After staying for a get away with my boyfriend I am truly disappointed. We stayed for fourth of July weekend, and us along with many other hotel guests were prepared for a nice view of the fireworks, only to see none. A huge building blocked the only view of fireworks. Although that wasn’t the only terrible thing about our stay. We had to pay for parking, the pool closed an hour early without notification or updating their tv programs to reflect that, and even if you wanted to go relax at the pool it is mostly filled with children. If you want to relax the pool is not the place to go. Even then you would think after spending $160 on a hotel that there would at least be complimentary breakfast. You’re wrong. It was staged and set up as complimentary, but as soon as you sat down to eat someone comes over with a bill. NOT only that but they charged you $18 per person and the food was most definitely not worth $18. The only thing going for this hotel is the beautiful room, and even then we moved rooms for a better view because we were looking at nothing but the back of the building. The entertainment and restaurants were another good perk, however we have had way better for much cheaper. I recommend staying else where unless you are more interested in the entertainment than the hotel and their services.

As a resident within the Los Colinas, TX area we still visit, eat and stay at this Westin Hotel which is located directly across the street from the Irving Convention Center and only a few feet from wonderful restaurants, movie theater, other hotels, play area(s) for children, pool area, recreational activities, clubs and numerous bars. The rooms area extremely clean but basic. Great for a good night sleep. The property is well maintained and the area is very safe and walkable. This is definitely the place for you if you’re visiting the Toyota Music Factory for a concert or any other activity in the Los Colinas area.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay which usually isn't the case with Westins. I stayed for over 2 weeks; room only got refreshed twice, one of those times they took all the towels and only left me one clean one; The bed sheets never got refreshed; for both laundry requests that were supposed to be returned same day, I didn't get my clothes until 4days later on both occasions; I mentioned all of this to the front desk and they really didn't care; The location is great for a close walk to food but if there is an event at the Music Factory or the Convention Center, you will be challenged and frustrated with the traffic and the burden it takes to park your vehicle; the parking gate for the most part never worked, I had to call and wait on hold nearly everyday for them to reset it and open the gate. I hope they put more focus to their customers in the future.

This hotel is beautiful, the service was friendly and attentive. I’m giving them three stars because the pillows were not comfortable, they were pretty bad, hard to sleep on and since I was there for a business training, it was hard to feel rested. If you are renting a car, I would recommend using valet instead of parking in the garage as the parking might have long lines, at least that is what we experienced. Would I stay there again? Absolutely, but I would bring my own pillow and valet the whole time.

Very walkable location. Nice rooms, amazing hotel staff! Very accommodating. The restaurant and bar was good and very cozy. A nice place to relax. The gym was all you could need but Peleton bikes were available for a fee in your room. Nice views, nice club. We had a great stay!

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend while we attended an event at the convention center. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the convention center. The bathroom amenities were lovely and I was thrilled with the complimentary lavender oil. We slept great on the comfortable bed, the pool area was really nice and the lobby was beautiful. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. The entire property was clean, well maintained and thoughtful. The valet area, lobby and hallways smelled good each day we were there. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance it was nice not to have to leave the property. The parking garage was well lit and easy to navigate with large car spaces.

The hotel lobby smells DIVINE. The whole building was thoughtfully designed to have a spa-like ambiance and I loved the calming aesthetics throughout the hotel. The rooms were clean and well organized in terms of space for two people. The bathroom mirror had a built in light that was helpful on the lowest setting to serve as a very mild night light. The shower head was incredibly placed with a rain shower head. The body soap smelled just like the lobby, and trust me when I say that’s a good thing. My coworkers and I kept joking how we wanted to buy body soap with that scent and call it the Westin. The omelet in the hotel restaurant was the best omelet I’ve ever tasted in my life. The location of the hotel was perfectly close to the convention center and a ton of restraints. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

Hotel was overbooked when we arrived. Manager got us a new room but it definitely was not as nice. While I’m grateful that they got us new accommodation I wish they would’ve called so we could’ve made other arrangements. Staff was very nice though.

Most details of the hotel are great. But the ridiculously expensive drinks (think New York or London prices) that are poured from a thimble pulled this to a 4 rating. Room was very clean and comfy. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were in service, but it wasn’t a bad wait. Club lounge was nice and well serviced. Front desk was pleasant.

Stayed overnight for a concert at The Toyota Music Pavillion. Great location and can walk to everything around. Great in-house restaurant for drinks, apps, or dinner. Open until 12:00 midnight. Rooms large, king bed comfortable with lots of pillows, robe, safe, bottled water, mini-fridge, and large shower. Will stay here again if needed.

This hotel is beautiful! I was here for a corporate convention. The rooms were elegant, the bathroom very roomy, and the shower had fragrant shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, with the rain shower faucet overhead. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for me, but there were plenty to prop you up to watch a good movie! I wish I noticed beforehand, but they also supplied a bathrobe!!! The convention food was delicious, and there were nice restrooms with private bathrooms! I walked around to check ot the amenities... there was a nice fitness area, an outdoor pool and sauna, which looked inviting, and even a pool bar area, great for a party! Near the pool there was even an area to hang outside on some couches! Anyway, if you're ever in the Irving, TX area, this is a nice hotel to stay at!

We had a great stay at this hotel. They offer valet parking. The pool is nice. I wished the DJ and bar at the pool stayed open later than 6 p.m. The room was nice and clean. The bedding was comfortable. Very nice hotel.

I really loved my experience at this hotel. Traveling for work is always stressful but the employees here were very accommodating and professional. The rooms are beautiful and the facility is so close to the convention center and restaurants I couldn't have asked for better.

