My
family
are
season
pass
holders
and
have
come
here
several
times.
Today
the
tanks
seemed
cloudier
than
usual
and
it
smelled
skunkish.
Also
beware
on
really
crowded
days
the
animals
may
not
be
interested
in
food
or
really
anyone.
The
tortoise
seemed
overwhelmed
and
kept
trying
to
escape.
Just
keep
expectations
appropriate
if
there
is
a
long
line.
The
line
to
get
in
will
take
a
long
time
because
there
is
usually
only
one
person
running
the
cash
register...maybe
two.
But
they
take
time
to
explain
everything
to
you
and
help
with
any
questions
or
concerns.
So
it's
a
pro
and
con
situation.
Now
for
the
excellent
part.
My
kids
did
two
experiences
today
for
their
birthdays.
One
was
the
kinkajou
meet
and
greet
and
the
other
was
the
sting
ray
snorkel
experience.
The
lady
who
did
the
kinkajou
experience
(I
didn't
get
her
name
but
she
had
short
light
purple
hair)
was
super
kind
and
patient.
She
did
a
great
job
explaining
about
the
animal
and
asking
questions.
A
great
experience!
The
sting
rays
was
also
excellent.
We
had
to
wait
on
snorkels
and
masks,
but
the
instructor
was
super
patient
and
sweet.
She
was
just
fantastic!
I
believe
her
name
was
Sam.
She
encouraged
my
kids
(13
and
10)
and
praised
them
for
doing
well.
She
was
super
informative
to
us
parents
who
were
waiting
and
kept
us
up
to
date
with
all
we
needed
to
know.
She
also
gave
a
5
min
warning
(they
swam
a
total
of
30
min)
which
helps
for
kids
who
need
time
to
mentally
transition.
Overall,
the
experiences
were
excellent
and
I
would
definitely
recommend.
