We read the reviews and most are favorable. However, our experience was less than favorable and not very fun for the kids. Many negative things occurred during our visit. We purchase tickets to enter. Tokens to touch and or hold animals (interact) tokens to get a small amount of feed from the dispenser to feed the animals ( it’s 1-20 tokens per person depending on which animals you want to interact with. What we weren’t told is there are certain time when animals are available for interaction. A lot of the animals weren’t available, They should have a schedule of times when animals are available that day. I dare to say a few animals seemed to be sick of dealing with humans (I can relate) lol. The white parrot didn’t want to be touch (I can relate). You only hold them for a few seconds. The worst parts were the place had a very strong unpleasant smell and the lights went out. We waited around and after 20 minutes of no lights we left. The staff were friendly I must add. This post does not reflect them.

Love Sea Quest. I have been visiting Sea Quest since 2019. I love seeing the different animals and then seeing the regulars like Alvin, Norman, Flap Jack, Ghost, and etc. Today my niece and nephew joined me since they have never been here. They loved and had fun. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. They are short staffed and still do a fantastic job. Met Shashi today, she let us in to Alvin area. Before we could go in she informed us of the rules of before and left entering his area and the reason why. She was friendly, she smiled, you could tell that she enjoyed telling us about how to properly pet Alvin and where not to touch and she could read his body language of, no people I need some space. She was great. Thank you. Cant wait to visit again in a couple months.

Cool place to take kids and nice for a family outing . It’s not very big but big enough to keep children entertained. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They have some really cool animals that you can interact with and feed. My children really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

The staff were lovely. The animals were lovely. However, the facility was filthy. Really bad smell. Muddy water on the ground. All the glass was filthy. The animals had dirty water and pens. Empty feeders. There are no windows. It did not seem like a good way for them to live.

We have been several times since they have opened and I must say they have improved. We used to go and be done within 10 minutes (which felt like a rip off). We spent nearly an hour this last time, and I could tell my son was actually into it this time. The tank with the stingrays is still my favorite. They have better interactive features now and added a few more animals. Make sure to get there super early if you are using the free tickets b/c they only let a certain number of non paid individuals in at a time.

This was a fun experience with my family. As other reviews stated, it's inside a mall and it does look like the enclosures are too small. With that said it was still fun to get to feed the different sea creatures. My kids loved being able to see them up close when they would come up for the food. We even got to get inside the enclosure to feed the tortoise. It was much longer than we expected so towards the end my kids were ready to go. It was a nice experience.

Visited during Labor Day weekend. It was pretty busy and there was a long queue. However the environment inside was amazing. There were plenty of animals both land and marine. You can feed them and feel them. It was an interesting experience for me and my kid. Kids will love it. There is also a souvenir shop.

DON’T GO! Spend your hard earned money at the Dallas aquarium or Fort Worth zoo if you are hoping to see some happier cleaner animals. This place was disgusting, dingy, smelly and plain awful. Absolutely terrible and sad enclosures for the animals, many of them were just sitting on concrete with little to no space looking so sad, some of them looked very sickly. I don’t even know how they are still in business and not shut down for animal cruelty. The website is completely false advertising. The photos must have been taken on opening day and nothing has been cleaned since. There is trash and broken equipment all over as well. I feel this needs to be said again, do NOT go!!!

Had a fantastic visit to SeaQuest Fort Worth, an ideal destination for families looking to explore a variety of animals and have a fun time together. The interactive exhibits and hands-on experiences make it engaging for kids and adults alike. Though our tour was brief, around 30 minutes, the wait to get in was lengthy, about 45 minutes, likely because we went on a weekend. For a smoother entry, definitely consider booking tickets in advance. It's not just a viewing experience; you get to interact closely with marine life and other creatures, making it a memorable outing. Highly recommended for an educational yet entertaining family day out!

