The staff are amazing here. You can tell that they love what they do and are eager to share stories. The tour was very thorough and everything is neat and tidy. They also have a super cute Siamese hangar cat named Sammy!

Really cool vintage museum! It is a small museum with two hangars. One where you can see the projects they are working on and the other one where you can see the flying planes. It was cool to see two B-26 and one of them is the only one that is actually flying. Today they came back from a show in Oklahoma. The staff are all mainly veterans and they are wonderful and happy to share their stories with you.

Interesting vintage airplane museum. The staff were friendly and passionate about what they do. They encourage visitors to ask any and all questions they have. While I have a passing interest in airplanes, my dad enjoyed the visit the most. Definitely worth a visit to those who love history and airplanes.

Wow, what a great place! They gave many airplanes and helicopters from years past. Most are fully restored and some being reconstructed. Our son is an aerospace engineer and fully enjoyed it as we did. The staff and volunteers are super friendly and helpful. If you have any interest in airplanes, visit it!

A must see for all ages. Great people, not crowded. They have a cat named Sammy. We spoke to a nice man that told us stories about the war. There is a lot of history to learn. My husband loved it. It was pretty neat.

Absolutely amazing experience - wonderful, dedicated people, sharing their love of tremendous aircraft. A flight experience is truly profound - there are signatures inside the plane of the veterans who have flown with them. Brings you closer to those brave humans; really powerful. As a passenger, it’s also actually really comfortable! A super fun experience - we even saw little kids on the ground waving at us!

Nice place to visit and browse for only $10. A few airplanes you can look at. Some in the process of restoration. A really nice collection of engines. Also a cockpit that you can climb in and play with. Lots of memorabilia and pictures. The gift shop is nice too. A lot of fun for only $10.

Really cool aircraft museum. A majority of their aircraft actually still fly and are airworthy, including a DC-3 and several other aircraft from 1930s-80s. Its nice to see a bit of history so well maintained, like going back in time.

It was a lot of fun. The docents are very knowledgeable and entertaining. The exhibits are informative. I especially appreciated the emphasis on WASP and women's contribution to aviation and the world wars. The Memorial Rose garden is special and unique.

Pretty cool museum, they have a lot of rare and unique aircraft. They have WW2 and Korean War aircraft. You can also see them doing maintenance on them and walk around the work shop.

My husband and I attended the annual Hangar Dance and got to see some of the exhibits while dancing to the live band! This is such a treasure tucked away in Fort Worth. They also used to show and fly some of their aircraft in the Alliance Airshow. If you're in town, I highly recommend finding them and visiting! It's a great family afternoon activity or for an aviation history buff.

You have to like history and appreciate aviation to appreciate this place, the time and effort they must have put together to bring to us such an amazing place. Learned so many new things from WW1 and WW2. It was fascinating hearing stories from the veterans there in staff. I could just sit there in there brake room and listen to them talk for ever. The place was really organized and well detailed. All the way down from the small scale models collection to the real stuff. Tons of memorabilia news papers, artifacts, facts etc you name it this place had it and if you don't see something or understand ask. They where extremely eager to answer any question and laid some good knowledge on me. Thanks again. I have not been able to talk to many friends and family from all the facts I leathat day. Still mind blowing. Nice gift shop also if you want to take a Lil of the place with you to remember by. You can't beat this place for only 10 bucks. Definitely a place to stop by if your passing by or even if you live in the area. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. Thank to everyone that took the time to put together such a place. God Bless

Wonderful museum with a magnificent collection. They have a restoration hangar with dozens of projects, the highlight of which is a Beech 18 owned by Jackie Cochran. In the main hangar they have the magnificent Southern Cross C-49J which offers flights for the public regularly.

There's a small museum, but the main hangar is more like a restoration shop. A number of historic warplanes are in the process of being restored and you can see exactly how much mess and labor it really takes to keep these aircraft running. The volunteers are very knowledgeable and seem eager to talk about the airplanes and their work there.

Absolutely stunning! My jaw dropped when I walked in for a friend's retirement ceremony the Vintage Flying Museum hosted. Such a special location and the history inside is remarkable! Bring the whole family, everyone will enjoy the displays and all there is to see and learn while at the museum! It's so easy to get to the museum that is just north of the Stockyards. I really wish I could have stayed for the dance they had, because so many people were dressed up for a Big Band Era concert with some swing dancing. The men looked dapper and the ladies all looked marvelous!

I was here for the Holidays & Heroes event as a group of the Star Wars members. We had an absolute blast and it was such a kind, loving experience! The planes and the museum were all awesome to see up close. I love having a place that dedicates their time and effort to keeping these historical artifacts beautiful. Thank you!
