Last night was a bit disappointing ☹️ First, the lobster bisque was salty and my Cesar salad was dry in the smallest bowl I have ever had for a salad. This was a new mini bowl that is new to Red Lobster. I am very hesitant to send food back especially with covid 🤮 so I endured this. To make things worse the waitstaff mixed our order up with the table behind us and served my food to the man at that table and the other half was for his wife. When my husband's food came afterwards and it was quite rare🥴 His steak was supposed to be medium well but looked medium rare( Tooooo bloody but he didn't send it back). This is the second time there were no lobsters of any significant size so we ordered lobster tails which have increased in price and appear to have decreased in size. Then, I was disappointed at the portion size of the create my own meal. The fried bay scallops and broccolini we're salty!!! The flounder had no salt or flavor at all! I also ordered fried clams and must have received the last of a prepared batch because there were many mini pieces. This has become a regular occurrence with the portion sizes which is disappointing because the price of food is going up. Actually this experience has me thinking of finding a new seafood restaurant because that last three dining endeavors at this location have been very lack luster. What's crazy is a manager appeared to be walking around in our area but never acknowledge us or asked about our experience like normal. Uggggh, frustrated.....Need a new seafood restaurant.

First time at this location, and i really enjoyed the surf n turf other than the steak came out over cooked to my preference, and even though I was willing to just eat it(hate wasting food) my server had them make another and had it brought out, which I appreciated immensely! My wife had the make you own plate with crab and steak, and my daughter had the snow crab plate. They weren't overly impressed with the crab legs and felt they were under seasoned, but still enjoyed them. Our server Deoena was amazing. She was attentive, sweet, and helpful in finding food my wife could eat that was gluten free. As a side note, I was super impressed when I saw the manager overhear a fussy child giving her mother grief and walked straight over to help her out and made her happy and they were ALL able to settle down and enjoy their meal. Says alot to me! Thanks for the good evening! I was going to give a 4 star rating but our server changed it to a 5.

I’ve come to this place several times and I’ve never seen the place this bad it was so filthy the floors and tables were not cleaned and their were plenty of staff. And it was Mother’s Day and I came to bring my mother to a nice dinner and was very disgusted. Our waiter on the other hand was amazing and sweet and did a wonderful job but watching a manager only come around and I saw her clean one table. While the rest of her wait staff stood and gossiped when there was a dining room that needed a major cleaning and don’t get me started on the restrooms. And feeling my shoes slide back and fourth on an unswept floor made me wish I wasn’t wearing sandals. But see for yourself.

We got there at a good time. No wait, got right in and seated. Lobster was perfect! Hubby enjoyed every bite. Sirloin was delicious! I gobbled it right up. Destiny and Madison took good care of us! Thank you.

Food is way better than Burleson location. Our server was very nice and prompt. The location itself could use some cleaning. Dirty hand prints on walls and booth, dusty but other than that it was a nice meal.

After a remarkable fifteen-year absence, I returned to Red Lobster, a restaurant I had long overlooked in favor of higher-end seafood places. However, my early dinner experience left me thoroughly fulfilled with the food's quality and the impeccable hospitality of Bree, a true ambassador for the establishment. I opted for their seafood platter, and it turned out to be a delightful choice. The platter boasted an assortment of tantalizing ocean treasures, each exuding freshness and expert preparation. From succulent shrimp to tender scallops and crispy fried fish, the flavors danced harmoniously on my palate, leaving a lasting impression. Bree's warm smile and attentive demeanor added to the overall gratifying dining experience, as she guided me through the menu with finesse. Red Lobster has unquestionably raised its culinary game, dispelling any doubts I once held. This visit has left me with an indelible desire to return for more of their delectable seafood creations.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster and was lucky enough to have Tyree as my server. I have to say, he provided some of the best service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and attended to our every need throughout the entire meal. Not only was Tyree extremely knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer all of our questions, he also had a great sense of humor and made us feel at ease. He was attentive without being overbearing, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Red Lobster and especially Tyree to anyone looking for a great dining experience. His exceptional service truly made the meal memorable and I can't wait to come back and dine with him again. Thank you, Tyree, for making our night out so special!

Only gave one star because I had to. Waited 5 minutes to be seated and no one else was in line. Waited another 10 minutes to be seated and no one came. I was so excited about this dining experience and ended up leaving because a waiter never came. The entire restaurant was almost empty, had plenty of staff on the floor and this is sadly the service we received.

