Amazing design and decor throughout the walk-in, i could see a lot of effort on it. I’ve been here 3 years ago for the first time and it was amazing. Like actually scary and entire experience was really impressive. Lots of people in each room and even outside to scare you, like they were professionals. However, I went back last night again, and was a bit disappointed. I could see they have less people working, like, not enough scaring people there so you are just walking and seeing the decorations of the room, that’s it. I understand pandemic may caused this issue, but if they are having lack of worker issue, wouldn’t they should either hire more before opening or maybe lower the price? I dont know if this was worth $70 (i did fast pass). If i would not do fast pass and was going to wait hours for this, I definitely wouldn’t do it, but even fast pass I feel like I wasted money a but. Anyway, since I know it should have been better than that, I was hesitant to give 4 stars but i am giving 5 stars to support them tho.

I don't usually get tense in these haunted houses, but the "Asylum" definitely was chilling and intense. I definitely think it's worth it. They also have a lot of classic ghosts in a haunted house that look super cool.

This was my first time to visit. My motivation was the awards and the website describing the haunt. I really enjoyed myself. It was opening night so I imagine there were probably more actors coming however the ones that were there were very good and we had a lot of scares a lot of screams and a lot of laughs. An elderly gentleman in front of us became disoriented at the very end and we helped him to the exit and management was very responsive in getting a wheelchair quickly and helping his granddaughter with directions to be able to pick him up easily. Great job everybody!

We try and go here every year. There’s a reason it’s rated so highly by the the general public and critics alike! My personal favorite part of the Cutting Edge experience has to be their ongoing and continuous efforts to manage queue times and ensure the absolute jauntiest of haunts for every guest/party. They go out of their way to ensure everyone’s utmost safety while simultaneously delivering a real scary treat to their patrons. I’m addition, they have an excellent methodology for splitting the old abandoned meat packing plant into awesome thematically appropriate sections, each offering a different scare. You want clowns? They’ve got you. Old school Victorian house haunts? Sure? Blood, guts, and gore? Not a problem. The ending is a true surprise. What is it you ask? Come see for yourself!

From start to finish me and my group had a blast. Didn’t know we had to pay for parking so prepare for that. I loved the zombie live band. It took our mind away from the fact that we just got chased by two crazed people with chainsaws. The scariest part was the foam! If you walk fast, don’t panic and focus on your breathing you’ll be fine. My two ten year olds made it out the foam TERRIFIED but fine. I wouldn’t let anyone under 13 do this. The whole thing was fun. We’ll be back next year ready for the foam room with full face goggles!

Been coming to cutting edge since I was in high school. This year was the worst. The concept of purchasing a time slotted ticket would seem to make things run smoother. It did not, had a time slotted for 11-1130 got there at 1050 and still waited an hour before we were allowed to the main line. You claim to put the glow necklace to ensure separate groups do not bunch up. Well for maybe the first 8minutes we were not bunched. But after a few scares we got bunched up with plenty of people and we were moving slow. This made the experience not that fun since we basically would just witness other groups scares instead of the surprise scare for our group. You need to better insure separation of groups so that they can have a more enjoyable experience and try and tell guest to walk because there were other groups moving real fast and passing our group! For the price of this haunt it should be better. There were also plenty of times we would walk through sets and no actors would be scaring us for plenty of the haunt. I expect better and hope next year is better.

Haunted house was amazing, the staff put on a great show as well! Only issue when getting there was parking, make sure you allow an extra 30 mins to get parked upon arrival. Other than that I would recommended this place to check it out!

Awesome experience! I don’t scare easily and they got me multiple times. The bubbles at the end were really cool however, you will be completely wet if you choose to go through it.

What a great time. Took my 9 and 10 year old. It was the 9 year olds first time in a haunted house. The characters were scary but giving the boys fist bumps. It was perfect. They read our reactions and responded appropriately. The timed tickets were great. We waited maybe 5 minutes. Everyone was super friendly unless they weren’t supposed to be! 👹. See you next year!

Best haunted house experience ever!!! This is the second time we’ve been, they do an amazing job. It’s the longest one in the world and done really really well. I’d highly recommend going if you want to give yourself a good scare.

It was an awesome experience! The only bad part was there was absolutely too much foam in the foam room. My daughter got lost inside and couldn't breath. They had to halt traffic until she was found. I know this review sounds bad, but its really an amazing place

Great time, took my nieces to experience the haunted house. It's much better and scarier if you slow down and take your time. The faster you try to walk through the faster you will catch up the group in front of you. I do like the holding stations to spread the groups back out. Beware of the foam, you'll be soaked! I'll be back again next year, great job and staff!

