A very good fresh burger. Recommended

Tastiest fast food burgers of them all, but so busy all the time, often no place to sit, makes me think to go other places sometime.

I saw excellent service, delicious fries, a very soft burger with light cheese, very sweet drinks, please be careful.And I really like your logo. I can't wait to buy you a pair of these socks.

This In-N-Out burger in Redwood City is one of my favorite In-N-Out burgers in San Francisco Bay Area. It's super clean, not too crowded, and very fast. I absolutely recommend stopping by inside and enjoying your burger fresh outside of the car, or waiting to get home and have a cold burger. Staff is super friendly as well. Will definitely be back for some more animal style duble burger, with no cheese, my favorite order here.

This is a good In-N-Out restaurant but it is very popular which means that the waiting time can be long. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Still okay, the great burgers are worth waiting for.

Worst in n out I’ve been to! My animal fries didn’t come with grilled onions which was probably just an honest mistake since there were a lot of orders but I couldn’t even enjoy the burger I paid for. There was all this crunchy burnt stuff in my burger which resulted in me wasting food and money. If you want a better quality burger just go somewhere else hassle free!

This In n Out has a super long wait for the drive through (15+ minutes peak) but the staff work their tails off to make sure orders are taken in a friendly manner and efficiently. The food has always been too notch and affordable. I can't complain.

Just okay burger and fries. I'm not super fan of their burger. I also think McDonald has crispier fries. But once in a while, it's still good to eat

Look, you can't go wrong here. There may be burgers that are bigger, there are some that are better put together, there are some that might last longer, for instance it won't be cold when you get home, but there are no other burger joints that have this flavor profile. Make sure that you eat the fries immediately. They will not be good when you get home, but who cares? You're hungry. Sit down, take a minute, order it animal style. If you don't know what that means, then I can't help you. Open your mind and your horizons. These burgers are perfect in their simplicity in the same way a beautiful sentence can be succinct and concise.

Ordered two burgers, one without tomato, wasn't even a busy time (for in-n-out) and they still couldn't get it right. Pretty basic request. Really the ONLY request on the order. Disappointing from such a great chain most of the time.

I'm originally from Southern California so whenever I get anywhere there an In-N-Out Burger its the first place I go is In-N-Out Burger! This one did not disappoint me. I ate there five times in three days! Everyone was super nice and the food over the moon great. They were always busy but their super fast service you didn't have to wait long BUT everyone's order is cooked to order NEVER a pre made item one of the reasons that make them a perfect place to eat. They make fresh cut Fry's they cut them every few minutes can't get fresher then that. So next time I'm anywhere close enough to drive there you bet I'll be there with bells on.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Olga helped me at the counter. She has the patience of Job when it comes to cantankerous customers- really impressed with her ability to calmly handle a situation with a rude man. Hello management- give her a raise and a promotion. 😀

The cheeseburger had barely any meat whatsover in it. The burger patty was so thin that everyrhing I could taste was the massive onions and the other veggies. French fries are pretty dry, nothing too special. If you want to taste the meat, order the double-duble burger. Waiting times can ve pretty long if you are eating in.

We were in and out in 20ish minutes. Busy time, busy place. The animal fries were perfect and that is the measure of any In-n-Out. The double-double burger was balanced and very good too. The strawberry milkshake was thick and rich in flavor. Everything I asked for was delivered. Great job!

This is a must when visiting the West Coast. It's got a cool California vibe w/ friendly service & great food. The Double Double Burger & French Fries are delicious. Everything is made fresh & is well prepared. The prices are very affordable. This is the 1st place we eat after we arrive.

A California classic fast food joint. This place has a cult following and it is loved by many people. I wish they would add a few more things to their menu like bacon? Also the coke machine that makes custom sodas would be cool!

All time favorite fast casual burger. I had the chance to visit this spot not that long ago, and it brought me to burger heaven. I'm not sure how they do it, but consistently In-N-Out gives the the best burger for my buck. I love everything they serve - fresh fries, ice-cold sodas, creamy milkshakes. Double-double animal style is just the tip of the secret menu. If you don't know, just ask around. And if your heart is up for it, try the 4x4 or (if you want to set a world record) the 18 wheeler. Believe me, just one burger could be -- but isn't -- enough Yes, there will always be a line. It moves fast, but it's worth the wait. If you're in the car, just roll the windows down and enjoy the vibe. Everyone leaves happy!

I got a strawberry shake and a gift card on my visit. The lady that took my order was very nice and courteous. It was very busy that night with a lot of dine-in customers. But she made the best of it. Shake was very tasty and had a strong strawberry flavor. Will return to this In-N-Out Burger in Redwood City, California. Cheers!

Good burger; exactly what you expect at InO. Very consistent. Location was clean and service friendly. Fries were cold though and a bit soggy. Was there around 5pm on a Thur; little crowd but service was still slower than expected.

You'd think that every experience at In N Out would be great, but this time it was the exception to that. Wife's milkshake cup wasn't filled completely along with her sister's as well. The fries were not that crispy this time around - probably should order them "well done" next time. The soda machine area wasn't clean and had some garbage on the counter. To give the benefit of the doubt, the time was 1145pm on a Saturday night, so I could understand that the workers may be tired. The burger was good, so I'm happy about that.

This is one of the best store I've ever been to. Been eating I&O since the 80's. Courteous staff, great management. The service I received at the pick-up window, was excellent. Sophia, double checked my order, and delivered it with a smile. I could see it in her eyes, and mask flex that she enjoys working there. Great job.

Bay Area In n Outs are usually pretty darn good. Not this 1. Given them several chances. Last time I go there. Meat overcooked. Bread hard. Hardly any sauce or veg. Fries overdone and stale. Too bad I took it to go, I would have asked for refund.

Well I'm sure everyone knows that in-and-out Burger is fantastic but I will rate it anyway. It is definitely the best fast food Burger you can get since they make everything from scratch even the Burger patties. Also, don't forget they have a secret menu for extra yummy stuff

My favorite fast food burger, always consistent. This is my favorite secret burger - Double (patty), Single (cheese), Grilled Onions. yum! and try the Animal fries which comes with special sauce and grilled onions.

Order today by drive. Fast service but very very disappointed with the fries . It was my first time at in and out . The burger are good. But the fries were white . Taste like cardboard... Come on fry the fries please!
