So
I
had
to
write
this
review
TODAY
and
IMMEDIATELY
after
my
experience
at
this
location.
I
was
excited
this
morning
to
go
check
out
a
book
I
had
been
contemplating
to
buy.
Now
I
know
some
Barnes
and
nobles
locations
won’t
let
you
sit
on
the
floor
and
read.
However
I
have
frequented
this
location
many
times
and
been
a
customer
numerous
times
since
I
lived
in
Texas
because
it’s
so
close
to
home.
Never
has
anyone
told
me
it
was
a
problem
sitting
and
reading.
So
here
I
was
this
morning
in
section
reading
a
book
just
to
see
if
I
liked
it.
I
probably
was
there
for
about
20
mins
and
I
noticed
that
3
staff
members
kept
walking
by.
I
payed
it
no
mind
because
none
of
them
approached
me.
They
were
all
white
but
kept
side
eyeing
me.
Finally
after
about
20
mins
and
I
was
ONLY
like
page
10
of
the
book,
one
of
the
staff
rudely
asked
me
if
I
needed
help
as
if
I
was
a
burden
and
after
I
kindly
said
no
with
a
smile,
she
said
“well
when
you’re
ready
to
checkout
you
can
go
to
front.”
On
god
it
took
everything
not
to
go
off
on
her.
I
got
up
quietly
and
left
embarrassed.
I
definitely
didn’t
purchase
the
book
and
will
NEVER
shop
here
for
myself
or
my
kids
ever
again.
If
sitting
on
the
floor
was
an
issue,
this
could’ve
been
addressed.
Y’all
need
better
communication
and
a
more
diverse
staff
because
it’s
definitely
giving
discrimination.
But
I’m
sure
this
review
will
be
overlooked
unfortunately.
Y’all
definitely
lost
a
loyal
customer
with
that
small
but
crucial
gesture.
