So my car salesman was Joseph Rhodes. As I sat at his desk waiting for him to return from the finance office, sweating and nervous to see if the deal would go through. He came back with not only good new that i was approved for a 2022 Honda Accord sport (all black) but i also received my very own toy sport from Mr Rhodes. What i do like about Mr Rhodes was that he was able to multi- task and help other clients out as well while still working with me. Had a decent experience purchasing my vehicle from here. Pretty smooth experience. Marcus was my salesman and did a great job. This was a while ago, but I'm just now getting to my review. My only reason for one less star, is every time I take it into service and ask them not to wash my car, they still wash it anyway... Not the service advisors fault at all though.

Honest Businesses were the very fabric of our society and our great Nation. Sadly, it has become a rare sight to spot an honest upfront an respectful business. This was reminded to me of Burleson Honda. I was looking for a typical model of Honda Accord and their rep on phone 'Chris' told me that they had the particular model available at the dealership and I can come there and they can make the price "accomplish-able". I asked Chris to reconfirm on a second call, as I would be driving from 2 hours away. After that I called again to be answered by a sales manager who repeated those words. Gladly I asked my friend to accompany me to go make the purchase of the vehicle. After 2 hours of drive upon reaching there, we were told Chris won't be available and another sales rep will help us. Other person took all the information before showing the vehicle even for the trade, wasted another 30 min, then brought in a car of lower trim saying " This shall save you some money". Upon requesting the higher trim for which I was there I was told that it is on the way and not available in the dealership. Upon asking for Chris I was told he is in a meeting and not available.... A dealership where meeting are more important than sales. Anyways I asked for a manager so i can provide my feedback... instead of a Sales manager I was introduced to a finance manager... and frankly after hearing about how i was blatantly lied to ... without any remorse he just said that the car is on the way and Chris is not available. Well may be Chris is not a real person and a fake name they use ...just to get customers into the door and try to sell them their inventory. Dear Consumers I would not trust this dealership with purchase and specially servicing of my vehicle. If they can lie about the sale, they can easily lie about a service completed.... you be the judge of it.It would have been a good practice if they would have told me about the real inventory and be respectful towards my time. Rest my fellow Car Enthusiasts I leave to your fine judgement if you still want to choose this dealership for any service...and Yes I am a fair consumer just like you , not a competition dealership. I went there after seeing 4.6 rating but now I am sure most of them would be fake... look up the other 1 star ratings... they even did a great job of ripping off a Veteran, Also check their Yelp reviews by the customers...Shame on you guys...

We have bought two vehicles from here in the past year! My husbands truck 7 months ago and my Jeep Compass last night! We have been so pleased with this dealership and the people who work here! Last night we had the honor of working one on one with Janet and she made sure everything was done right for us! Payments were a little higher than we wanted but they included gap and warranty so in the end it was more than worth it. We are so thankful for their help! Douglas Taylor was a great person to work with from start to finish. We initially spoke to him over the phone and he was very knowledgeable from the start. He continued to communicate with us while we were heading to the dealership and made sure to have someone available for us if he was not available when we arrived. Lots of confusion by the staff here today. I came here with an appointment to get my battery replaced and tires rotated. When i went to pay my bill, i was charged for an oil change and tire rotation. They changed my oil, which i didnt ask for and did not replace my battery. So, i waited longer to get my battery installed. They did my oil change at no cost since it was their fault. I picked up my vehicle and they hadnt reset my clock or radio code. The service writer reset my radio, and i ended up resetting my clock. They also had my oil change sticker incorrectly set at 146,000 miles....my vehicle has 114,000 miles on it. My service writer was very cordial and nice about the mistakes.

Great customer service. I called in and let them know what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in the door, the car was ready for a test drive and the experience was seamless. Shout out to Ozzie and the rest of the Burleson Honda team.

Best car buying experience ever, I have been shopping for a new car in this crazy market. Peter was awesome and being new to Honda, I continue to be reminded we made a great choice with our big investment. We were there for maintenance and to fix our flat tire. The wait time was a little over 2 hours but due to the comfortable waiting room for kids, it was as painless as these kinds of errands are. We will never go anywhere else. My 4 year old had books to read, Nickelodeon on the tv, and toys. They also had a pretzel trailer out there to get a tasty treat. I highly recommend this dealership. I got my ‘23 Civic Sport here without any hassle at all. Zachary Montes couldn’t have helped me any better. The process was so straightforward: we agreed on the purchase price over the phone and that was it! No going back and forth to agree on the “monthly payments”. I probably only spent 15 minutes with him. If I get another Honda, I will be back here with Zach in no time. I couldn’t recommend him more. Zach is your man!
