First time into the store "RAW" I was looking to see what they had for sale and within minutes of browsing I was surrounded by "teenage store employees" asking if I was going to buy a shirt or merchandise and was asked to buy a shirt for an employee...the older male employee who was standing at the counter was smiling as they made there back to counter and as I walked out... IF I COULD GIVE A REVIEW BELOW ONE STAR I WOULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE -3 WONT COME BACK TERRIBLE EXPERINCE

Northeast mall is my go-to mall!! Not too big, not too small and very convenient to find your retail store. I’ve been going to this mall for years and every time such a great experience! Food court fast, clean and lots of food options. Mall staff always has beautiful decorations for all seasons and mall is very clean. Security all around mall keeps it very safe and comfortable when shopping.

The mall itself is okay , I have been to better. It’s more like a quick run mall for me. This mall has lots of kids hanging around but that’s not the worst thing. I think there should be more clothing stores that sell XL and up for women.

Rave CINEMARK at NE Mall is one of the best theaters in town. Jurassic World wasn’t the best movie but the theater was great. Picture quality was 🔥 and the overall experience was a great one. Concessions were yummy and the kids had a blast. They were able to play arcade games and had one of the best seats in the house. Ticket pricing is good and worth the money. Service was top notch and accommodating. Will definitely be back for more movies. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy a flix, check out RAVE CINEMARK. 🎥 🍿 Wasn’t the best movie but the theater was great. Not a big mall, but has all your basic shops & this cool trampoline thing that my 14 yr old just HAD to do & got up there and did flips it was fun for him. $20 for 7 min or something like that but he would of let him jump longer if he wanted. 👍🏼

Great mall! Not too big. Kid friendly and fairly clean. I am a sneaker fanatic who wears larger sizes which are often hard to find. The shoe stores had my sizes on location!! BIG Plus!! I didn't see any store maps, which I find very necessary since I don't mall much. Overall my family and I had a Super experience and will definitely return!!

Mall is out of date, basically nothing here expect for a few stores left. I do go to get my eyebrows done. She’s 5 stars, rest of the mall is not with it.

I have been coming here a long time. It continues to change so much & not always in a good way. They have closed down my favorite stores. Everything is way overpriced. I used to enjoy a fruit smoothie in the food court but now they want 6$ for a tiny small cup. The traffic on weekends is terrible. Still, it is a place to go & get out of the house for a bit & they do have enough to keep you entertained. It's ok. I wouldn't recommend the food court, but if u need somewhere to blow some time, it will do.

I visited Northeast Mall today and visited Macy's. This review is for the mall itself since my complaints are related to dangerous shortcomings in what I believe should be routine maintenance. It appears that the mall maintenance is pretty much nonexistent and that leads me to believe this Simon mall is going to be closed down or perhaps sold soon. Perhaps I missed that announcement? I wanted to visit the furniture gallery at Macy's with my elderly mother that uses a walker. We parked in the first floor of the garage and went into Macy's to find the elevator. The elevator was out of service, and we could not find another elevator in the store. My mother thought she could risk taking the escalator if I could carry her walker. So we found the escalator, but it was also out of order. We found a Macy's associate to ask if there was another elevator inside the store that we could use to access the 3rd floor furniture gallery. She said we should go back outside and use the parking garage elevator. We proceeded to do that, and this elevator (at least it worked!) was also in dire need of service. It made a lot of noise while moving, the lights did not work on the floor buttons, the ceiling was missing with exposed cords and electrical wires, and uneven flooring/missing tile was a tripping hazard. Well, we then had to learn that we needed to go to level 4 on this elevator to access the walkway to the 3rd floor of Macy's. Our experience at Macy's was great --- we found a helpful associate in the furniture gallery and purchased a sofa. But based on my experience, Northeast Mall by Simon is in a state of disrepair, and I would recommend folks shop at home and avoid this particular mall until all of the maintenance issues and safety concerns are addressed.

This mall is busy. There are so many shops to choose from. Pennys was my favorite store. A lot of restaurants and a movie theater. They just need to fix their air conditioner. It was pretty hot in the mall for summer. The mall is clean with digital directories that made navigating the mall easy.