Went on my lunch break. The waitress was fairly new. We could tell. She was extremely slow. Really was not familiar with the menu. We asked for certain things and without even checking she said they did not have it. We asked another waitress passing by and she brought the item out and laughed that the other waitress did not know they carried a simple condiment. It took forever for the order to come out and it was wrong. I ordered catfish extra crispy with shrimp, fries and a loaded baked potato with NO cheese and sour cream on the side. I received bland catfish that was not crispy at all, a hand full of fries, a tiny baked potato with all the toppings on the potato including the cheese I did not want, the sour cream I did not want on the potato, and bacon I was not aware of, yet I was charged extra for it. To top it off NO SHRIMP. The waitress did not even notice it at all. Then she said she would bring it out. I had eaten half of my food and still no shrimp. After another 20 minutes, I just said never mind. After waiting about 45 minutes for our food, it wrong, and not good. I brought it to the waitress attention and she blamed everyone, but herself. I understand she could not in control the amount of time it took to cook the food, but you can control the how quickly she turned in the order, how quickly she brought out the order once it was done, and make sure the order was correct. I even spoke with the manager she was passive as well. When I asked about the extra charge, she basically told me it was my fault because I should have looked at the menu. I was not trying to get out paying for anything. I just wanted to bring to their attention that there was room for improvement. I could have gotten better food and service at Long John Silvers for less. My coworker did not eat her food at all. Although they comped her food; we would never go back there again. All of us were disappointed. We were late back to work and still hungry and wasted money.

Yesterday I came to take my wife out to eat. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The hostess upon arrival was not at the hostess stand for about 5-7 minutes, when she got to the host stand she did not acknowledge or greet us just told us to follow her. She wanted to seat us by the windows and I did not want to sit in sun, so I asked politely if we could be seated in the corner booth. She did not respond just walked us to the corner booth. While she was walking us to the corner booth I overheard the manager say “we have open tables” as the restaurant was almost completely empty. The only people who were there were seated by the windows, who after we were sat closed the shades to the windows because of the heat. After we were sat our server (who must’ve been high or brand new) came to take our drink orders (which took 10 minutes) and our appetizer, we ordered the hand breaded calamari. When he came back to take or order my wife had asked if there was an entree with the steak and lobster tail and he said he did not know but that he would write it down. He then asked me for my order and I told him I would have just the New York strip, but before he asked me for my sides he remembered that he had never asked my wife for her sides on her entree. So he asks her for sides and then mine after. After 10 minutes he came to tell my wife that the steak and lobster tail was not an option on the menu? He then left and I saw him ask another server if the steak and lobster tail was on the menu, and turns out it was. He then came back to apologize and tell us that is was on the menu. While waiting for the food we were able to see how dirty the place was (tables, floors, lights), we had also witnessed a customer come in to complain at the front host stand which was again vacant until the host came out. I seriously considered leaving at that point and told my wife if she wanted to go to the North Richland Hills location even though it was 30 minutes away, but ultimately my wife convinced me to stay. We were also waiting on our appetizer but it never came and neither did our server until our entrees were ready. When our food came the calamari was not brought out, and we asked if he could cancel the calamari as food had already arrived. I also asked for A1 sauce for my steak which again took 5 minutes to get, and by then I had already cut into my steak. My steak was cooked medium like I asked but it was salty. I thought I was crazy until my wife made the same comment about her steak which she asked to be cooked medium rare, but came out medium well as the outside was almost well done and the inside was hot pink. After our entrees my wife had asked for one more drink, and after 10 minutes I asked for our check. I also asked about my wife’s drink as it still had not been delivered, he proceeded to look at the bar and tell us “it was sitting over there.” When he brought the drink to our table he apologized and stated that his mind was not all there at the moment which was troubling as the restaurant was still almost completely empty. My wife chugged her drink so we could finally leave and as we were leaving the hostess was finally at her stand and told us to have a good evening which was odd because we were never greeted, and felt disingenuous. I really wish I could have spoke to the manager before we left but at that point I was frustrated with the service. I feel like I over payed for one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. It was also my first time at Red Lobster and I only decided to take my wife because she wanted “good seafood”. I regret the whole experience as I thought the Hulen location would be the better location. I do not think we will be revisiting this Red Lobster in the future to say the least.

