I really enjoyed the food here, the chickennis great, the brisket is ok, the Mexican street corn and cream spinach was good too. The cucumber jalapeno lemonade was super good

Ordered a chicken bowl and some peach cobbler here today. It was solid, but I wouldn't say I was blown away. For the price, it's solid. And you get big portions. So there is serious value here. The peach cobbler was definitely the best part. I definitely recommend getting it if you swing by. Overall, solid experience. Satisfied, will be going back.

The food was very delicious. My favorite item was the rotisserie chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The cooks did an EXCELLENT job preparing the chicken. I also had a baked sweet potatoe that I absolutely enjoyed. Everything I ordered was delicious and well prepared. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant could have been better. A few of the tables were dirty which gave the appearance of an unkept dining area. There were a few flies that we had to deal with I found this a little annoying. I enjoyed the food. I feel like I want to give it a second visit in the future. I will be back for a second impression because I enjoyed the food. We will give this restaurant a second chance. Plenty of outside parking.

Honestly, if I could give this place is zero, I absolutely would! I would never be back to this specific establishment or this restaurant chain ever again! We spent almost $40 worth on food there just to get bare minimum there was like a handful of pieces of okra in there. It looked as if we were missing half of the order when asking for sauces a bag it was like the end of the world there was nobody even in the restaurant to begin with, and I specifically asked for all of the sauces and barbecue sauce that we need it on the side. The manager literally had to get involved just to help the rep be able to get the items I need and we still didn’t get anything. We actually asked for, I had to ask the manager at least three times just to give me barbecue sauce. We ordered a strawberry shortcake and he just handed it to me not even in a bag as if I don’t already have a full size drink to carry plus the other bag it’s just very inconsiderate. They are completely unorganized, and every single person in there was acting like they just open that location that day. Nobody acted as if they knew anything , the service alone is one of the biggest reasons why we will never be back. The food was extremely dry. I don’t suggest this place ever there’s so many other good chicken places here.

Too keep it civil and kind... I'm done with this place and it's manager! The good news is that they re-did the sandwich. The bad news was the 16 miles round-trip, gas, and arguing I had to endure to get it.

Very nice to see a menu that offers a 3 piece dark meal. Very tasty and very good homemade Mac and Cheese, loved the Mexican corn 🌽...I will frequent this place more often.

I love this place. Anytime I come to Dallas, this is my first meal! Wish we had this in California. Chicken is always falling off the bone and I can get my twice baked mash potatoes and fried okra fixes!

Cowboy chicken fills the void that Boston chicken used to be. Good variety of chicken plates and sandwiches. Brisket is also a good choice. Sides are flavorful. Didn't try any desserts. Definitely a must try for chicken that isn't fried. Good rotisserie flavor.

Personnel was very attentive, I ordered their strawberry chicken salad, it was amazing! The chicken was really good and strawberries were fresh. The salad originally comes with Feta cheese but I was able to swap out for a mix shreaded cheese. No sides come with salad unfortunately and each side is about $4 with taxes. I will be coming back to try their half chicken meal, that does come with two sides. The strawberry lemonade is delicious aswell, not overpowered by sweetness. Highly recommend this place. Best chicken I've had in a while for sure! My meal came out to $16 and some change, pretty fair for the food quality, would be nice if it came with atleast one side.

Dude, I'm so shocked! I already knew their chicken was the best, but I'm literally in love with their brisket! It's phenomenal. Awesome healthy choices also. I'm on the keto and it's hard to find good food when dining out that works with my diet and yet is so flavorful. Love this place!

I asked for a FRESH brownie today, January 12th and this is what I was given. I was told that, "this is fresh, it just came out of the freezer." The brownie is hard and dry feeling.

Lots of chicken in the half chicken platter. Chicken is hot when received and seasoned well. Mac and cheese was fine. Okra was solid. Banana pudding was okay but a little heavy. Looking forward to trying out the sandwiches next time.

Their chicken enchiladas are great. I did not like their (so called) Mexican corn at all. The peach cobbler was decent. I will definitely be back soon and highly recommend giving them a try.

I ordered the southwest salad and there was no quality control. I ended up with 6 pieces of the lettuce head in the greens, only 4 slices of chicken, and the tortilla strips were stale. I might’ve ordered the last day before restock, but the salad could’ve been prepared better for the price.

It's simple rotisserie chicken. No frills and out-freaking-standing. It's delicious chicken that is delicious because of the chicken and not because of 14 other ingredients. If you aren't already on your way then that's your first mistake... get moving!

First time visiting this place. Ordered my food at 5:50pm on 11/2/2023. Order taken by Eleanor (per the receipt) and at 6:21pm order hadn't even been called back for it to be made. Order amount was $24.36 (To Go Order)Walked up to the counter to advise that it's been over 20 minutes and the Hispanic girl, tells me that it's going to be a minute, because they have a lot orders and I stated to her that I know, but it's been over 20 minutes. She was very rude. Especially when I didn't even order a lot of food. Just for 2 people. The black girl with the dreads in her hair finally asked me my name and then after i gave it to her, she calls my order out to the guys in the back to fix it. No apologies or explanation at all. By this time my head is hurting and I am frustrated because all these people are getting their food except for me. If I had never went to the counter to inquire about my food, I would have been still sitting there. As far a the food being good, I guess I will never know.

I had the 3 piece dark, elote corn, creamed spinach, and banana pudding. I came for the banana pudding and ordered dinner after I smelled the chicken. The chicken was a 10/10. It was smoked and fell off the bone. The elote corn was ok. It was missing something but passable. The creamed spinach was delicious. I could eat a bucket of that. The banana pudding was good. I’d give it an 8/10. Overall I enjoyed my food and would recommend it for others.

The food is really good and affordable. Good service to pick up or curbside. I don’t like to dine in; the place is normally full, with not available seats.
