    The front desk service was great, complimentary airport shuttle convenient. Location very good. But the room was dingy, unclean. Reddish blots/stains on both sets of sheets in both beds. Worn furniture. Stained/bleached carpet. Service aside, facility fell far short of Hilton standard.

    My wife and I stayed here 3 days on business in 2022. We found the ownership to be oddly stingy with us during our stay. Example I asked for water and they didn't want to give it to me even though I am a diamond member. Fast forward to 2023 I am back in town for business and for a one night stay, but I paid for two rooms. We asked for our water- the Indian fellow directly asked for our diamond status. (You should know this already). He gave us 4 bottles of water (I have two rooms). I am now back home in florida going through my business expenses for the week and I find a charge.... For you guessed it. Water. I will make a point to never support this location moving forward. I will also be reporting this to hilton as well. I wonder how many other hidden charges they are tacking on to people's charges. I only caught this as I have to invoices for the stay... And the charges were different. 2022- only enough towels for two people. Two towels, well my wife has long hair. She uses two towels. I requested another and was told my the employee that she would get in trouble for giving me extra towels/clothes I filed a complaint with Hilton. I will make sure that NO one from my company will stay at this hotel when flying in and out of Dallas.

    This hotel is one of the best in my view. The hospitality is great and the people at the front desk are very warming. I was very satisfied by their services especially the kindness of the staff members: Victor and Tricia made my stay better and I am grateful. I will recommend everyone to stay at this hotel whether in business or on vacation.

    I was doing a trip continuation from Mexico home and decided to stay here. There were good/great things like... Top notch Shuttle Service - driver was great. The person at the front desk was very good. The supplied Uber driver was great. The common areas were quiet and inviting. I liked the room and what I used functioned properly. The room noise was the WORST ever in 30+ years of business travel. I could hear children screaming and crying for a good portion of my stay. This wasn't upset babies. There were horrible, terrified sounding noises. At one point it sounded as though someone in the room next to mine had been thrown against the shared wall. I hope the location puts greater emphasis on safety in the future. I can't say I will ever visit again. I would likely choose a night in the airport than risk a repeat of what I heard.

    Great hotel, great staff, comfy rooms, delicious breakfast, easy to get to and from the airport. The gym was clean and spacious as well. We will for sure be staying at this hotel chain again

    I really appreciated how close this hotel is to both the airport and local shopping areas. It made my trip so much easier and enjoyable. Even though it's near the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the rooms are. You'd never know you were so close to all the action. The standout feature, however, has to be the exceptional staff. Victor, at the front desk, is the epitome of excellence in hospitality. His warm welcome, friendliness, and extensive local knowledge not only enhanced my stay but also left a lasting impression. Victor embodies what a model Hilton employee should be – attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Thanks to team members like Victor, this hotel has become my go-to choice for future visits to Texas. It's rare to find such a harmonious blend of great location and outstanding service!

    Just stayed for three night and the continental breakfast was delicious, the staff was amazing and friendly, the room however was not what I hoped for. Suites like these offering such large accommodating spaces in the sleeping/ chilling quarters, should rethink about adding more square footage to the bathroom. The bathroom was very small. One con: I had to kill two roaches in the bathroom.

    You truly feel like you are part of a family when you stay with this hotel. The Tom’s are very clean, the staff is AMAZING, and even the breakfast is very good. My ONLY downsides to this hotel is the fact that you can’t walk to restaurants. I was here for business for almost 2 months so Lyft got kinda pricey to eat out. The only other thing is the beds are not the most comfortable. To me, the mattress was very hard.

    I cannot brag on this place enough. We stayed here before our flight to Orlando to go to Disney. We left our Disney gift cards in our car which we left parked there for only $10/day. We call the front desk and Raul went to our car, which we unlocked via onstar, got the cards and sent us pictures of the so we could load them on our phones. If not for Raul we would have been out $600. Thank you so much. Also, our return was on a Saturday when their shuttle wasn't running so they arranged for a complimentary uber to get us back to our car. We will stay here from now on when we have a flight out of DFW.

    Short stopover stay. Very clean. AC is pretty quiet at night. Front desk lady is awesome. Shuttle was easy to arrange for return trip to airport. Not many walkable restaurants nearby. We went to the restaurant at the Sheraton and it was tasty.

    The second we walked in, Trisha made us feel important and welcomed. Such an amazing and kindhearted lady that represents the company’s values in every positive way. We are being provided transportation to and from the airport. Room was immaculate, cozy and quiet. Love this place and will be back again!!

    Had a great stay. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are clean and large. Enjoyed the pool small and clean, very enjoyable because it was hardly had anyone there. The breakfast is ok. They have waffles, cheese omelets, turkey sausage English muffins, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, and juices. The room has lots of storage, the bathroom has a shower only but is a step in not a roll in. There is enough room to accommodate a wheelchair in room and through the doorways. You can borrow a stove top from the front because the rooms only have a toaster and microwave.

