The security at this mall is non existent. My mom last week went to a movie there and came out of the mall to a darkened parking lot and her catalytic converter stolen from her car. This mall sucks. Be safe and go elsewhere

Used to be a mall filled with timeless memories, now it’s a shell of its former self. Bunch of weird stores and the only good stores are the sneaker shops. I can see this mall come to a end in the nearby future.

... whoops. Stopped by here thinking it was a different kind of mall. Not at all a bad property if you know what you're looking for and it has it. As a facility, it's definitely in need of a renovation. The exterior was absolutely barebones and smelled like garbage. My bad for stopping through.

This mall simply needs a reboot/renovation that is...we need new stores and just a REVAMP! It doesn't feel very welcoming to me. I don't always get great vibes when I come here. Even the parking spaces seem a little off and cramped.

I would like to say a couple of things, the mall looks like a flea market and for many years now all the other malls around Dallas/Ft Worth has always had a Angel Tree and I hope this mall response to this review and explain why they don’t, the only reviews they respond to is if they are 4 stars ⭐️ And up , this is not fair for the children in need during Christmas !!!! Can't say I like this place. It feels different from when I went here with my dad ten years ago. It's more lonely and it feels more like a strip mall or bazaar. Now I wasn't expecting a Galleria or a Northpark, but this place (and the whole neighborhood for the record) is so depressing! This is probably what Richardson Square looked like before it went down for demolition and an actual strip mall was built in its place. Sears is no more. Also the Police store is closed due to the circumstances that are currently happening. And the worst part was the vending machine. When I bought a pink lemonade to refresh myself it was WARM and not ice cold like I expected! Though I got to give it to the Macy's because it reminds me of the Macy's from the Valley View mall that existed from 2006 to 2008. Wednesday July 22 2020

First time in years I've been to this mall. It's really gone downhill. Lots of empty spaces and weird stores. Escalators to go to food court all out of order. Downstairs there were numerous kids playing in the aisles and no one including security seemed to care. For a better experience go down the road to Hurst at North East Mall.

Irving Mall is a decent place to go for local shopping and a few treats and eats! I really liked the train that goes around. 5 dollars per person!

There were a lot of businesses that didn't even acknowledge us when we walked like they weren't interested in our business walked in two shoe stores and got no assistance wth. Most of these employees were either on their phones or just chatting with each other.. I will not recommend Irving Mall.. What a horrible experience it was.

As a teenager my friends and I spent our weekends here, but that was 20 years ago when it was a great mall. Slowly all the good stores are moving away. Don't get me wrong I mean if you have to go to the closest mall being that is the only mall Irving has then it's OK. My daughter goes here to watch movies with her friends only cause it's close by, but they complain that it's so hot. They either don't run the A/C or it doesn't work anymore along with everything else there. The restroom doors don't lock correctly.... vending machines are normally empty or out of order.... escalators are broken funny thing instead of fixing them they decorated them 🤦‍♀️... the one beautiful water fountains are all broken as well. Sears left.. Barnes & Noble left.. Express left... Los Lupes left.... The only good thing they have going for them are Macy's, Burlington, Victoria's Secret, Dillard's, Wave, 5-7-9, Rack Room Shoes, Shoe Palace, LA Nails, American Eagle, and Bath & Body Works and AMC.

It was good service from each team never, staff and our host of our buddies bdays WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ADULT "REFEREE" who, instead of letting the kids have fun(those following all rules) ALL you did was blow that loud ol whistle and SCREAMING GET OFF THAT, no doing this or THAT OR GET OFF THE .... bleep... blah blow blah to do I guess!!

Even though the only Mall in Irving serves a little shopping experience, the Mall is being Older with all the outlets inside it. All the Shopping Outlets have outdated stuffs and there is no more options to choose from as in for shops. I frequently visit the Mall though and would like the designated people to give better thoughts for the future Irving Mall shopping structure. Irving is getting bolder and would like to see Irving Mall on its boldest platform.

Irving is a beautiful and decent mall with a great choice of shops inside it. It has a great collection of shoes, garment and etc. It is not expensive and you will not get high end outlets like Chanel, Zara, armani. It has mid range brands also It has Burlington for Best shopping. On ground floor it has beautiful gym and kid activity zone. Washrooms are good, parking is free for 3 hours.

The air conditioning unit didn't seem to be running during my first n recent visit. Definitely recommend the movie theater n the Mexican restaurant to have some good drinx n enjoy a Mexican style shrimp cocktail w/ half a dozen fresh oysters on a half shell.

Irving Mall isn't crowded as other malls that I go too. It does have a good amount of stores to shop at like Macy's, Citi Trends, Burlington, etc. They have the theater as well. I haven't gone yet but I heard from lots of friends that the theatre is great. There's couple nail salons. I like the one closer to Burlington. There's 504 Salon if you need a hair cuts. My husband goes there. Great haircuts and peeps. As for the mall, Carpet needs to be cleaned. They should take the carpet out and put other type of flooring that they have to make the mall look brighter and cleaner. The food court would be better if there was a more variety of food to choose from. They do have Riveras restaurant, Auntie Anne's Pretzel, and an ice cream place that is really good in the mall. There are tons of parking all around the mall. They need to update the parking lines. People park like ***. Maybe if the lines were painted better than people won't have an excuse to park that way. Still might not help lol. Other than that, I like coming here if I need to pick something up real fast.