Overpriced, limited size selection and I’m a medium. All I could find on the racks were Small and extra small. Also one thing that was horrible was the heat. Not sure if the AC wasn’t working on this day but it was so hot. The food court was the worst part but even the stores were too hot to even want to try on clothing.

We usually have an enjoyable time here. But today we went to take our kids to the play space area. It was so dirty. And to top it off we went to Macy's and was told that the elevator was out of order. We would have to go outside to the elevator in the parking garage. There was garage all over the mall. We won't be going back anytime soon.

This is a Simon mall so clean and its fairly well taken care of. Lots of good name brand shops. The food court is great and I highly recommend the K-Dogs! I prefer to walk around in air-conditioning during the summer instead of shopping at stripmalls where you have to get in and out of your car or walk in the heat. Same in the winter. So if you want a comfortable clean and safe place to shop with many shops nearby I recommend the North East Mall

Took my kids shopping today at the mall and when we were leaving my 10 yr old daughter slipped on a wet spot by helzburg diamonds and she hurt her leg. We walked the entire mall looking for anyone to report the incident to and found noone. After what seemed like forever we found the security office which was closed. I was very unhappy that there was no one to report the incident to in the entire mall. My daughter is still in pain and this happened 5 hours ago. North East mall do better and have people to be around when customers may need them.

Took my Mom here to have a good walk indoors and check out the stores and the food court. We like to get away from our local shopping areas and see what is surrounding us. The place is nice, clean and a pretty good walk. It's just one story and there are some short steps and ramps throughout for the different levels. Really good collection of stores in my opinion for all types of shoppers or window shoppers. It was a Sunday afternoon and it was not over crowded at all; it felt like a mid-week off peak crowd. Food court had some good options for any palette. Staff was on top of everything, keeping the areas clean for the next guests. Overall, good vibes in there and can't wait to visit again.

I visited the movies at the rave. It was nice but some family brought in their own soda cans which between popping their cans open and talking all through the movies was horrible. I got up and moved a row ahead I could still here them talking. Like why go to the movies go to a drive in.

This was my first time at this mall. The mall itself seems great, but I didn't get to see all of it as I was approached by a security officer, after seeing 5 others previously, to tell me my dog wasn't allowed in the mall. My dog is a 5 lb quiet, well mannered trained service animal. When he pointed out that dogs aren't allowed in the mall, I told him he is a service animal and I left his vest in my vehicle, we are in my girlfriends. He then said " I know you are lying . " I said alright , well you are the officer are you telling me to leave with my service animal, or not ? He then just stared at me for 20 seconds saying nothing as to intimidateme as you would a child. Repeated the same thing. I told him thank you for this pleasant interaction. There was a real PD there and he never batted an eyelash. The way that man spoke to me and my girlfriend was pure disrespect. I'm sorry, do you know me ? Im a 35 yr old woman with a level IV armed security for the state of Texas . The audacity of this man was very upsetting and gave a bad tate in my mouth. We left immediately to take our shopping elsewhere.

They have some good stores. Just not familiar with a good amount of them being new to Texas. But it's a good mall overall

  • 2/5 Kimberly E. 11 months ago on Google
When your store is connected to the parking garage, you shouldn't shut & lock your doors on the shopping customers trying to leave. Also, before accusing someone of shop lifting in your store, make sure the items are from your store and not from local schools, the military, and restaurants. Both happen to my family, and others today.

It’s a good mall. There’s also a Barnes and Noble nearby and a Hallmark store. I like the pepperoni pretzel from Auntie Anne’s. It’s a great mall they need to put in a Disney store in though. Take out the cowboys store.

Been going to North East Mall since I was born. Love it here. Seen some vacant spaces open up recently. Here’s some of my suggestions for new stores: JD Sports, Lovisa, and Tradehome Shoes. These stores are all expanding in the DFW and would compliment North East Mall’s tenant roster well.

This mall is trashy. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from Phil’s Philly Cheesesteaks in the food court. Lord only knows when these food shops had a food health inspection. 🤮It’s SO HOT in this mall, I almost passed out in the food court. Only decent stores is Dillard’s and Jcpenny. Not worth your time and effort walking around the mall, nothing to see.

