One
never
knows
where
the
road
may
take
them
when
they
stray
from
the
beaten
path
and
venture
into
the
unknown,
but
at
the
end
of
those
unknown
roads
sometimes
lies
treasure.
Such
is
the
case
with
Schwartz'
Point.
If
you're
a
lover
of
the
eclectic
and
intimate
settings
of
jazz
clubs
of
yesteryear
or
in
the
Bohemian
style,
as
hushed
places
where
the
music
is
the
focus
and
you
have
a
good
chance
of
making
some
friends
before
the
evening
is
over,
than
look
no
further.
Featuring
a
rotating
calendar
of
guest
artists
and
groups
sure
to
please
any
palette
Schwartz's
Point
is
a
gem
of
a
jazz
club.
The
drinks
list
is
extensive
and
includes
the
standard
range
of
in
house
specialty
cocktails,
wine,
beer
as
well
as
their
own
house
made
cordials
for
Italian
Sodas
and
of
course
a
limited
selection
of
"on-demand"
of
off
menu
drinks.
Be
advised
though,
that
there
is
no
food
served
so
better
to
dine
out
first
and
then
make
this
your
port
of
call
thereafter.
To
that
end
and
due
to
the
small
nature
of
the
club,
reservations
are
highly
encouraged.
This
can
be
done
either
via
their
website
OR
sending
a
text
message.
That
isn't
to
say
that
you
can't
just
walk
in,
but
depending
on
the
night
and
the
performance
you
may
have
a
harder
time
of
getting
seated,
so
in
my
opinion
taking
the
few
extra
moments
to
call
ahead
or
book
a
reservation
can
make
a
world
of
difference.
The
staff
are
a
joy
and
truly
care
about
your
experience
and
will
do
everything
they
can
to
make
sure
you
have
the
best
visit
possible.
In
an
age
of
cookie
cutter
experiences
and
bars,
to
be
able
to
step
back
to
a
time
when
you're
not
only
appreciated
as
a
customer,
but
treated
like
family
and
made
to
feel
welcome.
I
can't
recommend
Schwartz'
Point
highly
enough,
it
truly
is
a
gem
of
a
jazz
club
and
a
must
visit
for
anyone
who
craves
those
jazz
clubs
of
old
where
the
lights
were
dim,
people
were
huddled
over
their
tables
hanging
on
every
note
and
lost
in
the
pull
of
the
music.
