This is obviously the most beautiful Church in the diocese, but the music is also at a very high standard and the liturgy is overall very reverent. They occasionally play some of the sappy, vacuous 80's Catholic songs, especially during communion (which is the worst time to throw those out), but overall it's still a nice liturgy, especially if Fr John Robert is presiding. His homilies are rock solid, as are the musings you get in the bulletin (basically a short "blog" on the readings for that day). They aren't afraid of incense either. Aside from the Mass, they also do a fantastic job at different events. The St. Patrick's Day feast is quite a party and the daddy/daughter dance is certified fresh.

I love attending mass here when I get the chance. I mostly go for solemn high liturgical events like Easter, Ascension, Assumption, HDO (Holy Days of Obligation) and other wonderful feast days of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. Now it ain’t the best cathedral in America and it certainly ain’t the best church in the DFW metroplex but if you want to visit a cool space where priests and parishioners are on their journey to sainthood together then check out this place it might just do the trick for ya.

I was in awe in the presence of this beautiful cathedral. Well, you don't see church with Renaissance Revival architecture very often nowadays. It was located on 804, Terry St on my birthday. A sign maybe? hahaha anyway i enjoy the visit very much.

Beautiful Cathedral. It's a piece of art in It's own right, as well as being a Spiritual Place of Prayer. Highly recommended visit in Fort Worth!

I have been a member and active congregant at Saint Patrick’s for most of my life, and I can say with absolute certainty that it is the finest parish I have ever been to. Yes, it’s beautiful. Yes, it’s historic, but the best thing about this parish are its staff and clergy. I can tell you from first-hand experience that they are the most devout, pro-life, pro-family, and loving people you will ever meet. Father John Robert Skeldon, the Rector, has been a staunch advocate of local pro-life apostolates, volunteering his time and considerable talents to support the Church’s mission of protecting and preserving Life. As the administrator and executive director of one such organization, I cannot begin to express how much his efforts and dedication has meant to our mission, regularly celebrating Mass for us, blessing our building, and tirelessly supporting our efforts. I will be a member of this parish till my death because of people like Father John Robert!

Beautiful church built for the traditional Latin mass. Instead the masses are spiritually dead and irreverent Novus Ordo liturgies

You have to be present in one of the liturgical service to experience the grandeur of this cathedral.

A large, beautiful, traditional Catholic church. The building was practically filled with people of all ages during 11:00 a.m. Mass the Sunday we visited. Father was reverent and inspiring with his homily. The mosaics all around are awesome and full of pictures of saints and holy messages. The cantor's singing was divine with her beautiful voice. There were lots of Eucharistic ministers which made communion go fairly quickly. It was a prayerful time in a most gorgeous setting.

This Cathedral offers inspiring art with meaning on every wall. The area to light candles and pray is a wonderful respite. The nearby Water Gardens is also a must see, especially the magnificent giant white water fountain that one walks all the way into...rushing water surrounds in the midst of downtown...it is a unique experience in the western hemisphere.

We were visiting the area and attended mass the past Sunday and we were taken back by the beauty of this church! Also, the parishioners were very friendly despite my noisy children. Hopefully, we can visit again next time we are in the area!

Went to a noon mass. A beautiful space in which to worship and contemplate. First time I've seen the crucifix over the altar as stained glass.

Beautiful cathedral and very welcoming leadership. Attended Christmas Eve midnight mass. The choir is outstanding, a nice mix of favorites and traditional music. The lady that led the congregation in song...had the most beautiful voice!

Beautiful Catholic church. The stained glass windows look amazing when the sun hits just right. A great church for Sunday Mass and a wonderful parish.

The present St. Patrick's church was built to the north of the old St. Stanislaus Church. The cornerstone was laid in 1888, and the church was dedicated in 1892. It is listed along with nearby parish facilities on the National Register of Historic Places as the St. Patrick Cathedral Complex with the church building, the rectory, and St. Ignatius Academy regarded as contributing properties. The church and academy buildings are each recognized as Recorded Texas Historic Landmarks.

Beautiful architecture and stained glass windows. The stations of the cross are carved out of wood and have amazing detail. No cry room. Parking is difficult, come early on Sundays for a good spot.

Best features of St Patrick: the priests, the choir/organ, stunning altar, and downtown feel. We have the option of two other parishes about the same distance and still prefer St Patrick.

We went to Mass today, we went to 9.30am and when the priest was saying the sermon, the volume was so loud that I couldn't concentrate on what he was saying. ***Update*** Apparently they have listened the audio has been better since then.

I absolutely love this church and Parrish. Father John Robert is the best. His homily is always very good it comes from his heart and you can feel the passion. I love him and this church.

Very non-judgmental congregation with lovely and accepting people. I wish ALL churches were as accepting & contained holy water somewhere in their temple. Holy Spirits' presence is thick and inviting. I thought I died and went to Heaven!

I love this church. Music is great, sermons are good. My down side is Bishop Olsen and crew. You can write or call with questions or concerns ad they do NOT feel like they need to address you. In fact, they will RUN from you after mass. Same holds true with the Cardnial and all the way to Rome. They treat you like a walking ATM. "Pray pay and obey" is their attitude. Never will you ever hear me argue the Catholic faith, but the Catholic "leadership" leaves much to be desired. Never did you see Jesus lock his office door and hide, like a coward from the really hard questions of his day. I DO NOT GRADE DOWN THE CHURCH only the lack of leadership.