Do not be fooled by the outside, this place is much bigger than it looks. We stayed almost 3 hours (including the snorkeling with sting rays) and STILL didn’t get to see all of the animals. Staff was super friendly, be sure to check Groupon for coupons before you purchase tickets, you can call and they’ll price match. Our snorkel instructor, Josh, was AMAZING, very knowledgeable, and patient with our son. And another worker, I think her name was Sarah, she was very nice and helped us feed the birds. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wasn’t really expecting much since it was located in a downsized mall area but it was so much more. It had a large variety of animals, birds, snakes, and fish. I especially enjoyed being able to buy feed to give to them. The stingray exhibit was the highlight of our visit, especially when another patron slip into the pool and swam with them! (Bonus purchase for visitors). Not big in size but huge in impact! My granddaughter even got to hand feed the otters! We plan to return for more things to see in the future. Try it, you’ll like it!

Absolutely loved this place! My girlfriend and I brought her little brothers here so they could have a fun day and also to get out of the house. Clearly they had an amazing experience because they were asking if they could go again lol. But the best part of our trip was the staff, super friendly and very helpful! I would like to give a shout-out to one of your staff in particular, LEXI! She was literally the best! She did 2 of our interactions and she was amazing, very caring towards the animals and had amazing communication throughout our entire time we were there! Again love this place and the staff!

My family really enjoyed their day at SeaQuest. We first did the Whisper Tour with Josh, who gave us some inciteful information about how the facility is ran. My sons did the otter interaction, while my daughter got to experience the stingray snorkeling. Josh was really great and he was very knowledgeable about the animals. He was very friendly and had an amazing personality. We enjoyed our day and we will be back.

Disgusting squalor. It's bad enough It's inside a 70% empty shopping mall, but the facility itself is so run down, paint chipping, etc. And THE STENCH - we were all gagging (I have no problem with zoo smells, this was awful). Top it off, corporate offices would not refund our money even before our visit. Terrible terrible place and business. Only redeeming quality was kind local staff who offered what little they could along with apologies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. $90 shot and very disappointed kids.

This was an amazing experience. Got to feed otters and a giant tortoise. Saw a capybara, snakes, wallaby, sharks and so much more. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not a huge fan of animals in captivity but these folks are really doing a nice job. Thank you!

This is an awesome place to take children. They will create unforgettable memories of touching and feeding animals. Our favorites are the stingrays and parakeets. Bryant works the bird room and is super accommodating. He even volunteered to take a few group pics so mom could be in the photo too!!

Always have a great experience when we come here. The animals are well loved and a bit overfed but happy. We love seeing the turtle that you can pet and feed, along with my daughters favorite Capybara Alvin. We come often to interact with him. You can touch and interact with everything here. Come check it out and enjoy!

Hi, I took my kids to visit SeaQuest Fort Worth... I did purchase my tickets online. Think you can purchase tickets when arrival also! It was during the weekday and summer is out for kids! It was busy. I did purchase the reptile safari also. It was a hands on with the reptiles that they brought out! It was really awesome for my kids! Christi was the one that did the tour for that Reptile Safari she is knowledgeable about the reptiles! We had a good time!! Yes we would go back! We live an hour away also!! There is also alot of other animals there as well to see and feed up close!

This place is awesome! It's not huge but kept us busy for several hours. My 5 & 7yr old loved feeding all the different animals. We paid for general admission and then bought feeding tokens. You can also purchase an interaction but I recommend doing it ahead of time. They were short staffed and couldn't accommodate last minute reservations. We were totally fine without the interactions though.

Kids loved it, the sting ray tank is a ton of fun. The birthday party room has a bounce house, but isn't very big. This is one of those place parents will see the 'cracks in the paint' while the kids will see an amazing aquarium that let them get up close and personal with the sea life.

My brother and I went and had a blast swimming with the stingrays! This place is a hidden gem. Although I have to only give them 4 stars because it was sad to see the animals in such small cages. It would be great if they had the funding to give them way more room.

There were good number of species here like big tortoise, stingrays, sharks.. But couple of things they have to really improve is cleanliness and waiting time for customers. We travelled one hour drive and one hour waited in queue, which made me to think otherway about this spot. While you wait in the lengthy queue, kids will get play area and snack shops on the way to enjoy.

