Today’s
experience
at
On
the
Border
reminded
me
why
I
do
not
eat
here.
It
started
with
trying
to
place
the
order
online
where
it
only
gave
me
black
beans
as
a
bean
option
and
my
order
that
was
10.99
for
whatever
reason
when
I
got
to
check
out
increased
the
subtotal
to
$13.32.
Finally
I
just
called.
The
lady,
Tara,
that
I
spoke
with
was
the
only
positive
part
of
the
experience.
When
my
food
arrived
the
enchiladas
were
completely
cold
and
the
pre-packaged
rice
was
not
only
cold
but
hard
as
well.
The
bean
liquid
was
the
only
thing
that
was
hot.
I
called
them
and
it
just
got
worse
from
there.
Kylee
said
she
would
remake
it
but
that
was
so
gross
I
do
not
want
to
get
the
same
thing
now
just
warm.
So
she
gave
me
my
other
enchilada
option
which
none
of
them
do
I
eat
but
I
guess
it’s
my
only
option
but
at
this
point
I
just
want
a
refund.
That
evidently
is
not
an
option.
So
now
I
am
going
to
waste
my
time
picking
up
beef
with
queso
enchiladas
that
I
don’t
like
and
will
not
even
eat.
The
manager
brings
my
food
and
he
is
so
hyper
and
wound
up
he
does
not
hear
a
word
I
say
when
I
tell
him
that.
He
takes
my
old
food
and
tells
me
to
have
a
nice
day.
I
get
out
to
my
car
and
open
it.
Still
this
crunchy
gross
prepackaged
rice
and
it
is
still
cold.
The
beans
are
still
bean
soup
but
this
time
they
are
cold
as
well.
I
have
a
section
with
what
appears
to
only
be
cheese
but
finally
I
find
the
enchiladas
underneath.
Guess
what,
yep,
the
cheese
and
the
beef
are
all
cold
and
the
tortilla
is
crunchy
and
tastes
of
old
grease.
If
this
is
the
garbage
they
always
serve
I
want
to
know
how
they
stay
in
business.
So
from
the
time
I
started
trying
to
place
the
order
till
I
got
the
remake
was
1
hour
and
7
minutes
wasted
of
my
life
and
$13
spent
on
what
ended
up
in
the
dog
bowl
