It was the first time I've ever been here, I went with my step daughter, one of my husband's granddaughters and my husband. It was so beautiful there were so many different flowers and ponds and it was just set up beautifully. I really never knew it was here but I want to bring one of our other granddaughters to see it. It was really a beautiful place to be and I plan on going back.

I really enjoyed the gardens. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The gardens are well cared for and beautiful. I enjoy walking around with my camera and taking pictures. I'll have to go back during spring time because I'm sure it's incredible.

How are a clear blue sky, comfortable mid-seventy degree air, light breeze, and beautiful red trees in the Fort Worth Botanical Japanese Garden. Great for photo opportunities for special occasions or with that special someone. If you're dressed to impress, please leave some attractiveness for the rest of us! ;) great for a afternoon walk or stroll, or even have a seat on a bench by a flowing stream, calm lake, or Japanese trees and architecture. A must see year round, though end of Fall is the time to go!

‘Reimagine’, a once beautiful Japanese garden, with tranquil fall colors reflecting off the still water ponds and turning it into a disturbing sight of man-made garbage. And to think I paid 28 dollars for me and my wife to see this mess. If I would have known it was going to look like this, I would have stayed home and saved my money. What a disappointment!

It’s a very beautiful yet serene place to be. My first time here and brought my mom here and we loved it. It’s such a pretty walk and we went during the Japanese festival so there were many different things there also!

The architecture and landscaping is top notch here, and the greenery is well balanced. Seems to be lacking a decent bit of flowering plants and trees for... well, a botanical garden; but it's still a fantastic place for relaxing and sight-seeing.

Peaceful serene garden. Everything looked the same as when I visited years ago. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is due to the few dead koi fish in the pond. I understand it’s hot so I wasn’t shocked. But, I do think someone needs to check on them throughout the day.

Cost during the summer is $7.00 to enter entire botanical gardens. You no longer pay to get into the Japanese gardens. It is more expensive when the heart goes away but either way it is well worth the cost. New entrance for the last year so be in the lookout. It's past the other entrance

Inside Ft Worth Botanical Gardens. Absolutely beautiful!!! Even in winter with nothing blooming, still beautiful! Very much worth the walk. It is a walk just to get to this part of the Gardens. They started the tram back, so that is better if walking is an issue. But, inside there a wheelchair would still be hard.

Arrived late for the Japanese Spring festival, food truck line was so long didn’t bother to stay in the cue. All time favorite place in Fort Worth Botanic garden is the Japanese garden, there were volunteers to guide you throughout the park. We did a little picnic under the tree, couldn’t find a designated picnic spot. Then saw a caterpillar crawling on the bag. Love nature!

Beautiful, peaceful place. I loved the experience. It was crowded as they were having the Japanese culture festival with lot of activities, food trucks and Japanese food tasting. Live sumo and music performances. They have a small gift shop with interesting items, coi fishes are stunning you can get food to feed them and you will definitely get a glance of all of them, different sizes a d amazing colors, turtles taking sun baths is really amazing. I loved loved the big zen Garden and the bonsais.

Love this part of the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. Didnt expect this part to be so large and also includes its own gift shop. Even saw people out reading and having picnics and reading books. Will def be back, great place for the whole family.

I took my daughter there so we could spend her first birthday looking at everything and it was beyond anything I've ever seen! It was amazingly gorgeous! I will definitely be going back with the rest of my family! 10 stars for me.

The Japanese Garden was very beautiful. We recommend stopping by when you are in the area. The ponds have several interesting fish. The setting is excellent for meditation or doing a drawing if you are an artist. We will definitely return as we need more time to examine the scope of the garden.

The lights show in the winter time is not to be missed! Come to see spectacular installations, that were obviously made with time and care. The Japanese garden is fantastic in any season.

Came here for our first time since residing in Texas about almost 6 years now. The Spring Festival event in April what made us interested. I’ve seen other Japanese gardens but by far this place has to be my favorite. Pictures won’t do any justice you just have to experience it in person. I love how there’s ( secret exit path ) at the end of our visit we wanted to go through the bamboo trees and it led us right to the vendors for the event. Such a beautiful peaceful garden, we will definitely be back.

This was absolutely beautiful. I had no idea something so amazing could be in North Texas. The architecture combined with the diverse plant life and animals is absolutely crazy. It didn’t feel like I was in Texas. Im not sure if it normally costs money, but we just drove in and parked and started walking. We didn’t see any place to pay, but there was also an event going on so something probably happened. I could not recommend this place enough. Definitely worth checking out if your in the area or even if you’re not and want to make a trip out to Fort Worth.

Beautiful garden runned by a volunteer society. It could use a bit more keeping, we came I. The winter, so dead needles were everywhere. The water is a bit green. But you can tell the folks to volunteer to keep the garden care and I appreciate their hard work!

Super clean and well kept! It is a peaceful place to visit, read a book, eat lunch, just relax on a bench in the shade watching the koi fish and turtles. Picture taking here is amazing. It was $15 for adults.

The experience in the Japanese Garden gives you a glimpse into the country of Japan. The wedding I attended was breathtaking and the rain only enhanced the beauty of the garden.

Beautiful garden with Koi fish, and turtles in the water features. You can buy fish pellets for them at the front. The paths are very well landscaped and the whole garden is just beautiful!

Stunning oasis so close to downtown! You’d never guess it’s adjacent to a highway. I visited with a group of friends for the Fort Worth Japanese Festival in early November. The guides were placed throughout the park, always ready to offer advice or take a picture for you. Vendors were also throughout the park, selling food, craftsmanship, or simply wanting to educate the attendees. There’s also a traditional zen garden they tend to as well as they do the rest of the garden. Winter is an amazing time to go because all of the Japanese maples will be their full vibrant crimson colors!

The place has real nice rose garden. The center of which can be reserved for marriages , so we couldn’t see that part but it looked pretty decorated from far. The garden has nice aesthetic , a small lake and some Japanese styled houses. There is a butterfly garden for kids and a small restaurant in the centre. It’s pretty good for a family picnic or for a relaxing day. The ticket costed 12$ for general admission.