First time here, it sad the customer service you have. We arrived at 4 the line itself it's empty as seen on pictures. There is another line where you would have had to scan a QR code on a sheet of paper they put up, if you don't scan it then you will not be put on a wait list for you to go in EVEN if you already purchased tickets ahead of time. They will not let you in and they are rude. Corporate, people are coming hours frome here or even out of town to visit and can't get in. Sorry way to run your business. Don't come and waist your time.

Such a fun friendly and interesting place! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The animals are so fun to feed! I might be lame but my favorite was the cute little ducks by the "Great Wall of China 🇹🇼" display those little ducks are just so cute and gentle when they eat out of your hand. The rays were so cool! They would come right up and touch your hand with their heads and some would even peak over the top of the tank! One would even swim on its back to nom food off the surface of the water! Some of these animals are ridiculously entertaining! Unlike some places you actually can feed the animals here! The location is so fun we went back to the register and bought year passes! My kids loved the bounce castle 🏰 I had no idea this would be in here!

Yes it's inside the mall. Park by the food court go down the escalator and it's right there. We came here for a school field trip. They do offer a veteran's discount but since I was with the field trip I got the same price as the chaperones. Staff is nice. It didn't seem like they had been doing very many field trips so it was a little discombobulated but overall pleasant experience.

I can't not rave about this place enough! My mom is handicap and is in a electric wheelchair and doesn't get to participate in much and they went above and beyond to help make sure she was apart of getting to have interactions. She's never had as good of an experience as she did when we went. We went on a Friday got there about 2 and stayed til about 5 and it was awesome. The young lady that helped us the most I believe her name was Leisha she was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best and it really was. We had a great experience with every worker there really. Everyone smiling and helpful. Thank yall for a beautiful memory.

Good experience, lot of aquatic creatures so good see for kids specially. Avoid festive weekends to avoid rush, usually free tickets are available on Groupon so keep checking on deals. If you want to feed the Animals, it incurs cost. One time visit. Post the quest, the kids can enjoy a full day Family playhouse zone (next to Sea quest), lots of fun for kids.

What a great experience! Took hubby there for a date experience and more. Staff/animal trainer Neil is the ABSOLUTE best! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. What he doesn’t know he will definitely research and provide you with the information. He is amazing with the animals. Neil is an outstanding staff member. I wish he would have been our guide through the entire experience! I will 100% bring my entire family back to experience Seaquest!

This place really exceeded my expectations, and was a great place for my daughters 10th birthday party! Everyone had a great time, the staff was so friendly and engaging. Our party host Brandy was phenomenal!!! She was great with the kids, and I never felt rushed through anything! That's a big deal to me, I've had and been to many littles birthday's, and they are always stressful! I actually got to relax and enjoy my daughter's day, and we got to see some amazing and happy animals!!! The place was clean and sanitizing locations everywhere. We had a huge range of ages in our group and all said they were so glad we chose here, it was a hit!! 🤍

Pros: Staff is friendly, surprisingly good amount of animals and exhibits for being inside of a mall, gift shop looked nice and lots of hand washing stations. Cons: It was hot in there and the air was still. It felt better in the 90+ Texas heat with the small breeze. The floors were wet in a lot of spots and just smelled pretty awful. It smelled the worst in that little aquarium spot kids can walk inside of. No hand sanitizer in ANY of the multiple dispensers around but the hand washing stations made up for it. Lastly, there were little baby roaches. There were big roaches in the mall restrooms. Conclusion: It's worth it to check out once if you just want something to do. You'll have to pay an extra 20 bucks each if you want to play with the sloth, otter and other special animal time. We don't think it's worth it to buy a lot of tokens. We only used about 4 or 5 out of the 16 we had.

Pretty cool for a mall attraction. They have a wide variety of animals and fun to see! I am a bit of a nerd so missed having info on all of the animals, not just the featured animals, but it's understandable since it's a lot of work to put they info out when people aren't going to read it. The staff seemed caring and knowledgeable of the animals.

