Pros:
-Nurse
Allie
is
sweet
and
empathetic!
Cons:
-Incorrect
billing
-Bad
service
I
went
in
as
I
was
referred
by
my
PCP
to
this
office
for
further
treatment
for
a
stress
rash.
I
waited
over
30
minutes
after
my
appointment
time
during
the
first
visit
to
only
see
PA
Abigail
Jordan
for
10
minutes,
to
be
told
to
switch
allergy
OTC
medication,
and
be
billed
in
full
when
I
should
have
only
paid
10%
of
the
total
bill.
I
call
after
2
weeks
of
trying
the
new
medication
since
it
has
only
gotten
worse
and
ask
the
staff
if
this
is
something
I
need
to
go
in
for
or
if
the
PA
is
just
going
to
tell
me
to
switch
medication
or
continue
taking
it,
because
I
wanted
to
avoid
the
30
minute
drive
to
this
office
that
I
had
already
had
a
bad
experience
with.
Nonetheless,
I
go
in
to
be
seen
by
PA
Abigail
for
just
5
minutes
and
be
told
to
just
keep
taking
Zyrtec
after
it
has
been
established
that
this
regimen
hasn't
been
working
over
the
past
9
weeks.
Obviously,
I
was
frustrated
as
I
keep
getting
no
remedy
and
Abigail
had
no
empathy
for
me,
which
is
concerning
for
someone
who
works
in
healthcare.
Nurse
Allie
on
the
other
hand
was
there
to
calm
me
down
and
assure
me
that
everything
would
be
okay.
At
the
time
of
billing,
I
was
being
charged
in
full
again
and
had
to
explain
that
the
billing
was
incorrect
and
that
a
claim
had
already
been
filed
since
they
had
incorrectly
billed
me
previously.
To
conclude,
I
definitely
left
with
a
negative
experience
from
their
establishment
that
seems
to
be
all
about
"business"
and
not
keeping
their
patients
or
clients
satisfied
due
to
their
inadequate
services.
Nurse
Allie,
you
are
truly
a
gem
and
I
hope
your
empathy
towards
patients
is
something
that
this
office
sees
and
cares
to
implement
in
all
their
interactions.
If
I
could
give
this
establishment
a
0,
I
would.
Instead,
I
give
you
a
1.
