    Checked in on a Sunday night. Front desk was not much help and rude. The following morning we found out our car had been broken into. None of the staff were of any help. We asked front desk if there were any cameras and barley acknowledged us. The car was parked facing the hotel. I’m guessing there is no type of security. No staff helped inside the hotel. People doing gardening and cleaning outside the hotel were much nicer and helping out with what they could. Would definitely not recommend to stay especially family’s with kids!

    Too many hotels in the dfw to choose from, please skip past this one. Staff was rude and snobbish. I frequent hotels as well as different laquinta inns around the country this is one of the worst. Seemed new on the outside but roaches and gnats beg to differ. Homeless people asking for change at night sketchy to say the least. Manager hides in office and hates to be bothered. Urine smell in stairway. Completely digusted with treatment and hidden "fees".

    I really liked my stay here. The area was nice. The lobby was beautiful the customer service was point on. There was a big variety of breakfast offered. The seating area was nice as well. I really liked my room it was clean, linens looked clean, the bed was comfy and there is nothing to complain about here. If your in the area I would definitely recommend this place. I only wish they had an indoor pool.

    Hotel is good, I went to some other locations and this one is one of several best locations for the franchise. The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly, with the check-in process being good. Housekeeping is outstanding even cleaning the room when not requested to when you are outside of the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the room was spotless of any rodents. I have no complaints and would take the opportunity once more to stay here.

    Could not rent the room because the card I was using was a company card and it didn't have a chip to insert AND they didn't have a machine to swipe!! She said she couldn't enter it manually AND since it was not in my name she doubted I could even use it to get a room, so I left up the road and used the same card just fine got me a nice room and great customer service. Thanks LaQuinta!

    Do not trust property. Stayed for one night. Upon walking in there was a stain on carpet and rolling desk chair was broken (didn’t think too much on it. I’m not too picky. I understand it’s a hotel) but upon checking out they charged me for the stain and they said I smoked. That when they entered the room there was smoke. Yet no neighbors complained of any smoking and also who’s dumb enough to smoke before checking out? No I had burned a pizza in the microwave and maybe that smoked?? But not sure how one can confuse the smell of burnt pizza to smoking. So basically the property had charged me false incentives. Mind you this is a hotel that allows you to check in without a card on file. You can pay cash on property so let that settle in on the type of people they allow to stay on property. People who pay cash upfront with no card on file?? And yet charge the people incidentals on the next persons reservation because they did pay with card. I got charged for someone else’s stains and they robbed me on accusing me of smoking? this is all a he said she said. I’ll be disputing charges but please be aware of this property and if you do stay. Pay cash up front don’t risk your card info because they will charge for false incentive’s

    One of my best hotel stays! I needed a place to crash to focus on homework one weekend, and this was a perfect getaway - everything was great! I actually returned for a "staycation" with my husband about 2 weeks after my first visit. The hotel smelled very high-end upon entry (reminded me of the Ritz-Carlton). The lobby areas were also spotless! Then they put out cookies (like Double Tree). The pool is a decent size, and I liked that the main front entrance was locked overnight (key card access only). The rooms are spacious (fridge and microwave), and the breakfast was even hot with plenty to choose from! I will DEFINITELY return!

    This hotel was decent. The customer service at the front desk was horrible and upper management doesn't give a damn. Check and ask for all receipts in paper form not emailed before leaving, because they will charge your card for nothing. I confronted them upon check out about a charge and was told call the manager. Well I did that but the manager conveniently wasn't available every time I called. So I disputed the fraudulent charge to my account with my credit card company.

    My wife and I stayed last night to attend a concert and were very happy with our stay. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, the breakfast was great but what really made this stay was Isabel. The young lady at the front counter really went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! I had a couple questions throughout the evening and she was so sweet and accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed and was there even late at night to check out the items we wanted from their vending and snack area. We'll be in Grand Prairie again in November and we'll definitely be returning to this hotel because of the amazing customer service we received from Isabel!

    Two mornings in a row staying at this location. From 0545 - 0700 am. The guy who was running the front desk was rude and when asked to turn the TV on in the breakfast room just blew us me off. Did not even speak. The manager needs to have a talk about courtesy to the customer. I was very nice and said good morning. This happened on mornings of 01 and 02 March 2023. Ignoring your customers and not showing courtesy to customers is just rude. I will not recommend this location.

    Have stayed at this location on numerous occasions but never again will I step foot in this hotel. I have not been charged an incidental here ever but the women at the front desk proceeds to tell me they have a new system and that “i been here the longest so I charge an incidental”. And will not refund my money. I need to know who the general manager and owner is

    Very nice hotel. The staff are professional and very polite and helpful. My room and bed was very clean. The morning breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel is very close to other amenities in the area.

    Won’t be staying here anymore. Got my vehicle vandalized twice. First time was in December before the holidays they broke into my personal truck. The second time happened in January they stole the catalytic converter from my company truck. Thieves obviously have target this place. Manager was supposed to call me back never heard back.