We had the most wonderful time with Sam as our guide !! Everything was educational and fun. The kids said it was the best part of their vacation and we had stayed at Great Wolf the days before 🙃 We all had dreams accomplished getting up close with our favorite animals. My daughter went back around one last time to make sure to feed every fish and duck and ray ooooh my ! Thank you Sam so so very much.

We love SeaQuest! They've got so many animal "encounters"... Most of their animals have some kind of interaction. You can buy food to feed most of the animals as well. My kids love it and so do I. We usually spend four hours here but you can easily spend all day. And it's a great educational experience!! Their employees are soooo friendly and always full of information! You can also host birthday parties and stuff here and you can even have a "mermaid" experience!! Highly recommend!

Great place to bring my 2yr old and 6yr old! Buy the membership it’s worth it for hot summers and rainy days. Animals are well taken care of and it’s a fun kiddie event to see fish and interact with a sloth.

First and foremost I would like to thank Leisha for being patient and answering all the questions customers had with great energy as she was the only person in the cash register. Getting in did take about half an hour but it was well worth the time! There is a variety of attractions with the highlights being the stingray exhibit and the Shark exhibit. My only recommendation would be to have a employee stationed at each of the free for all animal interactions as kids and even parents can be a bit rough on the creatures knowingly or unknowingly. Also a somewhat bigger space for some animals is always welcome. Thank you for having us!

Taylor was amazing she greeted us with a big smile under the mask !!! She made the environment just light up when you walk in I have never been to a place that made you feel so welcomed she was very educated in all the interactions there is to choose from and the children Absolutely fell in love with everything that she was describing as far as the interaction goes. So we purchased quite a bit for them to do. Overall after our visit this is definitely a 10 out of 10 place to visit will definitely be back!! Thank you Taylor for making our visit amazing

We went to explore the property on a recommendation of my cousin that has swan with the stingrays … This did not disappoint, we swam with stingrays, pet the sloth, fish kisses and fed birds, basically if they offered it we did it… staff was friendly, and the only draw backs I can see if the tokens to feed fish!! We spent over 100$ for tokens (4 adults 4 kids) Swimming with the stingrays is a MUST!! It’s was s brilliant and cool experience and my 4yo tells everyone about it and the otter feeding!! Their little paw through the tube to eat, melts your heart, so cute!! Park anywhere at the mall and walk in and find it We paid Entry: 1 senior 3 adults 3 kids 1 baby (free) 5 VIP experiences 4 kiss fish 5 kinkajou 6 Bengal cats (3 tokens ea) So many tokens, and then the gift shop The way we did it was spendy, it was sure fun!!

Was nice to visit with a free ticket. Wouldn't pay more than $15. Has some animals that you don't always see in zoos. Yes, it's also a zoo. Not just fish. Cool to touch the sting rays.

I booked the full adventure quest (35%off with coupon) and had an amazing time! Our tour guide Zoe was amazing and well versed in all the animals. I don’t think we would’ve enjoyed it as much if we didn’t get the behind the scenes activities or had to wait in the long lines. I would HIGHLY suggest purchasing the quests to enhance your visit. 4 stars because the smell in the building was super strong, but I’m also allergic to shellfish, so I’m more sensitive to the aquatic smells.

We just went to SeaQuest for the first time and had an awesome experience with my 5-year-old, 22-month-old, and mom. We’ve never been so close and actually interacted with so many animals! We met one of the handlers, Josh, who told us they just started a new thing this week to let you feed the animals their fresh meal at mealtime (instead of just the snacks they have in the containers). So we got to serve chopped up fish to the stingrays and White Spotted Bamboo Sharks, and it was so cool (gloves provided)!!! It was 2 tokens per person to do that. Josh also told us all about the different species while we fed them, which was an amazing lesson for the kids. We can’t wait to go back and do this again! (I pulled some screenshots from a video I took, which are not great, but you can see how the stingrays come up and you can drop them fish.)