I want to address an issue that my family encountered June 2023. I called and emailed hotel, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. First impressions are everything & so far mine of your hotel is not the best. I don’t want to write a review based on that before delivering this message. As we checked in, the front receptionist was more than unfriendly. He didn’t give me any info other than “here’s your room key”. When I asked questions, her never gave eye . Even my 9 year old daughter noticed the indifference! I believe the young gentleman’s name is Ethan. I called later to speak to a manager, but wasn’t able to get through. In the evening I went to front desk and got to speak to Cole. Cole was attentive, but all be could say was that some of his staff is new, and they are too concentrated on screen and making sure they did not mess up on check in. But this was still not satisfying explanation. Especially, not since I could see Ethan attending to other costumers of his same skin color, being friendly & smiling. Never had I ever felt unwelcome. I’m a Marriott member and even own a timeshare. I chose this hotel due to pri med conference. You have a beautiful hotel, but still impacted negatively by first impression. 😔 I really hope this does not happen to anyone else!

There is SO much to do within walking distance of this Westin. It's a must-stay in the DFW area. From the moment you see it, the architecture of the building itself is striking. I highly recommend a quiet moment outside early in the morning in the comfy outdoor chairs facing the green space. Check-in was smooth and the lobby is one of the easiest to navigate with soaring ceilings and everything you need within reach. The breakfast is served just off the lobby in the Mezcal restaurant. There's a grab and go coffee bar as well as seating and convention/meeting space. I've always found Westin rooms to be well-appointed and these were no different. The shower is luxurious with both rainfall head and wand. Bath products are superb as always. The rooms are spacious with room for luggage. I had a wonderful view on the 7th floor. I did have to turn my AC down pretty low for a cool temperature but I slept so comfortably. I love Westin linens as always. This property shines in its easy access to the Toyota Music Factory offerings. Whether you're looking to visit Alamo Drafthouse, Glorias (like me) or just chill on the green space, there's something for you here. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the buffet was one of the best spreads I've ever experienced with eggs cooked your way and lux extras like the glass jars of mini jelly. I'm already talking to friends about coming back for a weekend together to enjoy the property and nearby offerings. Pool looked nice but did not try it.

Very close to everything. Beautiful facility. Check in process was slow and disorganized and there are no perks here for Marriot Bonvoy Elite. I was offered club access as an upgrade for my Platinum Elite status but the club was closed all weekend while I was there. Very weird. But definitely clean and modern facilities.

5 stars for all aspects of this hotel! Antoinette was so much help and made us feel welcome and comfortable! She was a rockstar with all the questions we had. The whole staff is awesome, the rooms are super clean and the area is perfect for whatever you need.

The Westin is a lovely hotel. We stayed here because we were in town for a convention along with our staff. Upon checking in we discovered that the hotel was overbooked and 2 of the rooms we reserved months ago were not available. I was perturbed to say the least, and the manager, Demi Adams, stepped in to resolve the situation. After offering discounted rates and free meals, I told her that I wasn’t satisfied with those options. She then asked me how I wanted to be compensated. I told her I wanted one of the rooms taken off of the bill and a complimentary night on the 2nd room, for our inconvenience. Which she agreed to. Our staff was so grateful for the compensation, because it made it easier to stomach the Plan B sleeping accommodations. Ms. Adams did the right thing. Considering that the convention will probably be held in Irving from now on, we will happily stay here again. Observing her interactions with her staff, they clearly respect her. I hope her career path with the Westin is successful. She represents the company well.

This Marriott Westin is located next door to the Irving Convention Center and the Toyota Music Center. There is a restaurant Mesa Mezcal and bar onsite but there are other wonderful places to dining walking distance. The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi and gym. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Always get the valet, it’s worth the extra fee.

You can walk to numerous restaurants and the hotel was super nice. The restaurant downstairs has a wonderful weekend breakfast even though I didn’t see it on google. It’s worth it to valet. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms had that comfortable feeling, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really big, with a shower bench. I took a lot of photos so you can see the interior of the rooms and exterior/lobby of the hotel. The lobby and common areas, there was enough seating to relax and talk with friends and/or colleagues. This hotel is the most convenient location if you are attending an event at the convention center right next door. The staff were extremely helpful and the front desk staff were there at every hour. I would like to give credit for all the assistance to Lance, who was at the front desk. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Towards the back of the hotel lobby, there is a cafe with coffee and breakfast.

Great modern hotel in an ideal location, close to the Irving Convention Center, the Toyota Music Factory, and lots of different restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone in our cousins reunion group had a fantastic time! A great big thanks to the staff for putting us on the same floor!

I had an enjoyable stay in a suite on the lake side of the hotel. Front desk employees were very friendly and informative, the hotel is within walking distance to plenty of eats & experiences even if you aren’t coming to the convention center for an event. The view is vast, rooms are very comfortable, beds sleep well, the soaker tub was incredible, & hallways are quiet. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because parking was a hassle & furniture in the room was a bit dirty. I’ll definitely stay again though, all things considered.

Right next to the convention center as well as lots of nice restaurants, this hotel is definitely placed at a very optimal location. Extraordinary nice service, beautiful rooms with floor to ceiling windows, traditionally comfortable Westin beds. All good stuff. Now some not so great things: Weak WiFi Very small fridge that you can barely fit a couple of water bottles in All In all, a really nice hotel at a very good location.

Lovely property; great staff. The front desk is always pleasant. Cindy in the executive lounge cannot be rivaled. So kind, attentive, and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The air is always a few steps behind the TX heat and the pillows are horrible as they flatten pretty quickly.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights here last week. The location is convenient to many places in the Dallas area. The parking is easy and covered, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view, was clean and nice. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and a restaurant on site. There are also other restaurants across the street and an easy walk. This is the second time we have stayed here and it will not be the last.
