Stayed here for a few days with some friends as we were visiting the area. Overall this is a hotel I would never stay at ever again. It’s so bad, we ended up having to get a new room as our first room was not good at all. Our second room was better, but it still had a lot of issues. The issues we dealt with were a squeaky shower, loose bathroom fixtures, stiff mattress, chipped wallpaper, bugs, no mini fridge, and no microwave. And we were surprised that there was no mini fridge and microwave in our room as online it said our room would have both. Some of us even brought food to heat up and we couldn’t do that. Also, there was no mentioning online that the pool and jacuzzi area was going to be under construction. We ended up having to go to another hotel to use their pool and jacuzzi even though we weren’t guests at that hotel. Overall, this place is a disappointment so please don’t book your stay here especially if you’re looking to save some money.

I'll start by saying the staff were friendly and that this is the perfect place if you're a murder mystery novelist looking for inspiration. Here's our story. So there we were. Late at night, tired from traveling all day. We thought "anywhere is fine as long as it has a bed and pillow" so we check in, get our hotel keys and embark down a hallway that can be best described as your nightmares coming true. The lights flickered aggressively. The ceiling tiles were all mismatched and had gaps and water damage. We thought "creepy, but not a deal breaker" but we could not be more wrong. We went got into the elevator to go to our rooms. The smell of rotten juice or wine was overpowering so we held our breath until we could get off. "Well that was bad but its not our room, maybe the rooms are okay" WRONG WRONG WRONG. We rented two rooms due to our large family. Room #1 had a door stopper that was broken upon arrival and got my kids on the heel as she walked into the room. The room REEKED of cigarettes and bad decisions. The faucet was literally falling off the vanity and the walls were filthy with dirt. Not to mention the giant piles of dirt on the floor. Room #2 had blood on the mattress, smelled like mildew and had mold stains on the curtains. Similar to the other room the walls and floor was so dirty I couldn't take my shoes off. Also my door did not open unless you practically kicked it down. Trying to make best of the situation we get ready for the pool but learned quickly that it was not heated. We got out disappointed yet again in our decision to stay here. We cut our reservation short because of the cleanliness, the lack of maintenance and the overall atmosphere of this hotel.

Definitely should have dug deeper into the reviews listed on the booking site. The outside looks decent, but the inside is pretty terrible. I think it must have been two building that at some point they connected with an odd center area. The interior is unkempt, not well ventilated, and generally in poor condition. I tried to cancel once I arrived, but they refused, and I didn't really have the extra funds to do another hotel. I do not recommend this "hotel" for anyone expecting anything more than a 1 star experience... which is a pretty generous rating only because 0 stars isn't an option.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!!! If I could I would give them 0 stars. I got a room through a third party. We only stayed five hours and could not handle the dirty stain sheets, bed spreads and broken towel handle and stain walls. Not only that, they ask for a $100 deposit which is a first bad sign. We immediately wanted our money back and got another place to stay. These people are refusing to give us back our money! They are ignoring the third party, who are informing, them to refund our room. Thank God we got our $100 back but they are ignoring the third party which means we will take it up to higher issues. They blocked my number which is highly unprofessional when we deserve that $200+ back. DO NOT BOOK HERE. One of the amazing employees (all of them are awful except this employee, which I will not name ), has informed me the hotel has gone down because of management. They need to be shut down.

We had the worst stay/experience with lies been told here and there. First we booked a non smoking room with double beds in the room. The very first smell that greets you when you open the door is that of smoke. There was no room service, they claim we were on the extended stay and only on Tuesdays do we get clean up. There was a dead roach in the room, the bathroom had ants walking around the wall, the bathroom had one old tap working and if you ever try the hot tap in the shower,it burns you like hell. The building is old and not in good shape. I regret ever staying there and won't recommend them.

DONT STAY HERE!!!! This place is loaded with roaches. Through the hallways and corner of the ceilings are falling down. The windows are so filthy. You can’t see out of them. If I can say one thing about this place do not stay here. Trust me it’s a dump. Oh by the way they ask for $100 deposit I can’t figure out why you couldn’t do more damage to that place if you tried.

