Food: delicious! Vegetarian options clearly spelled out. Falafel Plate. Shawarma Lunch, a little oily, but refreshing with the double salad option. Freekah Soup was amazing. Hearty and really hit the spot. Everything comes with pita so it's all very filling. Baklava is a must if you have a sweet tooth! Service: they are fast! Ambiance: a cute place nicely decorated with Egyptian aesthetic. We stopped here for a quick lunch meeting.

Nice place with a cool interior! Building is a bit old but still cozy. Food was alright but nothing too crazy. And I know these were from the lunch menu, but the chicken kofta plate was a bit disappointing. Also, they do charge you for water since they bring water bottles without telling you so be aware. However, people were very friendly and it was still good food!

My friend and I decided to visit this place randomly, and I'm glad we went. The food was fresh and delicious. We tried an appetizer plate (picture attached), chicken and couscous, moussaka, dessert and their Turkish coffee. Everything was 10/10. I can't emphasize that enough. The customer service was good too. We'll be back.

Food was excellent, service was above average The eggplant dip was smoky with a late heat finish. The pita was so soft. Best gyro ever. Shawarma was incredible.

Delicious food, interesting atmosphere and wonderful staff!! Everything I’ve had here has been freshly made and sooooo very good. For today’s visit I ordered an appetizer with 4 of my favorite options: falafel, meat samosas, tabouli, and hummus with tasty pita bread. It was definitely a full meal. My brother and sister-in-law were visiting and agreed to give the place a try. My brother said the lamb was very tender and tasty, while my sister-in-law loved the flavors of her chicken. So whether you’re someone who has been to the Middle East or new to this type of food, I do believe you will love it! PS Don’t forget to try their baklava for dessert!

The food here is very flavorful. Today I tried the gyro, the eggplant dish and the baklava. The flavor from the gyro lingered on my pallet more than five minutes super amounts of flavor 😀 If you have the eggplant dish. I recommend rice with consider it foodporn. Nice and messy and slippery. If that's what you're into. Not for the faint of heart (burn). The food is not lacking flavor here. The baklava is very flaky and buttery. A sweet treat.

This is legit my favorite restaurant. We live over an hour away, but every single birthday, Father’s Day, or any special occasion I can think of, we make the journey here to eat. My 2 kids are not exactly adventurous eaters, but even they love this place. The service is wonderful, and the food to die for. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Wife had been wanting to try King Tut for quite awhile, but we've never made it either due to timing or just being far away when hunger strikes. Finally after a few years, we were able to try this place out for dinner. Parking is either along the street or in the lot across the street. If you're visiting during the week and normal business hours, you might want to check on where to park as I believe that lot is for a physician's office. Doors opened promptly at 5:30 pm. We stuck with water and started with an order of their Hommus Dip ($6). Generous serving of mashed chick peas seasoned with tahini, lemon, garlic, and cayenne pepper with warm pita press. We absolutely enjoyed this appetizer. For entree, we had the Falafel Vegetarian Entree ($12) and the Combination Mossaca ($15). Everything served up with delicious. All-in for the meal was $46. We will absolutely be back to try some of their other dishes.

We had a birthday party at this restaurant of 23 people. The Owner and Staff were FABULOUS! The food came out fast, warm, and delicious. The service was excellent, fast, and super friendly! All of our guests raved about the food...the taste, the quantity.. everything! The Owner even came out and sang Happy Birthday in his language for my daughter! It was a huge success! He even gifted my daughter a bottle of their AMAZING salad dressing!

Delicious and fresh. The tamarind and mango drinks were so refreshing. The way they crumble the falafel into the falafel salad was unique and really incorporated all of the ingredients into even distribution. Service was amazing as well! (And the restroom was clean, always a good thing.)

Dropped in at the last minute to grab something before an appointment. Even with time restriction I had a nice to go meal ready in perfect time. Tasted great and the lady that took my order also very quickly had my order packed and ready to go. Highly recommend!

I work next door to King Tut and I absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is unique and unlike any place I've ever been to. It's very clean and the food is the best food I've had in Ft. Worth so far! I recommend everything. You will not receive bad food or service. 30 years of serving Ft. Worth the finest dining experience! You have to check these guys out if you haven't already!

This is my first time experiencing Egyptian food and the experience was very pleasant. The lamb was juicy and delicious. This family owned restaurant has 30 years of experience of serving authentic Egyptian food and I can see their professionalism and dedication through their services.

Excellent place for Mediterranean take-out or dining. The restaurant is Egyptian-themed. The decor felt outdated, but would still be a comfortable spot to dine in. It was fairly empty when we went on a Saturday night. We ordered take-out. It was ready quickly and packed well. They have a good variety of menu options. Prices were fair. I tried the lamb shawarma and a piece of baklava. The shawarma came with a side salad and pita bread. Everything was excellent and it was a ton of food, too much for one person! The baklava tasted good but was too dry, likely old as it had been sitting in a display on the counter.

This little dive is simply wonderful. For starters, the young lady who helped me behind the counter was very polite and had a good sense of humor about her cash register not working. Good service from her and I appreciate that. I ordered sambosa with veggies and meat filling, lamb kafta with rice, pita bread, and a side salad, and a box of baklava. And everything was delicious. The thing about King Tut's food is it looks rather plain at first glance. And in a way, it is. It's not overly seasoned or elevated. Simple ingredients cooked well lead to a mouthful of flavor and delight. The sambosa was so flaky and crispy. The pastry was perfect. And to the veggie/meat filling had a ton of flavor. The pita bread was soft and fluffy. And the side salad was light and fresh. The lamb kafta was grilled to perfection. Had a wonderful sear on the outside and the seasoning was perfect. I would say it was just lightly seasoned, but done so perfectly. And the meat was so juicy. So good. And then we get to my favorite dessert ever, baklava. I won't say their baklava is the best I've ever had. But all the same, it's baklava, so it's yummy. You can't go wrong with getting food from King Tut's. Stop by and get lunch here one day. You won't regret it.

Food is incredible! Got the mesa plater to go - small and it was a massive amount of food! Huge bag of pita bread too. The ladies at the desk are exceptional and kind. Will be back!

Coming from a half-Egyptian, I can vouch that King Tut has delicious Egyptian food. It is 30-years old and family owned. We had Huda as our server, she is the daughter of the owner and is so lovely. I’d recommend the Gyro plate and the Koshari, yum. Thank you again for such a pleasant first experience!

This place has been in business for over 30 years. Mediterranean menu with Egyptian dishes. Attentive service and delicious food. We will definitely be going back. So many things to try!

Really great place! Food was excellent! They have tons of vegetarian options. The Turkish coffee was good, but with 3 shots of espresso, I'm gonna be up all night! Unfortunately, however, they close at 8:30 pm. I recommend going at lunch. Place has been around for 31 years!
