    Brook Longo (not sure about the spelling) whom I assume is a manager was quite patronizing and egocentric. This location (as I'm guessing others) will not allow customer's to try on items prior to purchase. This would force you to buy things and then have to expose yourself to further risk during the pandemic to return to the store, in order to return the items that didn't fit or you didn't like. Also, if you use your debit card for the purchase, it can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for your refund to reflect the return. Given that everyone is feeling the financial pinch of this year, perhaps this may not be the best practice. Thank you for reminding me why I won't need to shop at Kohls again.

    I had a most pleasant experience at Sephora with thee beauty advisors Munza and Risha. They were pleasant and friendly. They both led me to great quality products and assured me of the longevity of the products that they personally used. They also went out of their way to explain the rewards points. I can not say enough of what a pleasant and informative experience I had. Thank you for hiring such quality associates.

    Frustrating Customer Service Experience at Kohl's, Carrollton TX. I recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter with the customer service staff at Kohl's during a checkout and return/exchange process. The overall experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied, prompting me to share this negative review. Firstly, the checkout area I was standing in line and one of the staff is free and she refused to check out me and she said “ they will get you once they done and she say and playing on her phone. I guess that lady staff exhibited a complete lack of attentiveness and friendliness. When I approached the register, they barely acknowledged my presence and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. Their lack of enthusiasm and apathetic attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by shopping at Kohl's. The lady’ made no effort to understand my concerns or provide any meaningful solutions. Instead, they appeared impatient and unwilling to assist, displaying a complete disregard for customer Furthermore, the return/ exchange person- he’s way to slow do the process of person he was attending. His inability to navigate the system effectively only added to the frustration and wasted my valuable time. So I couldn’t exchange my product. Very frustrating. I was running out of time to reach for an appointment. To make matters worse, when I attempted to return or exchange an item, the designated staff member exhibited a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. satisfaction. Overall, my experience with the checkout and return/exchange staff at Kohl's was disheartening. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inadequate training displayed by the employees I encountered left me deeply dissatisfied. I had expected a much higher standard of service from a reputed retailer like Kohl's, and I am now hesitant to return as a customer. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to ensure a more positive and customer-centric experience for all shoppers.

    Anicqua was very helpful and friendly. She made sure I was using all discounts available to me. I don’t usually shop at Kohl’s so wasn’t familiar with coupons. I really appreciated her. We need more dedicated employees like Anicqua!

    I like Sephora and I like kohls but I’m not a happy camper. Bought an item from sephora kohls 20 days ago as a Xmas gift. it’s the wrong size I need to exchange, they don’t have the smaller version, I ask to return it. I don’t have my receipt but I’ve got my insider number, brought the debit card I bought it with, have the exact time and date purchased proof on my bank account. Sephora couldn’t find my transaction and kohl customer service told me my card doesn’t pull up, there’s nothing they can do with out the receipt, it’s their policy. they give me a customer service number that’s only for online purchases…?? After 15 mins I’m told they can’t help me either. I don’t know guys. You really can’t find the stock item and check when you last sold it? Just pull it together for the consumers sake.

    I’ve had good experiences at this store but today’s visit was exceptional! An associate, Amanda, was FABULOUS! She helped me twice using the App when the store didn’t have item. I even had a Mgr try on a jacket for me so I could judge the size for a gift. I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name but she was 5’1”, had really short spiky hair….loved them both! How refreshing to have such great service, especially when I’ve witnessed customers being disrespectful to these hard working employees! Thank you, Amanda, and the awesome manager!

    Wonderful store. I'm a regular here. Manager is great! Staff are friendly, especially Samuel. He was my checkout cashier and he made my experience worthwhile. He was very friendly, kind, and helpful. I truly appreciate him. The store looks very nice now and they have everything!

    Cool store with good collection and decent prices. They have toys, jewelry, home goods, etc. They have Amazon returns at this store. Large parking space. Nice and helping staff.

    The older Caucasian lady doing the Amazon returns this afternoon was rude! Not sure if it’s because of my nationality but she seemed bothered to take my returns.

    Very sad the ladies clothing options are terrible. Looks like they are having supply issues on top of what they do have is only suitable to work in the yard. Lots of empty shelves and they lost the cosmetics line. Price of shirt rang up 5.00 more than label and clerk said they had price increase on LC line but she manually override it. I hope they can get their act together and stock styles people want to wear. It is a convenient location.

    Pretty alright no real selection though, especially in the pants section. Other than that it's both clean but empty. The cashier Mai was absolutely fantastic and helped me set up a khol's charge card. I still ended up buying towels and some t shirts instead of suit pants so they did have some items in some sections. I like their cactus motif in the front of the store.

    Store is a mess and items are mismarked. The cashiers will chat with customers and start shopping for the customers at the register while there is a line building up. There needs to have self checkout added or manager truly needs to manage moving the checkout process. This is why folks are moving to services like Amazon instead of buying in store.

    I wanted to use my kohl's card. I paid the balance off a month ago and tried to use it in the store today and they said it was closed. I never authorized them to close my account.

    For an old style department store Kohl's always has fashionable items and a good supply of sizes. I'm not an easy person to fit and I tend to not go for the new trendy styles. Kohl's help me update my wardrobe and keeps it affordable.

    This one’s in Hebron road and is a decently sized store. Although this one doesn’t house Sephora within the store. I loved the collection in the men’s section, as they had ample options from the brands I like, viz. Nike, Under Armor and Adidas.

    In the post-pandemic Amazon-crushed apocalyptic brick & mortar retail desert, Kohl's seems to be a department store oasis in my suburbtopia. I am certainly a "male-pattern" shopper -- in and out fast. Decent selection, well-stocked, decent quality. I understand Kohl's Cash is intended to get one back in the store soon to buy more stuff, but it still is a good thing. Being an Amazon physical return location is really clever and gets foot traffinto the store. Winning.

    Had an absolutely great experience at this kohl's location today!! I never have a problem when shopping here which is honestly the best part. Cashier's are always friendly and discounts and coupons are always welcome and applied! Great location!

    Hard to find staff, they forget to scan your app discount so pay attention! Manager is young and unimpressive when given feedback about the store. All in all, I go to return Amazon stuff as it is nearby, but the Frisco location on Preston is light years better service wise.

    Love this location. I’ve purchased several things here. Great layout and easy to get to whatever section you need. I’ve also been able to successfully use a digital kohls gift card here which is a plus.

    This place has turned mostly into a clothing store that also sells jewelry, a few home goods, and a tiny selection of toys. I went there for Levis jeans which were in bins on a wall. That's normal, but there was no signage showing an intention of having them organized by sizes. And they were NOT organized. 30 minutes of digging through and even re-folding their jeans to see the sizes. I know customers mess things like this up, but come on, that's just part of retail. Someone who works there should be re-organizing them often. Also at this point in time it seems like COVID is more of an excuse than a reason to have the dressing room closed. Personally, I don't care for the Kohl's cash scheme. I'm sure some people fall for it, but you're not fooling me. Just lower your prices across the board and you yourselves won't have to administer a program like that. Customers will know if your prices are better than your competitors' or not, and might appreciate that they don't have to remember when something expires or if there are any exclusions and things like that. I do like the selection of clothes they carry
