This place is a joke. I go in to pick up an order, and the girl behind the counter is on her phone. I ordered two giant pizzas and cinnamon rolls but she only brings out one pizza and the cinnamon rolls so I asked where the other one was and she said I needed to talk to the manager and he's too busy playing on his cell phone. He finally gets off his phone and gives me attitude. He asked what the problem is. I asked where the other pizza was and he tells me the employees don't know how to read the tickets if you can't read then you shouldn't be working. All the boys have headphones on or AirPods in both ears and not paying attention to anything around them. None of the cup Pepperoni's were cupped. The pizza is nothing special.

Absolute worst Cicis I've ever been to. The worker was on his phone the entire time. Made a salad, asked for French as listed and without even looking away from his phone he said "what you see is what we have". I'm pregnant and have been craving salads quite often, and the kids wanted pizza so it was the perfect plan! Until I had to drive to Aldis to buy French dressing for my salad. When I got back he was STILL on his phone. Another couple had walked in and the other worker was trying to get his attention. She eventually had to come tap him to let him know someone was waiting at the front. The salad was SUCH a disappointment. Room temp lettuce, frozen cucumbers, stale croutons (yes, I know they're stale bread. Leave croutons out of a sealed bag all day and taste one). Everything else tasted old as well, and there were 3 pizza options. I asked for a pepperoni & sausage as we can in Ohio, and they'll bring you a little one to your table. Here, they never brought it or let me know it was made. 15 minutes later I went to check and it was just sitting in the serving area. Like thank you I guess, but different. Decide I'm just not going to eat, the girls wanted to play games... out of the 3 games they have, 1 is broken and there's a big gumball machines tower and about 1/4 of work, but all will take the money 🙃 Never again that's for sure, and such a waste if money since I still need to go eat 😭

Our daughter wanted Cicis for her birthday. We paid for 4 at the buffet. We arrived before 6pm on Friday. No pizza on the buffet. They said they were not taking any requests for buffet pizzas because they have too many Togo orders. I asked if we needed to come back later? We went back and ordered two pizzas and wings Togo. The sign in the photo says, "don't see your favorite, just ask, we will make it." But we didnt see any pizzas, they were not even making regular pizzas to put on the buffet. Our Togo pizzas were good, buffalo wings had no sauce, we requested Buffalo sauce on our Buffalo wings. We requested a refund for the buffet and received it. Before 7pm the Togo pizza orders subsided, the pizza buffet was filled, staff was at ease. *Togo orders seem to be prioritized over in-house diners. Might work better to build stock at the buffet before the 5-7 pm Togo rush comes. Then work in a fresh pizza at least every 12 minutes when busy. Pizzas we received were good and worth the visit.

I use to go to focus as a kid, and I decided to share that awesome experience with my son. The way the salad, , the dressing and, produce is stored is appalling. There is no way, it is possible To store dressing probably in warm water, it should Be refrigerated. The dressing is not stored properly. The carrots look like they’ve been sitting out for days. I’m sure it’s to keep the cost of goods low but this is produce. The pizza is so gross, I don’t trust this place at all. The sauces pans are so dirty and the counters were not wiped down. The staff sat around in the game section. The whole thing screams lazy. If the staff is sitting down, they clearly don’t care enough to change out their sauces, and prepare the meals. They are just here for a dollar, and that’s not what I remember cicis to be. I want my money back.

Same problem as others stating. Pizza is empty most of the time. Wouldn't make a sausage because they had a big order. I understand being busy but it's kind of the point if the place. Hand to ask for silverware refills, BUT picking up of dishes from trash area was speedy. Almost no games worked, most without warnings. Was disappointing for our kids first trip in.

My boyfriend and i love going to this location for it's wonderful food and we get great service by a young man who i can only assume is manager who always makes sure we're properly served. last night was very questionable, a young lady we did not recognize failed to mention about a special they were having until the young man politely reminded her about a special offering they were having. my bf and i invited my sister and her bf as was their the first time at that location and was impressed by the food. but mentioned the young lady did not tell them about the special offering and paid $20 even though they were given kiddie cups as well. we left cici's but stayed talking in the parking lot. my sister and observed that the young lady behind the cash register was laying down and on her phone while the workers were cleaning. about 10 minutes later the same young lady walked out laughing and dancing as a car driving erratically stopped and picked her up and they all gave the middle finger to the young man and sped away laughing. he apologized for what had occurred and asked if we were okay and if he could do something to ease as we were shook up by what happened. needless to say, we were very appreciative on how the young man stayed graceful.

This place is diiirrrty.. I paid for a buffet but decided not to eat after coming in. The plates were greasy even the floor, booths and everything were unclean. Meanwhile, the staff outside of the kitchen were just on their phone, claiming to be on break. He was on break the entire time we were there. The pizza selection was basic also. It was all cheese and pepperoni. I would've requested a pizza ,but because it was so dirty I figured it was probably best to just not eat anything at all.

No pizza on the buffet during a dinner rush and having to wait for pizzas to drop just for it to be gone as soon as they hit the buffet. Nice employees but under staffed. Which I understand everyone is with covid but could of prepared better.

Walked in at 540 on Saturday with 2 smiling young ladies.they made us feel welcomed. It was my granddaughters b day and she chose this place. Food was delicious. Employees were great. They made sure the buffet was always full. I will definitely come back. Thank you cicis for a great b-day dinner for my g-daughter.

