Ms. Susan is the reason why I go visit places instead of shopping on Amazon. She is certainly a person who has a customer centered approach. I highly recommend this store, specifically because of Ms. Susan. She treated me like a person. Not a dollar, not a sale, not a customer, but a person. She went above and beyond. Because of her, I am comfortable saying that you can shop here and expect to be respected and leave the store with a smile.

Great place for books. Always have to stop at a Barnes & Noble everytime I see one. This one is smaller but don't let that fool you lots of different departments like DVD and kids toys, as well as Spiritual, and Christian Books also.

One of a kind bookstore. Not to many actual bookstores left. Very happy that B&N Bookstore is still in business. They have a wide range of books. They have records or vinyl, Cds, DVDs and even toys including legos. There are plenty of employees who are eager to help you find books. At this location they have a Cafe and coffee bar. I bought several books for Christmas gifts and Barnes and Nobles had them in stock. I will definitely be returning to buy from them again.

Barnes & Noble is one of my favorite places to be . If I didn’t have 4 kids I’d spend more time here solo. I LOVE the smell of new books and could sit in a corner and just read all day . I highly recommend going into Barnes and Noble if you’ve not been before . They’re a bit pricey but they do have sale sections with amazing books to buy . Love me some new 📕!!! They also have more than just books. If you like art , letters, journals , games , bags and tissue paper for holidays, little trinkets and they have an awesome section of kids toys .

A perfect place to go and get something to read in a COVID world. The store is perfectly clean and organized with every section offering lots for anyone. Rekindle a good reading habit in this world can make a difference! Coffee is excellent and hot. Service is on par with several associates offering to help.

I spent some time in here, checking out so many books. I haven't been to a B&N in soooooo long. Very pleasant. All the associates offered help if I needed. When I was checking out, I was offered the yearly card, and the 2 cashier that helped me were so kind in letting me the benefits and how to get the best deals that would make it worth it. I'm definitely going back. Made a lil promise to the entire family that once a month we would come and enjoy some book buying time. 💗

I went today to pickup a online order that I placed, when I walked up to the check out line the lady asked my name and I showed her my drivers license and she asked what was my last name and I told her. She came back with my order then asked to see my ID because she wanted to make sure my order was correct. Ok, I thought to myself. Just to let you know it was raining outside, now in this world everyone don’t know a person mental state but can I just say for the life of me, WHY would you hand me a paperback purchased book without bagging it or asking do I want a bag. Because I have mental issues I just politely stated you have a Merry Christmas. Now if I had not taken my meds I would have asked her to wake the F up and look outside. Just saying, good customer service has left and I pray that whom ever experience what I did this morning with mental issues just smile and walk away.

I haven't been to a B&N in years. There are probably about 50% fewer book shelves than when I was there last. The magazines are out of this world expensive especially when there's digital media available. This is going to go the way of the dinosaurs in only a matter of time. Lots of great cookbooks though and Bibles.

Was just there at 2:20p on a Wednesday afternoon I was having trouble finding a book so I walked up to the little helpdesk in the center where there were 4 to 5 girls, one on the store phone. Every single one of them saw me, made contact with me! They all walked away at like the exact same time. One young man (I’m so mad I didn’t get his name) he seem like he might be Hispanic, black hair early 20’s wearing a really colorful button down shirt. He helped me after he walked by and saw I was just standing there. Thank you honey!! That was much appreciated and so respectful. He also pre-ordered a book for me that was not in stock.

After a lovely hour selecting childrens books for my new niece, I inquired about gift wrapping service. I had observed a stack of book gift wrap at the info desk. While the young man was reticent to say yes, he did say”yes, we can do that”. He directed me to the front cashier who stated that, no, he could not wrap it. This was said with sour expression. I noted that this was opposite of info desk agreement. I purposely went to this brick/mortar store to support local business and to enjoy full experience. Sadly, I will revert to online book purchasing. What a shame.

We enjoy going to Barnes and Noble to browse and read, have some good coffee, and spend time together. There isn't always enough seating unless you go early. It is sad there are so few bookstores anymore, but glad we have one close to us.

Every time I come here my wife and I find new books that are perfect reading material. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I will continue to shop at this location for all my books.

I frequent this store often and usually love buying manga here. A snarky employee tried to discourage me from buying a particular series, since it's not aimed at the demographic she assumed I didn't fit into. I know that I'm a dude buying a series aimed at women. Let me buy what I want to buy. I'm not stupid.

Went there to get a book for my daughter's school storybook parade, staff was nice and very helpful! Clean store. Starbucks baristas very nice and professional. No complaints.

Big, clean, and filled with helpful staff. Attached to a Starbucks. Plenty of cashiers to keep the line moving. My go-to place to find a book last minute

The Little and I entered the bookstore. The Little’s first trip. We headed to the kids section, where I proceeded to play with the puppets! She loved them and thought they were real animals. Then we read all sorts of little books for Littles!!! The big boss was there planning displays with the employees. He saw me totally enjoying the bookstore and did not stop my enjoyment because I was just playing and not purchasing. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful space and having so much variety of the littles. We had a blast!!!

Lots of stock. Well staffed. They strive to deliver quick service and short lines. For a smaller location, the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, the cafe is small for the number of people that frequent this location.

Had a wonderful time at Barnes and Nobles today with my niece. I had some questions about a specific genre of manga while we were in the checkout line and the woman with the short green hair not only helped me, but also gave me some recommendations. Definitely going to come back again soon!

Life changing store, for some context I didn't like reading to much. I was getting a gift for my girlfriend and didn't know what to get. A handsome guy by the name of perry helped me pick out some stuff. He also gave me a couple suggestions which I read up on and enjoyed. So I broke up with my girlfriend realizing as long as he works at the store I might have a chance. I just wish someone would talk about me the same way he talks about Norse mythology.

So I had to write this review TODAY and IMMEDIATELY after my experience at this location. I was excited this morning to go check out a book I had been contemplating to buy. Now I know some Barnes and nobles locations won’t let you sit on the floor and read. However I have frequented this location many times and been a customer numerous times since I lived in Texas because it’s so close to home. Never has anyone told me it was a problem sitting and reading. So here I was this morning in section reading a book just to see if I liked it. I probably was there for about 20 mins and I noticed that 3 staff members kept walking by. I payed it no mind because none of them approached me. They were all white but kept side eyeing me. Finally after about 20 mins and I was ONLY like page 10 of the book, one of the staff rudely asked me if I needed help as if I was a burden and after I kindly said no with a smile, she said “well when you’re ready to checkout you can go to front.” On god it took everything not to go off on her. I got up quietly and left embarrassed. I definitely didn’t purchase the book and will NEVER shop here for myself or my kids ever again. If sitting on the floor was an issue, this could’ve been addressed. Y’all need better communication and a more diverse staff because it’s definitely giving discrimination. But I’m sure this review will be overlooked unfortunately. Y’all definitely lost a loyal customer with that small but crucial gesture.
