    This Whataburger has the best service and quality in Fort Worth, even during a busy lunch rush. The food is always fresh and the location is conveniently located off of I-30. I got the #1 Whataburger combo with bacon and grilled jalapeños that tasted excellent.

    Stopped here for lunch. First time ever to Whataburger. Food had a good value and we enjoyed the burger 🍔 and fries 🍟. We also purchased a banana 🍌 pudding shake that had real banana 🍌 in it. We would go again if looking for a quick low cost meal.

    There is a sign that says, "Chose a line both A and B lines open." However, the crew TOOK 7 orders in Line A to the 1 order in line B during the 30 mins in the drive-thru Friday, August 11. Hardly any orders from the B line were taken during our wait. Both lines had about 3 cars each, and we pulled into the B lane at 11:09 PM. After 5 mins, we saw movement and heard orders being taken from line witnessed a runner carrying food to Line B we thought we would get serviced. No one ever came on the speaker to take an order for line B. The two cars in front of us in line B eventually moved forward after the runner delivered food to the front car, but no additional orders were taken. She went back inside. We LITERALLY was trapped in the drive-through line B. A moved consistency. At least 6 cars drive into the A line and out with their food after our wait started. Once we realized that we had to WAIT for a runner who was not coming out to consistently take orders, I got out of the passengers seat and went to order food for my family, while they were still stuck in the drive-thru. The worst part was the smells inside made me want to leave. I decided to vet the bathroom, and it was clean and smelled clean. So since we had been there 38 mins by then, and my family was still stuck in the drive-thru hungry, I ordered. $55 dollars and 3 minutes later, I was headed out with our drinks, and the car that was in front of family in line B had just been approached by the runner to get his order taken. That is ridiculous!! 48 mins in one line that does NOT MOVE due to lazy or negligent management. While the other line has served 10 plus cars. I expect the managers to operate better. the car that was stuck behind my family drove away without ordering....There's no need to ask why!!

    First time trying Whataburger. It was pretty good. I enjoyed the burger that I had. The weird thing is that they come around asking if you want ketchup, but if you want other condiments you have to pay for it. They didn't ask if we wanted any when we were ordering, it was just a weird process.

    Never coming here again and telling all my friends to avoid this location. Ordered a sweet n spicy burger with extra sweet n spicy and got a burger with NO sweet n spicy. Tried to call a manager no one was willing to correct my order. $13 wasted and my day ruined thanks whataburger 👍

    I was impressed that this location functioned about as smooth as a chick fil a, with two lanes, people coming out to take payment, etc. Still took about 15 minutes which is normal for Whataburger, but it as smooth as it could be considering how busy it was. They got my order right and even apologized for the wait.

    I ordered a simple burger with a medium drink through the drive through and proceeded to wait 30 minutes behind a vehicle who order the entire menu and was in lane 2 and instead of having that vehicle pull off to the side to wait for her food they had all us wait while 10 cars in lane 1 came and went. When it was finally my turn the employee came out with two large drinks for the car behind me and then proceeded to ask what I had ordered. Mind you it was one order with one drink. Waited an additional 10 minutes before being told I had to pull off the side and then was completely forgotten about for another 15 minutes before I proceeded to ask for a refund. Im not a complainer but service was absolutely ridiculous.

    Service at this location has gone down. A couple of visits ago, I was in the outside lane, employee comes up to me after ordering to request payment. I show him my app on the phone to pay and he says “Hey man can you do me a solid and pay cash? I pressed the wrong button. Ok… Today’s visit I order an unsweet tea. Order taker confirms order with “sweet” tea, I reply “No, unsweet tea.” She acknowledges, but I get a cup full of warm, sweet tea that had no ice in it when I got back to office 10 minutes later. Disappointing.

    This place is so poorly run. Don't even think about doing mobile order. They will loose it. I waited 40 minutes for my food for them to screw it up.

    This San Antonio based fast food burger restaurant has some of the best burgers I have ever had. Service is fast and courteous with ample indoor seating. Your food is brought to your table after ordering. Although the chain is expanding, presently most of their locations are based in the southern states. If you see a Whataburger make sure to stop and check out the food - no one in our party of six had any complaints. Menu is actually quite extensive so if burgers are not your thing, it's still worth dropping in.

    I've been coming here for a few months pretty regularly and consistently. They've been really good but something in the last couple of weeks has changed. They get my order wrong and the cashier has changed to a much less friendly person than it used to be.

    Literally the worst whataburger I have ever been to. My pregnancy craving wanted a bbq chicken strip sandwich, and after 1 hard roof of my mouth feels cut bite… I wouldn’t even give this sandwich to my dog. Maybe the lady that took my order thought I was rude. But sound rude to me, I’ll be rude right back. After that, my order took the longest to get. My drink order was wrong. And the French fries and the chicken strips were so hard they tasted so old and stale. If I literally gave it to my dog… he would probably look at me like I’m trying to hurt him. In the trash the food went. Money wasted and I’m still hungry. Anyone I know, I’ll make sure they avoid this location. Before you drive off… check your food first. Edit: my daughter had hair wrapped around her chicken strips in her kids meal. I’m calling corporate. This is disgusting and the worst service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant.

    This Whataburger used to be a much smoother experience. It has now turned into a long wait sitting in the drive thru. I am a daily customer and am considering not coming until they get everything under control. Today I waited 45 minutes from the time my order was taken until I got to the window to pay for my order. Mind you, there were only 3 cars in front of me. Drive thru service sucks and employees look confused and stressed.