I had a great buffet! Even though the ice machine was not functioning properly but thank God for the next door neighbor (Jimmy John's) and with the short staff I was surprised to see how fast they brought out the pizza's. Thank you Mason for your dedication and the other guys with you. I'm grateful for hard workers like you...we ate pizza. Stay blessed!🙂🙌🏽🫂

This is the NASTIEST cicis I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The dough was RAW they remade it twice and we just left without eating because we were tired of sitting there staring at greasy walls. When i brought it up multiple times to the 2 kids up front they were too busy flirting and hugging up front giving me a blank stare saying okay we will make it again just for it to be even more doughy.

Horrible service from the manager. After paying for drinks he didn’t give the cups to us, which is fine, he probably forgot. But when my husband turned around to ask for cups, not even 10 seconds later the manager said “we don’t have drinks”…. He had just taken our order and asked what size we wanted. I went back up there with receipt in hand and asked “where do we get cups” he pointed to cups next to the register and I said “sorry I didn’t realize we got them ourselves” he then said “we’ll what size did you get” then handed me cups from behind the counter. Wth. He was just very rude

Today it snowed. All the roads were icy. every business and restaurant in town was closed… except for cici’s pizza!!! We went in just minutes before they closed. The manager in worker we’re about to head out but they Took our order anyway. Not only that, when it came time to retrieve our pizza and leave, the manager unexpectedly went out of his way to make our visit very special. Acts of kindness like this give me hope and restore my faith in humanity!! The kids asked if we could return tomorrow… I think I’m going to say yes. Thank you Cici’s!!!

My whole Cici's experiance was saved by this cutie named Mason. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, providing speciality pizzas just for us. But everything else was below average. Extreme lack of selection and food barely warm, I know for a fact Mason was hotter than the food. I would visit again just to see Mason again but everything else was subpar and can be improved. I'm happy this location is LGBT friendly but we deserve better.

Absolutely the worst. No pizzas or desserts. My husband ask for small pepperoni, never got. I took pictures of empty service area and manager and several employees kept laughing and pointing to our table. The manager laughed at us and pointed at us. We’re 76 and 80 and have never saw such disrespect that these kids showed not just us but the other patrons. Then I read the reviews and see this happens quite often and the complaints keep coming in and nothing changes so obviously your ratings are very entertaining for the employees and owner. Never going back.

The food was great and the dessert was delicious. We asked for a certain pizza and without any hesitation it was made fresh and hot. All the employees I came in contact with were great! 😁

one start because I had to give at least one. Last time I came here it was a bad experience. I chalked it up to everyone has an off day here and there. Fast forward a couple of months and here i am. It's 2pm Saturday afternoon. I ask the girl at the register for a custom pizza she tells me to go around the corner and ask because she's too busy. (No one in line behind me) I go around the corner of the buffet and no pizza on the line. Young man is on his phone, back to the buffet line. He finally turns around and I asked for a manager. Young manager comes up, I order my custom, phone dude says "You could have asked me". Sorry, didn't want to interrupt. The restaurant is dirty. The buffet minimal. Salad warm. Walls full of greasey hand prints. Staff not professional. Will not return for a third time.

We just celebrated 8th golden birthday and the girls had the best time! Staff was accommodating and we definitely recommend this location!

Friendly staff - beyond that...this place needs some help. AC was iffy, child seats were dirty, and I agree with another review that the salad dressing was awfully warm. I wish I could give this 5 stars - the staff friendliness deserves it, however the other main areas were lacking.

Very negative place this evening. The lady putting out the pizza wouldn’t get off of her phone long enough to communicate about orders. Asked for 2 pizza to be made, one was put out without notice, unfortunately the requested pizza was taken before getting only 2 slices. And the dessert pizza never came up after waiting 10 minutes watching for it. The cook and line girl seemed to make this evening terrible service on purpose. There were multiple customers who were expressing their disappointment this evening.

The service is very bad.. servers are very rude and they did not care about people not having food also. All servers had ear phones and they did not care what people were looking for. I order vegetarian pizza and they made it vegetarian plus some random chicken pieces. They did not mistakenly do it. It was from veggie toppings bowls. Jalapeño bowl had some chicken pieces. Worst experience ever

Went here for dinner on Good Friday - they should have prepared for a crowd! There were half dozen or so employees - all kids without a clue. There was no ice for drinks. Pizza was not browned on the bottom. Brownies were still liquid in the middle. Dirty dishes were piled to near overflowing. Counter where dirty dishes were placed was totally nasty! Worst experience ever. It’ll be a loooooooong time before we muster up the courage to try this place again.

Manager here was super friendly and nice. First day as manager but really, can make a huge difference for this place. 5 stars all around!

  • 3/5 Laura R. 6 months ago on Google
The brownies were undercooked. Just raw dough in the middle. Had to wait a long time for fresh pizza to come up. They were filling to go orders faster than the buffet line. The restaurant was not busy.

The experience you have here solely depends on the time you get there. If you go between 4-6, there will be so many children there that they can't keep the buffet stocked long enough to get a full meal. If you go 2-3, it's too slow and you'll get old pizza and stale brownies. So far, the best time I've gone has been 8-9:30ish. Not super busy with kids, but busy enough they put pizza out still! Just something to keep in mind the next time you go!