    This hotel was decent for a one night stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind and accommodating. However, whenever you’d flush the toilet the floor would shake, there were loose tiles, and the shower head, temp control, and faucet were not secured to the wall so water leaked from everywhere and onto the floor with the loose tiles. Kind of expensive for those issues and for a La Quinta but for a one night stay it was doable.

    Liars! Be aware they are Liars! My husband and I decided to stay here during the bad bunny concert sep 9th we left the room nice! We had to pay 150 as a deposit in case smoking or damages occurred. We just were informed we will not be getting our deposit of 150 back because they ASSUMED we smoked. We are smokers but did not smoke in this room. We are adults not ruthless teenagers we know the rules and want our 150. Hotel is now refusing to give the refund back and their response “nothing we can do about it”. Was it because when we left the room and saw housekeeping we didn’t give them a big jolly hello and smile they wanted because we were tired and didn’t feel like talking? Yes it was two hispanic ladies cleaning our room. We were practically the only room not being loud on the entire floor and not drunk when we stayed there. La quinta do better im sure you can smell the difference.

    Loved this place. Rooms were very clean and smelled clean, not stuffy smelling when we walked in the room. Right next to Ripley Believe it or Not which we went to. Air worked very good. The place was packed every night, but did not have a lot of noise. Tall ceiling so didn't hear ppl about us. Breakfast was good as well.

    Quiet, clean, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Personally, I don't need much more than a place to sleep that doesn't make me wonder about the last it was cleaned. This place was well maintained and felt comfortable and safe.

    Loved it here. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The customer service was top notch. They clean everyday and the housekeepers are so nice. I'll definitely stay again.

    Stayed for one night on business and checked out the following morning. Well, I should have looked at my receipt right away after checking out because I was charged for a "Safe Fee" and a "Recovery Charge". Called and got a refund for the "Safe Fee", which is for the safe in the room which I never use and a total scam of a fee anyways. While talking with the employee I asked what the "Recovery Charge" is, they explained it is a tax that they can't refund. Which I find weird, yes under the code on my receipt it says it's a "tax" but on the summary it's under "other". I believe this to be another scam fee because the employee couldn't explain what it was other than it was a tax, which I call b.s. because if it's a tax it would be built into the state and or the city tax part and not be separate. Never staying at this location again with this sleazy scam fee stuff going on. Stay away from this location or pay very close attention to your receipt. Stay was on May 24th to May 25th, 2023.

    The hotel is very clean and modern. Brandi and the staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast here is very tasty too! I feel very welcomed here and I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

    I hate to give 4 stars, but there are a couple items that really hurt the overall experience. Forst off, we stayed 3 nights. The lobby is really nice, and check in was great. They also have a real actual hot breakfast. Talking bacon and eggs yall! Price was also decent for 3 days. So now for the downsides that cause the loss of a star. First off, the room is nice, but major shotty workmanship. Tile in bathroom is loose and rocks when stepped on. The bathroom door was hung crooked, so it swings open and into the shower curtan. I expect the toilet seal is bad as there was an occasional odor of sewege leaking into the bathroom. Light switch covers not flush, bad paint touch ups. Loud hvac unit. This is sad, because its a nice hotel, but with the poor workmanship, it wont last. If i were them i would go after the contractor on this one as the remodel must have been pretty recent. As a note, we did not make any of these items known to the staff, so they had no chance to rectify it. The only item that i might have expected action on was the swamp gas toilet, but it was not a constant, so we decided to deal with it instead of have to move our stuff to another room.

    Amazing place to rest up awesome staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable the house keepers keep everything in tip top shape clean and stocked. just off the freeway you are by just about everything and about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas so if your looking for a place to rest for a day or a couple of months as I did this is a great choice keep up the good work La Quinta and Thank you for always providing a safe and comfortable place for me to rest as I keep on Trucking 😎🤘this beautiful country God bless La Quinta and God bless the USA 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

    Truly satisfying experience! This is my second time satying here! The 1st week Isabelle greeted us at 3m! We were coming into town for an emergency and i had booked on the road.. tired i booked for August, not July! She helped us so much with getting us in that same night & canceling the old reservation! This week we came again, directly to this hotel because we felt greatful of the service we had received prior! And behold! We saw Isabelle again! And she even went above & beyond and made some cookies and brought them out to the pool, after they had ran out in the lobby! Im truly satisfied with how wonderful & friendly ALL the staff was! Specially Isabelle. This is now my go to hotel when in Dallas! From the food, to the hospitality, and to the cleanliness of it all! THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! Special shoutout to Isabelle and Jesus for being great at what they do! God bless!

    One of the worst experiences in these chain hotels, we switched rooms twice, and in both occasions the bed, bathroom, and light table were covered in hair! Poor services, a busy room, and absolutely not recommended!

