged the portions were too small.

I ordered the my strip to go!!! This doesn’t even equal a New York strip on it own! I eat here all the time in person and have never been treated this way, very disappointed in my order I ordered fried rice it came with chicken which would be an awesome freebie if I weren’t allergic to chicken so that useless, we did have a chicken fried rice on our order but not for me… I hate that I have supported this company for so long and they treat customers like this….never again I’ll go across the highway!

The best miso soup around. Experienced a good show tonight. Starts with fire across the grill, the tossing of egg and cracks as it lands on spatula, Each person is tossed a piece of cooked egg to catch with their mouth. Funnnn!!! Cheering for random people. Then onion volcano put out by a peeing doll Food is delicious.

This place is always a hit even for our teenagers. The portions are large for the hibachi so we always get leftovers for lunch the next day too. The sushi rolls are always fresh and tasty as well.

The hibachi here is fantastic! The filet and shrimp are better tasting than most other spots, and their chicken is never dry either. One of the better spots around. I’ve been coming here for years and never been disappointed. The fried rice is solid, and most of the chefs are rather entertaining.

This place is disgusting. We are in Hibachi section (10 of us) and we were all disgusted by the dirtiness of this place. Touch your plate, I can almost guarantee you it is greasy. The water will have floating stuff in it. SALAD is soggy and mixed with water. The noodles will not be cooked on the grill but will be served half warm half cold. Disgusting!!! Please save your money!

Update: my favorite chef left, so I asked for someone fun, and they gave me James. Amazing! And some of the best fried rice I've had! His flavor profiles were on point, and his technique was impeccable. Hanabi is excelled everytime I've come. Okay, so maybe you saw my old habachi favorite fall from my good graces a couple of weeks ago. Well, I started my search for a new one, and scored with my very first outing! The ambiance was lovely. The food was amazing! (definitely try the heart attack!) the sushi fish was so fresh, but more than that, the habachi was FUN! during lunch! Lol. Min was amazing with the kids, they couldn't take their eyes off him. The waitress Emo, whom we loved!!! Told us the kids always request him. So, if you can get a table with Min and Emo, who took such great care of us even though we're the needy customer type, rest assured, you will be hooked with the first bite. So, just left from my third visit - amazing Everytime! And yes, I do request Min each time, and he never fails to impress. 🤗

Came in for lunch. Got edamame, some sashimi, and the hibachi lunch special (steak). All cooked perfectly and will continue to frequent this restaurant.

Very nice hibachi restaurant. You have the classic options. We like that they add egg plant to there dish to set them apart. They do offer vegan options of tofu and vegetables. I have ask for extra eggplant and no shrimp appetizers. The miso soup is vegan not the clear soup. There salad dressing is not vegan so I put the ginger sauce on it and it tastes great. They also have great sushi options as well.

Took our grands to celebrate a “junior black belt” in karate. The service was excellent and the chef was particularly playful with the kids. Very peaceful atmosphere (until the flames and volcano, which were of course part of the fun.) Looking forward to going back and sampling some of the less theatrical dishes soon.

Much needed date night dinner! It was so so good! The atmosphere was perfect for us. The service was amazing. The waitress gave us some drink recommendations which turned out great. We had just our favorite sushi rolls. They were good sharing size, affordable and came out quickly. They are open late too! Definitely making this spot a must when we come down to FtW!

Food is good. Prices fair. They continuously forget the shirts appetizer listed on their menu. And this time they also gave me two rices and forgot the salad.

Went for my nephew 18th birthday dinner on 9/27 5 oclock (not busy). Our waitress couldn’t speak nor barely understand English so off to a great start. After hibachi was prepared by the time it got to me ran out of the ordered meat and barely got any veggies. Offered to cook it in the back 👎🏻👎🏻 no point! Very disappointed and will never return. Was a regular customer. Bathroom disgusting as well you’ll walk out with sticky shoes!!!

Extended family dinner here, ages 12 to 80, all had a good time and fantastic food. Wonderful sushi and more food came with the dinners than some of us could eat so we ended up with some to-go boxes leaving with us. Four people actually caught bites of scrambled eggs that were thrown their way by the chef. I ducked instead of opening my mouth and ended up with some in my hair but never mind it was all good fun from the flaming griddle to the food on plates. We got our money's worth and then some.