    I just saw 7 people who got here before me get their food and leave. I'd understand if my order was hard but it is about as basic as it gets. I had an online order and was asked to pay for it again. To top it all off my food and drink came out and I was asked if I wanted a straw? With my drink? I understand forgetting the straw but if the order is late why not just throw some ketchup and straw in the bag? Of course my food wasn't hot

    Who doesn't like the classic Whataburger?! Or the Patty Melt? These are the two best reasons to come to Whataburger. Oh, and the spicy ketchup too! This location is usually quick to take care of you and the staff is always nice. The tables are always cleaned which is a huge bonus (I've been to other fast food chains that don't care.... Even during the current spike of COVID)!

    My dad and I are obsessed with Whataburger and we try to get Whataburger as often as possible. This particular Whataburger did a really good job on my burger and they didn't miss any of the toppings or anything. The only thing that I didn't like was how there was hair all over my cup and tray when they handed me the cup and brought out the tray. Some of the tables were dirty as well and no one cleaned them for the entire time that I was there which was about 30 minutes. The building itself was clean but some of the tables and the floor was dirty and had food on the floor though it wasn't a lot. I'm giving this Whataburger a 4 star because they did a good job on making my burger and they came out with it pretty quickly but since the place was dirty enough to make me feel a little uncomfortable, I'm giving it 4 stars. They need to do better on cleaning up the place and they probably should wear hair nets, especially if someone is losing that much hair just walking around.

    Only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because they always forget something in my order, and for one I asked for a kids meal for my son and they asked me “do you want gram crackers or fruit snack” I chose the crackers and when I got my order none was in there , aside that I always get the #13 and always get ranch with that , when I opened the box it was not in there , the lady asked me when I was paying if I wanted any ketchup I told her yes I want regular ketchup, when she comes out she told me that it was in the bag! But when I looked in the bag there was NONE in there !!! You guys need to do better on packing your orders !! And stop lying to the customers that “you put it in the bag”

    Can’t really complain about speed of service, Whataburger is a staple in Texas and will always be busy. The crew got us through the line as fast they could and our food came out fresh.

    The lady called out my number I said that’s my order. She sent it to someone else they opened my food. Then they returned the wrong order back to the employees after me telling them that you gave them the wrong order, and I was waiting to get my order they kept on looking back at me to see if I’m looking or not, so they can just give me the same burgers that the other customers opened and touched to see if it was their burgers Horrible, horrible customer service, nasty food. I’ll never come here again.

    Usually I do not complain, but today I have really just had it. I am so sick of the staff at this restaurant messing up my order. Why is it so dang hard to cook meat a little extra so that it is BROWN? Extra well done does not mean that you cook it til it is gray and you don't see any pink. "Extra extra well done sweet and spicy bacon cheeseburger with extra crispy onion rings and a large coke zero." Doesn't take a rocket scientist...

    Food is surprisingly always pretty dam good and haven't had a single issue. Workers here are really nice, always seem to have a positive attitude and you're usually only waiting 15-20 minutes no matter how busy it is. Definitely my favorite Whataburger spot.

    Tried the new blue cheese bacon burger. To me the blue cheese over powered the flavor. To me Whataburger has lost its Texas roots. Coleslaw doesn't belong on a burger. The thick and hearty and bbq burger seems to have disappeared forever. On a positive note the Bob sausage is great and the tubs of ketchup I love. Hate packets of ketchup.

    The worst staff in the industry! Training in customer service and civility in general would go along way to make this location worth visiting. The person taking my order was so unpleasant and inattentive to what she was doing, I left without buying anything. Would give a zero star rating if I could.

    This whataburger is the cleanest I have ever been to and their food reflects this as well. The burger was nicely made, fresh, and just was very good. And you could tell that from what the burger looked like when it was unwrapped. It wasn't smashed dripping or all veggies in one spot. We got three #1 that were asked to be made differently and they were all correct. Thank you and job well done!!! We will return.

    I just placed an online order. I was immediately greater by a lady and I wish I had gotten her name. My order was ready and she folded the top of my bad like my mother used to do. She happily made my chocolate shake. All around it was a great experience that was made possible by this young lady. Thank you ma'am. Sorry I didn't catch your name, but that's the first time someone took the Time to fold over the top of my order. Anyways thanks for a great online inside pickup

    One time I saw a girl with extra glittery makeup on open her door while she was in line in front of me and proceeded to vomit all over the ground, then pull up, and accept her order as if everything was fine and dandy with a smile on her face. I told the guy attending what had happened and we all had a good laugh. 10/10, good food with a show. Patty melt with grilled jalapeños and avocado is bomb.

    Whew Chile! I hate coming to this location I made a Curbside pick up order from my app per usual anytime I make it For this location whatever time it tells you on the app it's gonna come out 30 minutes later than that and most times not even hot in this case 3 days ago I waited 30 extra minutes for my food for the person to come out and say sorry we don't have any cooks OK that sounds like a you problem! THEN get halfway down the road take a bite out of my sausage biscuit and the freaking sausage was RAW you guys RAW! I called corporate or the number in the app she took down all my information but did not offer me a free replacement meal only said that she would escalate the call. So it's a no go I'm never going back to that location ever!

    My first time to ever come to this Whataburger! It was amazing. The staff, like Jayda & Shae was so friendly. All of the condiments, napkins, and other supplies were fully stocked. Thank you for running such a clean, friendly, and smoothly run Whataburger! Highly recommend.

    I normally have no issues here and today I didn’t order anything new but I asked for a large fry and basically got a small. Nor did I get any honey mustard. Unfortunate for a place I go to often.