Good mall for quick or long visit. Has selection of wide range of outlets both well-known and lesser known brands. There’s AMC, Dillards, Macy’s etc. plenty of places to eat from. There are 2 play area for kids on lower level. Plenty of arcade games. There are maps close to every entrance so make sure to find wherever you want to go. There is enough parking space outside and there are two level-2 Volta (free) chargers for EVs.

Got a quick workout at Anytime Fitness, my new favorite. More crowded than yesterday but probably just the time I got there. Then I got Target for some more essentials I could not get yesterday. All good, even after a bit of traffic on the drive home.

Back in the day this mall was nice. I was driveing by and stopped in. Wish I never would've now. Now its like a flea market inside. Nasty looking didn't feel safe inside people where running inside.

The Irving Mall itself is not making sure people are in their stores with their masks on and maintaining safety for it's shoppers with the six feet ruling. I do plan on taking the issue up with the city and any government officials that do enforce the mandated ruling for COVID.

Boba Bubble Tea, a first for me and a demand for my 23 yr old. I had them make a pina colada with Mango Bubbles. It was absolutely delicious! The Dillards Clearance Center had $4.99 high end shoes and I wish I would have made more purchases after I saw how deep the discounts were on Italian leather purses. Shoes are size coded then color arranged! Easy to find as all clothes are in the same arrangement!

A mere shell of what it used to be. Broken escalator and inaccessible exterior entrances. Multiple gyms. Makes me sad to see it this way. Many sketchy folks loitering around. The bathroom was nice though!

Nice little trip for a Monday. Knocked out some 🎄 shopping without a hassle. I also had a chance to meet Serena with Covenant House. Helping build homes for needy children. I enjoyed hearing about the good work they are doing in the community. Irving mall is really underated. There express store had some great deals. I was shopping for ladies in the family but i will be back for the 3/4 length camel mulhare coat.

We also stopped it Victoria's Secret they have semi annual sale going on so I ran across some hand sanitizer this was my first time buying some from them. They had some hand sanitizer that smells so good but you know you can't go wrong and Victoria's Secret right. Victoria's Secret is a number one girly store. I enjoy going into Victoria's Secret specially in the winter time and in the summer time when it has a semi sale going on. I've been so busy lately and trying to stay safe for myself I almost missed the semi annual sale. I was very satisfied with the product and also the customer service that they showed us. And also I was very satisfied with the price of the merchandise that we bought from the store. You know I tell people sometime you know is it not nature that women's love to shop what woman don't like to shop you tell me. It is nothing wrong every now and then doing something for yourself we deserve it. Hillsdale is basically a nice clean upscale shopping environment. Metcalfe's Market is great for groceries and their buffet pre-covid. Great selection of cheeses and specialty meats. Target has the parking garage which is nice when there's weather. Muramoto is great for sushi. Shake Shack is new to Madison. There's even an Ace hardware that does curbside pickup.

This is a beautiful shopping area with many stores and a lot of parking.

I always enjoy going to the target there. It is a nice place to go shopping, grab a bite and get some exercise. 8-)

Attended a birthday party AMC. The party Rented a theater for va birthday party. The seats were clean, we had control of the lights and a thin table for party supplies and favors. The entire theater was mostly empty and not over crowded. We all wore masks and a shield when eating. I would definitely do it again.

It would be no big loss to see this closed and repurposed for housing or something as important to the city.

If you need a specific store I would call to confirm it's there. Not a lot of options but the basic stores are there and you can get what you need in a crunch for sure.

We even went to the 2nd floor and again these kids were being really loud using foul language. I didn't know if any mall security addressed this or seen them at all. Carnival at Irving Mall. It was simply wow! Endless rides and fun for kids.

Has definitely seen better days, but small independent retailers and discount stores have moved in to replace the chains and department stores that have left. Indoor playground is a lifesaver in the summer for parents with small children.

There’s only about 4 decent stores. All the others are ghetto, made in China type cheap boutiques. The people are kind, but the selection of stores is far below average. It feels like the management has given up on operating this mall properly. I’m sad to say this mall has had potential but whoever has been running it for the past decade has done a HORRIBLE job. Bring in an adequate security presence. Focus on better marketing towards younger crowds. This mall is a disgrace to such a prime area in the DFW.

5 stars, so John at the Quick Care show cleaner kiosk cleaned my dusty water crocs and I can't stop staring at them they're so nice now took him like 45 seconds. Highly recommend going to QuickCare kiosk and getting a bottle. I couldn't bring it back with me since I live out of the country, but if you're local, do yourself a favor.