At first I was not a fan of the price, but honestly, I will saw it was worth it! The staff in the haunted house did a great job and everything was awesome! It was definitely scary, and the music was great! My only suggestion would be to space out the entrance better, so I'm glad they had the waiting areas where they spaced us out again!

I had a great Time and the decorations of the haunt were great but not really much scare actors. The first half was pretty good but after that it seemed like we walked a good amount without anybody to try to scare us. Great vibes but just wish there more scare actors.

Too many people too close together, long people train. You miss all the jump scares. Many rooms didn’t have actors. Price was much higher than other haunted houses i.e. Hangman’s (which is more affordable, with rigid people spacing plans). Effects were still really really good, great room decorations, sound was great, still a really well produced haunted house. Just too many people. They have to prioritize experience over profit.

Fun times, scary and really lasts a long time. Would have enjoyed more actors, but overall a great show!

Loved the experience. The system they have setup this year is genius! In the past we would wait for at least 1 hour just to get through the line to get in. Now they have a system that cut the wait in half. Make sure to buy your tickets online to save time and money.

We had a large group - 16 people ages 13 to 57 all had a blast! Well organized and efficient to start, staff was friendly. This was a birthday celebration and it was the best experience for everyone. Watch out for those chain saws! 😱🫣😳

Loved it! Took teenagers (13-15) who talked about their experiences all weekend. I was not a fan of the foam/steam area at the end that you have to walk through. And the rock band was cool but they should play some scary music. The band before you enter the haunted house was an excellent addition!!

Best. Haunted House. Ever. I am not an aficionado of the genre, but this was just amazing. We went to one in Plano last year that was comparable in price 1/5th as large and 1/8th as creative. The people who built this clearly care. The performers are high energy, the sets are clever, the experience is just top notch. We will go EVERY year from now on. Well done! PS: The drummers at the first "checkpoint"?? Off. The. Hook. Give them a raise. :)

Very organized parking experience though it is $20 extra so keep that in mind. Didn’t have to wait too long in line though we did get there early. The house was long and fun. Could have benefited from more scare actors. Though overall I did enjoy it.

This is honestly the best haunted house I’ve ever been to. I’ve been maybe 5 times now, and I always get scared. They are very good at what they do!! Even my old man loves it. You don’t have to go in with a big group of people, you can just go with who you’re with!! And it flows well and quickly despite that. They have a ton of security around the area too. The only thing I’d say is not so great, is the secured parking lot costs 20 bucks to park. I also felt like there could have been more people helping us in what direction to walk in for signing the waiver and getting in line. Other than that it’s great!! Maybe bring earplugs if you’re sensitive, very very loud things right in your face lol.

Loved it! Super organized! We had tickets for 8pm, arrived at 7pm. Waited on our car for 30 minutes until we received a text to go in. Staff very helpfull! The place itself was really good. Various scary themes! Wouldve liked to see more actors inside, there were some parts that were lonely and empty...dont know if that was intentional. "Ride" lasted 45 minutes and ended up going thru the bubble tunnel! It felt like a 100' tunnel! It was so fun! Kids had a blast too!

We really enjoyed ourselves and I was very impressed with how organized everything was for a great experience from beginning to end with parking and the Horror maze itself very easy in and out all the employees were friendly helpful and organized. Thank you for a great experience.

I haven't been here in years. We decided to go to the Valentine's haunted house this year and I will be the first to say that our group of 6 was most definitely not disappointed. It was an absolutely awesome experience. Very fun and creepy. We will definitely be making this a yearly event.

Fun experience, was not as scary as I was hoping or expecting. Good news is it was longer than I thought it would be. Still I feel it was overpriced for the few times I was surprised. Good graphics and make-up but to much smoke at some parts. Drum line was amazing!!!

Great experience, a Halloween must!!! I didn't get my mini knife back. But hoping they still have it locked up. Will update next weekend ☺️

I had an awesome time! Staff was great and very receptive when my partner had a panic attack. Immediately got security and escorted us out! Fun, scary, and staff made it incredible. I’m excited to go again!!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our experience at Cutting Edge. We went for the first time in October of last year and we loved it. We enjoyed the bubbles at the end the first time, but we went today and it was a different experience for us. We still loved it. 10/10 experience, but we struggled to make it through the bubbles. The bubbles were too thick and hard to catch air while in the midst of them. It would be nice if they lighten the bubbles up a tad bit just so people can breathe. We weren't the only ones who didn't like how thick the bubbles were, but we still loved it. Please don't take this as a bad review, we absolutely loved our experience and would come again. I don't know why they were so thick today because they weren't this thick and hard to breathe in last time.