I have a dear friend that is a resident. Hasn't known a working bathroom sink in years....roaches omg everywhere! In fact I'm gonna stop here because this is the worst establishment....the owners obviously take no pride in the hotel. Because oh you can see the potential...very cool setup but it's a pile of bile! Believe they have changed ownership groups but more of the same uncaring from a different don't care set of owners

I stayed here once in 2018, and it was the WORST hotel experience i’ve EVER had. If you are a female DO NOT stay here alone!!! It took me a long time find the exact hotel I stayed at. I was so tired from traveling and I had to stay here as a broke college student since my flights got cancelled. Not even 2 hours into being in my room a Middle Eastern man literally came in to my hotel room without knocking. I was so scared I had to FaceTime my friend and I told her I was scared and worried. He made up an excuse saying that he was trying to do “maintenance” and “check on the ac”.. which was working perfectly fine and it was in November. I had to stay on the phone with my friend for at least 30 minutes and he wasnt even making much noise nor did he have tools! He eventually left and seemed pretty annoyed about “something”. I cried myself to sleep that night knowing that I had no choice but to stay there since I spent all of my money on new flights. I had about two hours of sleep that night and I was so exhausted the next few days trying to fly back to KC. Something definitely looked out for me and protected me that night. Some sketchy/dangerous stuff definitely happens here. I’ll never forget what happened here for sure. BE CAREFUL if you stay here. Please.

The shuttle driver was super rude, threatened to hit me with a phone in front of the reception staff and nobody even blinked. Awful experience.

don't typically leave reviews but BEWARE and be warned. Tempted by the price? Don't be. Genuinely, I am not sure how they stay in business with the severe lack of cleanliness in this place. My towels were stained with what appeared to be blood, my toilet paper was stained, furniture stained, carpet sticky, hallways and elevators are disgusting and smell of urine. Dust on everything, when is the last time someone cleaned this place?? I was so unhappy with this place I didnt even want to touch anything in the room. I would have loved to take a shower considering but even that was dirty beyond comfort. I would NEVER book here again.

be very careful at dfw airport hotel. the management and security staff conspire to steal from the customers including a security guard named (earl westerfiend) who robbed my friend at gunpoint at the rear entrance of the hotel in 2020, and a manager named (vinit) ignored it and is profiting from the scheme. DO NOT recommend this hotel to your loved ones and if you absolutely have to stay here, make sure you're armed.

Parked here for airport parking. Arrived back to DFW and was instructed in their email to call once I got my luggage. Called and waited on hold 25 minutes and no one ever answered so I had to call an Uber. Which cost me an additional $25 when the shuttle should have been included

My husband rented the hall for his graduation and we forgot a very expensive cooler I called John and Daniel the very next day and nobody was picking my phone calls. I texted them inquiring about the cooler and John was very rude about telling me how I am making a fuss over a $45 cooler. Mind you my cooler costs me hundreds of dollars as it’s a very large one. I wouldn’t recommend renting a hall here. They took my cooler, knowing what it’s worth and they keep telling me they can’t find it.

New 2022 renovation makes it look like a Las Vegas style hotel, and banquets are highest quality of luxury. My family held an event at the grand ballroom and checked out hotel rooms. Well done

Love staying here whenever I’m visiting the DFW area. The location is my favorite part since it is really close to the airport and the hotel is full of great amenities like the gym, pools, and restaurants! Would recommend this hotel to all of my friends/family

The hotel was good because it had a free shuttle from the airport and was within walking distance to a great restaurant called Aspen Creek Grill that has awesome shrimp and grits. Also, the hot tub was nice but the pool was way to cold to swim in. When we arrived we were waiting at an elevator and a random lady walks by and tells us that this set of elevators hasn't worked in 2 years. Hmmm why not put a sign up or something. The hotel seems run down and could use some repairs, cleaning and maintenance but we paid around $60 for 1 night on priceline and I think it was acceptable for that price.

Best hotel in the DFW metroplex, cleanliness, decor, & service all 10/10. Newly renovated and the most luxurious banquet hall I have yet to see in Dallas. Incredibly modern and impressive with multiple bars and restaurants and cafes.