Late afternoon on a Sunday. Really enjoyed the biscuits. Rest the meal was average. Waited way too long for our group to get drinks. Some items on the menu were out but the server would not tell you until you tried to order it. Pretty ho-hum experience

I'm not sure what is going on with this Red Lobster on Hulen. It has been packed for years and years until recently. My daughter and I went last week. We both couldn't get over how bad it smelled. It was also pretty empty for a late lunch on a Friday. Food was fine and service was okay. My whole family and I decided to stop in today (Saturday) for lunch. As we drove there my daughter and I were talking about the smell from the week before. When we arrived, it had maybe six cars there. My husband agreed with us about the smell. It is awful! All of our food was good except my salmon, which was way overcooked. Our server, Fayth, was great and sweet as can be. Whatever is going on better be fixed and quickly before what's left of their business is gone for good. Something has to be done about the smell. I guess we should take it as a hint when the parking lot is nearly empty during lunch rush. This has always been one of our favorites, but I don't care to go back until something changes.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner for my mother today. Great service & food as usual! Our waitress was Lisa! She sent over a little treat to celebrate my mother’s 84th! Rewards got her a piece of cheesecake to take home. We’ll be back!

First I was there with a group of 11 with 2 under 12. We were seated in a super long booth that seated 5 on each side and one person on the end. It was very crowded. A 12 to 14 top would have been a lot better and I think they had that available. That many people crowded up makes it hard to be objective but..... food was okay the pasta and shrimp had a total lack of flavor and not even warm. There were some other minor items but overall it was an okay experience.

Overall it's what you expect from Red Lobster. The food comes out as ordered, the staff cares. They are real good about keeping that basket full of cheddar bay biscuits and we all know that's really why you're here. We came for the endless shrimp and we're only disappointed by the fact that they were out of the Argentine red shrimp. Otherwise our waitress Jazmin was on point. She even got our subsequent order of shrimp to stay ahead of the kitchen. Very enjoyable experience.

I ordered the Shrimp Trio. The waitress was nice, but when I received my food well that was not so nice. The shrimp was way over cooked and the shrimp Alfredo was very mushy and greasy. I ate a couple of the fried shrimp it was hard and very dried out. I couldn’t eat the shrimp Alfredo. Do not recommend this location.

Went with my bf it was dead in the restaurant and service was still pretty slow for how dead it was . The food was just okay, not fresh I had lobster pasta the lobster had no fish taste and was very chewy my boyfriend’s salmon was over cooked . The margaritas look liked they are pre made and water down. I’m a server and a bartender as well so it’s pretty easy to tell what is and is not a margarita it’s very disappointing how mediocre we felt the food was and how high the tab was , I have no problem that paying for good fresh sea food but that’s good , Fresh sea food ,not red lobster.

The seafood fondue is out of this world as are the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The shrimp skewers are incredible, the baked potato is not overly salted and is a great addition to any entree, and their salmon is very flavorful. My fiance ordered the steak and shrimp and the steak was cooked perfectly for him (medium rare). They were a bit short staffed that day, but the service was still on point and impeccable despite their staffing frustrations.

Came in today for Mothers day we had the waitress with dreads and she was amazing 👏🏽!! Fast prompt and great service. Food was piping hot, she was attentive and catering. There was an older couple across from us and they had a different waitress and they seemed to be waiting a while just for some bread. I was extremely glad we got the waitress we did. Will definitely be coming back again

My husband had gotten out of work late and we showed up about fifteen minutes before they closed for our anniversary and they treated us exceptionally well. The manager and our waiter were just absolutely amazing and the food was spot on even though it was late. Absolutely the best anniversary dinner ever and a great night.

Worse lobster I've ever had. The meat was slimy like it was only 3/4 cooked and had been frozen not fresh from the tank. It tastes like it was cooked in dishwater. No sea food flavor at all. Fyi I was born and raised on a farm less than 30miles fromPemaquid point Maine.

The food is consistently good at Red Lobster. I always get a lunch special and it's more than enough food for me. I gave the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 partially because the prices are noticeably higher than just a few weeks ago. I know the prices on everything have gone up but it doesn't mean I like it. The service was rushed, too. The waitress acted as though we were there for a lunch hour, bringing our main course before I had taken more than 3 bites of my salad. My friend and I like to take at least a couple of hours for lunch. We tipped appropriately but not generously because of this. We told her we weren't in a rush but she seemed to never catch on to that. It was a good lunch though.

She is the exact example of how All servers should treat guest. I never had to ask for a refill or extra shrimp she was already asking me! Great customer service ! Will definitely come again