    After making my reservation online, I received a call an hour later saying that the 2 queen bed room I wanted was actually not available and that I would have to get the King. This was fine with me, except they said I was going to be charged over $100 more for the upgrade. I did not think this was fair and asked if there was any way I could get the King at the same price as the 2 queens since it seemed to be a technical issue on the website. The front desk admin working 10/22/22 between 3-5pm sent my request to the regional office. I quickly received a phone call from Raina (I believe) in Frisco who explained I would be able to get the King room for the same price and apologized for the issue. I really appreciated them being able to work with us as we desperately needed a place to stay last minute. My husband travels often and he said that was the nicest La Quinta he has ever seen. It was clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast had so many great options, I haven’t seen such an impressive complimentary breakfast like that in a very long time. I also had my 8 pound dog with us and I’m very grateful that La Quinta allowed well behaved pets to be in the rooms. Thank you all.

    I was here for a night. I received a clean room, great customer service, and a good breakfast in the morning. My only complaint would be the TV: there were not many channels, nor was I able to access my YouTube account to watch or rent movies.

    I don’t even know where to begin… Let me start by saying the girl at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. However, that was the only good part of our stay. When we walked into the room it had a pungent odor, thank goodness I brought my own febreeze. When we got to the room the cleanliness was lacking. There was a lighter on the floor next to the bed. The bedding was covered in little and long black hairs on both beds, including the sheets. The bedspread also had weird stains on it so we completely took it off the bed. We brought our own travel blankets and ended up using those. All the lights were covered in dust, so when you turn the knobs, dust fluttered everywhere, this set off my daughter’s asthma. When I went to shower I pulled up the shower switch, and the whole water facet separated from the wall. To end my awful experience, I received a $150 charge for smoking. I DON’T smoke. When I called to dispute the cost, and explained I’m not a smoker, the employee replied “well it’s usually more but they only charged you $150.” No I shouldn’t be charged $150. I do not smoke, I did not smoke anywhere on property. I don’t like being falsely accused of something I didn’t do. Absolutely unacceptable. *update- I just heard back from the manager and the $150.00 overcharge has been fixed. So I am changing my 1 star to 2 stars. *

    This Quinta was absolutely a great stay. We were amazed with the customer service. We left our valuable laptop and they exceeded our expectations, housekeeping returned immediately and was kept in a safe. I was worried by getting it shipped, every receptionist I spoke to reassured me they would wrap it up and send to me. They were absolutely nice to wrap it in towels and made sure it was packed up safely. We are overwhelmed with gratitude. Bernice, Brandy, Alyssa thank you so much, we greatly appreciate all you all did. Thank you!! 😍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Wonderful stay. After I checked in I noticed my bedding wasn't appealing and I called down to the front desk and ask for fresh linen. The young lady at the front desk was nice enough to bring me a fresh set and gladly changed the bedding for me. I was so gracious for the act because to me she went over and beyond to help me because I have a back injury and she changed the whole bed and made the bed up perfectly for me to be comfortable with my stay there. Thank you so very much for accommodating me during my time there.

    Do not stay in this hotel if you want to use the pool. They have about a dozen children tying up the pool for 3 hours and when you talk to the front desk about it. They try to tell you that there is room for more people. Since it is a pool for all of the people who stay at the hotel, a family of a dozen children can share the pool and not tie it up for several hours. This is NOT okay. Nor is it okay to give an attitude about my dog when I had just gotten to this particular hotel after driving an hour saying my husband didn't pay a pet fee. I see why other guests have complained about the rudeness of the front desk staff when staying here. They could all use a lesson or two in customer service/hospitality. There are better places to stay in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

    Restaurant has great ambiance. The rooms are spacious and I loved the bathtub. Bed is very comfortable as well. Would come back again for future stay.

    La Quinta Inn & Suites has excellent customer service and rooms are clean. Would only suggest that they may look into replacing any minor run down furniture/shower flooring. Other that that, hotel was very clean

    Hotel was great! Rooms were very clean, quiet, with nice amenities. Hotel, itself, was very clean. Breakfast was flavorful, hot foods were hot, cold foods were cold.

    Refused to give $150 deposit for a 1 nights stay back claiming that housekeeping found proof of smoking, despite me and the other person with me not even being smokers. When asked for proof the receptionists decided to end the call with no warning. On the second call, after being on hold for more than 9mins, and continuing to repeat herself without providing proof or offering any evidence. The manager wouldn’t come to the phone to offer any clarification even after I specifically asked to speak to them.

    The staff were friendly and attentive. In general the hotel is esthetically pleasing and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was simple, pretty average. The Texas waffle was a huge plus 😁 My only hang up was the cleanliness. There were little ants present in several places. When we asked for our rooms to be tended to, the only things that I found to have been done was the trash and the remaking of the beds. The linens weren't changed which was disappointing (the accidental makeup stain remained). All in all, this location was convenient for what we needed, the people were nice, but disappointed in the cleanliness.