My family are season pass holders and have come here several times. Today the tanks seemed cloudier than usual and it smelled skunkish. Also beware on really crowded days the animals may not be interested in food or really anyone. The tortoise seemed overwhelmed and kept trying to escape. Just keep expectations appropriate if there is a long line. The line to get in will take a long time because there is usually only one person running the cash register...maybe two. But they take time to explain everything to you and help with any questions or concerns. So it's a pro and con situation. Now for the excellent part. My kids did two experiences today for their birthdays. One was the kinkajou meet and greet and the other was the sting ray snorkel experience. The lady who did the kinkajou experience (I didn't get her name but she had short light purple hair) was super kind and patient. She did a great job explaining about the animal and asking questions. A great experience! The sting rays was also excellent. We had to wait on snorkels and masks, but the instructor was super patient and sweet. She was just fantastic! I believe her name was Sam. She encouraged my kids (13 and 10) and praised them for doing well. She was super informative to us parents who were waiting and kept us up to date with all we needed to know. She also gave a 5 min warning (they swam a total of 30 min) which helps for kids who need time to mentally transition. Overall, the experiences were excellent and I would definitely recommend.

I have been to SeaQuest twice. Once with my children, and recently as a chaperone on a 1st grade school field trip. My kiddos enjoyed it both times. The field trip was very hands on/interactive with a guide to talk about the different animals and the kids were able to take turns feeding many of them. It’s inside Ridgmar Mall and while it’s not a huge aquarium, they really do have a good selection of sea animals plus a few land animals. I recommend it for elementary kids and younger.

The General Manager, Bruce, also was very helpful throughout our experience and interaction with him. Visited thanks to our POGO pass- I can’t say I’d go back at the prices they charge though. It was tiny and we were done within 45 minutes so really not worth the full cost. The stingrays and sharks were my kids favorite part since they got to feed them- $2 to feed each animal would add up really fast so we only did those ones. It was fun seeing how active they were and the otters, everything else was pretty simple. Some of the exhibits look way to small and sad for the size of the animal. But for a quick trip to Fort Worth and ability to use the pogo pass, it was fun as a one time thing

My kids had fun seeing the animals and getting to touch the rays. There was only 1 person working the entrance, so we had to wait quite a while. They skipped over us bc people were at different registers, so that made it take even longer. The animals smelled, and the aquariums were fairly dirty, but you could see the majority of the animals and fish.

This was our first time visiting and we had a great time! Cameron and Kenzie are awesome staff members, very knowledgeable, and attentive. We enjoyed interacting with the animals and sea life and will be back to swim with the stingrays .

I went for the first time yesterday and these people are some of the nicest and welcoming people you’ll ever have the pleasure of interacting with. All the employees here were very friendly and helpful. The animals look so happy and well taken care of! I would highly recommend the stingray tank and the interactive bird/ savanna cat exhibit. Huge shout out to Bryant for being super cool and getting some photos of me with the birds! 10/10 recommend.

I've been here two times so far, both times very memorable. My most recent visit was my brother and I, we did the two for $80 package. It came with entry, two encounters and 20 tokens. Our most favorite experience was the Sugar Glider, one little guy kept climbing all over us and wouldn't leave us alone hehe. The worker that helped us out said they didn't really do that often. It was super fun feeding the Sugar Gliders and learning about them. When we were walking around, we saw a worker named Brian. He had a gorgeous, healthy, and happy Ball Python. We spent 2 tokens to hold her for my brother. I paid 2 as well to hold such a beautiful snake as well!! Brian was nice enough to give back my two tokens because of how my brother and I were passionate about snakes. (Give Brian a bonus!!!) Overall, this Aquarium has a wide variety of animals and it is so so interactive. All staff is fun and happy to be there. This Aquarium is worth the hour drive for me.

Very active and hands on. Bryant was our tour person and he did an amazing job and very interactive with both of my children. Friendly communication and kindness goes along way and he went above and beyond with the tour. Definitely coming back to enjoy more !