    Pros: tall shower heads, great bath products, in room ironing board and ironing. Full kitchen and seating area with curtain to divide living space. Cons: Staff enters your room even when you have a do not enter sign on the room and specifically tell front desk staff you don't want someone coming in. Last time we stayed there someone took personal hygiene products from my room. This time my associates door was left ajar upon arrival home that evening after she had closed it in the morning. Mine wasn't properly closed either. I don't feel safe when I stay there. It's a nice place, but something is off when this has happened twice in two visits.

    After being nearly stranded at the airport not able to drive home due to winter weather shutting down major highways. We chose this location for it's shuttle service and amenities. The staff couldn't have done a more excellent job in making our stay feel like we were at home. From being picked up by the extremely friendly Sam who welcomed us and always asked if we needed to go anywhere to Victor who always greeted us at the front desk asking how we were doing. It felt like a family welcoming us into their home. I will for sure be considering this location for future stays and recommend it to anyone traveling into DFW.

    Got her around 9pm. The rooms are clean and large. Very utilic and designed for long stays. More later. I'm here for 2 days for business. This extended stay hotel is near the airport. UPDATE. Kids running around in room above. They were also bouncing a ball at different times until about midnight. No sleep.

    It is a nice clean space with a good breakfast. The beds are not the best but love the pillows. I had to ask for more towels several times and didn't get them until the next day.

    A wonderful hotel with great amenities and easy access during the week to being picked up from the airport. (Shuttle doesn't run on the weekends) A nice refreshing breakfast too with some nicer quality options like the sausage egg sandwich or a vegetable omelette. Plus snacks they leave in the room which is amazing when you come in late.

    This hotel was booked for my stay for a wedding. I tell you from the time the shuttle picked me up from the airport the driver Evann was so nice and personable. He made our stay at this hotel so beautiful. The room was clean, the bed slept wonderful and Evann took us around to the stores for things we needed. He had such a great sense of humor. It’s employees Ike these who make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. It was my first time in DFW and I will definitely be coming back and booking at this hotel. I hope Evann is there when I come back. He is just a wonderful individual and knows the true meaning of hospitality!!!! Kudos to him and your beautiful hotel!!!

    The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean and safe feeling. Breakfast options were good as well. WiFi is fast to VPN and work from the room. Definitely will be choosing this place for my future business travels.

    We had a flight delay and arrived late. I had made a courtesy call to inform the desk about my flight delay and told will be at the hotel by midnight. However, our flight delayed further and we reached late. When arrived the front desk told me that my reservation was cancelled and marked as "No show". Not only that, they had given the room to somebody else. No where on the reservation it says that we have to arrive by a certain time. I had no such experiences with Marriott. The customer service is horrible and they do not provide proper support. I requested a refund and was charged instead inspire of showing up. They have made double the money. What if somebody has an emergency? Do not recommend this hotel at all.

    The staff was very nice (especially the gal that checked us in in the evening.) I would have given 5 stars but due to the fire alarm at 5:30am, I have to give 4 stars. Breakfast was delicious. Beds and pillows were nice. The room was very nice!!

    This hotel was amazing! The room was nice and clean! I came in for work. The hotel was so accommodating for out after work pot lucks. The hotel staff every single one of them Housekeepers, maintenance, front desk, breakfast, management was amazing!!! Stay here you will feel like your at home!

    The moment I arrived I was greeted with such great attitude, the rest of the experience was amazing I had minor issues or questions and they never hesitated to answer. Cleaning staff are the sweetest people make sure to give them a smile as well. I slept great and the overall experience was amazing. Both managers were so sweet and just as helpful as everyone else 10/10 recommended. OH and the breakfast is delicious!!

    I simply love the lay out of the rooms. very nice staff. I only wish the airport shuttle was on demand buy other than that it was a very nice stay and will be on my list of favorites!!

    When we tried to book a room after getting back late from the airport, they said they were full and that's understandable. However, when we asked for help to book with one of the sister hotels, the front desk lady said "She was busy and that she had other things to do". We live in a very free country. If you do not want to work in customer service, you have the FREEDOM to get another job where you don't have to work with the public. She had horrible customer service.

    I had a great experience with my stay here. Luis was very helpful with giving me directions and recommendations for local food. The hotel was nice and very clean. I was pleased with my room and stay overall.

    I loved my stay here. The amazing staff go above and beyond to be exceptionally accommodating specially Victor in the morning and Anne in the evening. Very clean and close to the airport. I highly recommend this place.

    The room was spacious and very nice. The staff was prompt and accommodating. Matias picked us up at the airport and shuttled us back and was extremely helpful by letting us know where the local food and shopping was and giving us some great tips on setting up our departure transportation. 10/10 service!

    Loved our stay here. The rooms were fresh and clean. We also got an upgrade and the front receptionist was extremely accommodating. It is close to all the places we wanted to visit and near to the airport too around 12 mins. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