Compared to other malls, after COVID, North East Mall is doing great!! We went the last Saturday the mall was packed, people everywhere!! Prices are low, clean, nice atmosphere 🙂

The Mall is nice. I like it. I really don't have any negatives to say about it. There's plenty of Security, and the North Richland Hills Police Department patrols the parking lots & Mall area consistently.

Looking for another outlet mall in the area and was suggested this one. Seemed dated and lacking something. We much prefered other malls within 15 minute of this one. All of them are owned by the same corporation, so they know how to update there malls. Constantly back tracking to see each part of the mall was fetting old after a wall. Although we did find a few stores we enjoyed, we had a better experience after Grapevine Mills.

Sad to see the Sears side of this go downhill. There are some strange stores in some really nice buildings (that probably don't belong in nice buildings) But I understand the necessity to keep tenants in a mall. I miss the old days of being able to walk through them all and see lots of other people doing so as well with anything just to stay healthy and let the kids blow off some energy.... At least the shops around the mall seem to be doing well

This mall is great. They have lots of trendy shops for my tween/teen to shop at. The mall is clean and we'll organized. However, it was hot. The air conditioning was not working very well at most of the stores. One store had no air conditioning at all. I can't stand being hot so I won't stay and shop long if I am hot. We probably would have visited a few more stores if the mall had been cooler. Please fix this issue. It's not right to have employees in stores like Hot Topic and Miss A's working in a ln extremely hot environment. We were all sweating in those two stores in particular.

My wife and I have been waiting for this place to open up. Had a great date night here! Welcoming greetings upon entry. Service was great. Food was awesome. The fried Oreo tasted almost like the state fair version! Future pop ins to come. Thank y'all!

less than memorable. quite the run down location filled with "everything $1," or "everything $7.99 or less stores." the limelight of malls being cool hang out spots in the late 80s early 90s is long gone... few good shops remain, though just that... few. some stores have a potent aroma of cheap plastic. good spot for people watching though feel prepared for the matrix twlightzone vibe.

This is a great mall for all your family shopping needs. They have a great food court for a place to rest with all kinds of food from k dogs to Italian and even ice cream shakes and a lot to choose from. If your dropping a broken cell phone screen to be fixed quick to fixing a watch with minor repairs this mall has it. They also have a movie theater. I forgot to mention they also have a game arcade in the food court to try your skills. Photo booth. Here they also have state of the art smart directory. Security is also friendly with directions to find a store.

It's centrally located for several communities in the Fort Worth area. Clean, safe so you can feel comfortable while shopping. Good food court and a great theater. We go often to the theater and eat at the food court.

I'm giving this mall 5 stars because of all the shopping opportunities you can find here. The only downside (which does not count for how good the mall itself is) is the parking garage elevators. Basically the elevators are old (tiles and lighting in bad shape) and they need to be modernized. One elevator (with new buttons on the exterior in the south garage) makes weird sounds while moving. The elevators and escalators inside the mall are good and look new. The mall itself looks amazing and it is beautiful. I'm even glad there is a movie theater here too. I just hope the elevators in the parking garages can be fixed (they are not broken but looks worn down a little bit).

Fossil has two incredible and pleasant employees (Donny and Megan) not only did they take the time to perfect and talk to me about the gift my sister and I bought but were such a pleasure to talk to and be around! Best customer service and experience I've had in the northeast mall! Top teir. Thanks again ladies for being your awesome selves!

Young kid in the Lids store doesn't know how to custom make hats. Granted this was months ago, and he tried not to give me my money back! His Supervisor, a Hispanic guy, from the other sports store came over and heard what happened, and refunded me all my money. They need to teach that kid customer service skills and how to deal with customers. He's young, either late teens or early 20s, so I know he lacks experience, but kudos to his supervisor or helping resolve the issue.

I always enjoyed my time visiting this mall. Now that it is a covid season, they need to make sure they are keeping those sanitation stations maintained. A couple of times I visited and the dispensers were not functioning or were empty.
