We had to wait to be seated, they called pretty fast considering that it was Saturday evening (about 20 minutes). We got our table, Mom and Son date :-) my food was really good but my son's udon noodles bowl was very small portioned for a regular/medium bowl. He got mostly meats and few veggies but not enough noodles. Our drinks took a long time to come... And when I asked for the rewards program, I got a receipt that it wasn't suitable for sign in... Do maybe any other day their service is better. I like the healthy options to add into my meal but there is room for service improvement.

Genghis Grill is one of the best stir fry restaurants in Arlington. Their service is quick and easy and Ive never had problems with staff or cooking time. The restaurant itself is incredibly clean and put together. They have a large variety of delicious options. Although I get disappointed from restaurants time to time, Genghis Grill has never made anything less than great. I mostly get the “Create your own” and it always comes out fully cooked, hot, and amazing Most of the time, even a medium can be used for leftovers the next day. Making their meals filling and satisfying. Their dessert options are always a a nice sweet treat to share with friends!

Everything was amazing. I got the medium mongolian bowl. I chose everything in my bowl to be cooked including seasonings & sauces & it was Amazing. The oreo dessert is very small so I got4. It was very good. The device wait staff use to take payments at the table is very convenient.

I visited with my children, who were visiting for a first time. Apparently they’ve launched full self serve. Terrible idea. Some people go out to dine for the experience and human interaction. This isn’t like going to the grocery store. Dining out is not a necessity. Effectively now you ring up your own order, go to the line to make your bowl then check out at your table, the machine even ask to tender your own total. Listen. The menu prices continue to elevate just like everything else only now I work here but am paying to eat. My food was amazing, John prepared it, he was personable and interacted with my son and asked if he was sure he was happy with his selections before he started cooking and asked about food allergies. Lisa was the bar attendant, she greeted us with a smile and explained the process to the children even told us some personal preferences. The manager Christian was thorough and attentive, even refilled drinks without my having to beckon, all while servicing customers at the bar and checking in with other guests. Customer service really makes the difference but we lose that if servers and bartenders go bye bye. We obviously need servers or I wouldn’t have to ring my food. Reconsider. Sincerely -disgruntled employee

We had the most amazing service wth Curtis!!!! It was husband's first time and my second but we will definitely be back!!! The food was flavorful, cooked to perfection!! This also goes with our eating plan, so we didn't have to cut corners and stayed within our caloric boundaries!! We love it!!!! Not crowded after church, nice clean tables, no flies or trash on tables!!! Curtis was working is butt off, and we love him!!!!! Thank you sir!!💫💫💫💫💫

Anastasia waited on us for our date night today, and she was great!!! Super kind and polite! She consistently checked up on us and had a great customer service attitude! 10/10 would come again. By far best service we’ve gotten here

Half of the noodles were undercooked, there was only one piece of broccoli when I had ordered extra, and the chicken tasted bad as it also looked like super low quality chicken. After such a litany of errors and off flavors from my last order, I don't think I'll ever get delivery again; I feel ashamed that the photo I took of it even vaguely looks passable. I used to order delivery from here all the time and it was always immaculate, so now I don't know what happened that caused my most recent order to be absolutely terrible.

Me and familia were looking for a restaurant. A different restaurant with a different dishes and options to be up to everyone liking. We all finally decided to try this one. Freshness from the first bite. Thats the first impression. More dishes came out and we all were impressed with the falvors and how it taste when the cook knows what and how much spices to add. Stopped by for lunch, Justin was a great server! My bowl came out awesome. The price was worth it! But ultimately it was Justin who made the experience one that was memorable! He remembered my name, was attentive and went beyond my expectation. I’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend anyone for a good meal!

Food was super delicious! The stacking of the food was similar to Tetris lol it was very cool. Definitely would recommend trying!

Terrible service. Staff stood around chatting while we stood at hostess stand. No interest in greeting and serving customers. Finally seated, and again no service. So we left. Plenty of staff standing around (about 6), few tables (5-6). Been coming here since they opened and it has continuously gone downhill. Food is probably still good - but the staff service and no apparent manager anywhere made this the last time we will go to this location.

My family and I love making are own bowls at Genghis, ingredients are super fresh and there is always a variety of meats and vegetables. We all got the medium size built your own bowls, love to add it pineapple. I just wish the restrooms would be a bit more clean

I really enjoyed my Chef Bowl Bangkok! Had it Friday night 🌙 and Saturday for lunch 😋. Added fried rice 🍚 to the order for Saturday for that extra YUMMY!!

This rating is solely based on today's visit..05/11/23.. I ordered the BLTCH My food was horrible, didn't look anything like the picture. The minute I opened it, I could smell the scorched food, immediately gagged! There is no was this should have gotten boxed to be served 😕 It was my work break so I couldn't even take it back.. my points and birthday lunch ruined

Me and my friend were looking for a spot to eat , We had never been here before so we thought we’d give it a try. Our server was named Paige. Absolutely the best service I’ve had in many years. Very attentive and always kept our drinks full. Gave us great recommendations. Had a positive attitude the whole time. I will definitely be coming back to see her. Way to go Paige

Visited this location today to have a drink and relax after a long day of work and it was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time going out. The bartender Abigail was so cute and hilarious and made my Long Island to PERFECTION! The manager Patricia was so sweet and kind, she checked up on me and made sure everything was to my liking and made some good conversation. Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis and recommending to my friends!

Justin was amazing bartender! Stopped by for a quick lunch and to my surprise I had points to redeem and 20% off!! I love deals so that definitely made my day! The staff made sure everything was clean and Justin was very attentive during my visit! I will definitely be back!

I came to eat here and the staff was very nice! Abby was very attentive. She warmed up some sweet tea for me because I was cold and I thought that was very sweet of her to do. My food was delicious. The wok chefs were very courteous to keep our food away from the other food since we are vegan. It did not appear to be a problem at all and I just love the “Can Do Will Do” attitude from them. Thank you so much for being good to us this afternoon!

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. My first time here with my friend to celebrate her 30 year wedding anniversary. The service is top notch and professional. Our waiter Christian was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He really made us feel welcome from our sittings to food order. I will surely be back 💖

This was our first time at this location and from the start we was greeted by Summer who sat us down and made sure our table was cleaned and told us to wait on our server. She was not our server but everytime she passed by she was very attentive and asked us did we need anything and was very helpful. I wish she was my server because she did an excellent job.

Only reason for 4 is because I still can’t get the flavor down that I want since the sauces and seasonings have changed. However, our server Justin was great! Made sure to note my son’s food allergies and checked in on us several times during our visit! Much better service than I have had at this location in the past!

We went for the first time ever tonight and had the best experience! Our server Justin was the most friendly and helpful young man. He walked us through all of the options and even gave us his attention while we maneuvered our way through the line. Grill Master John was also super polite and did a phenomenal job preparing our dinner. Thank you Justin and John! We’ll be back for sure!

Was met with great service before we could even open the front door, after greeting us in they sat us down and took our drink order and sent us in our way through the line. Everything looked fresh and only 1 thing was out of stock and they had it filled before we finished making our bowls so we didn’t have to go without. By the time we got back to our table all our drinks were already there. All the food came out cooked perfect and just had the best experience today. 6/5 definitely coming back here!!

My first visit to a Genghis Grill. Must say I was impressed by the different way Mongolian is done. Nice selection of meats, veggies and seasonings.. Employee cooking went out of his way to ask if my meal was good. Even the bartender employee was quite helpful. Employees such as these deserve recognition. The meal itself was awesome. Definitely put on my weekly going out to eat rotation dining place.
