My wife delivered our son here last week. We overall had a great experience. The nurses were friendly and attentive. Well staffed and clean. Dr Vo delivered and was in control and directed staff well. This is our third child so we were focused on making sure everyone was healthy and getting home soon. The staff was helpful and helped to get us ready and cleared just over a day after delivery. We could have stayed another night (highly recommend that for first time parents) but we were happy to get home. Only things I would point out are: 1) they did not offer circumcision at the hospital which means the circumcision won’t end up happening until 10 days after birth and 2) some staff had very strong accents which with masks on made for difficult communication at times, but everyone was patient and worked to make things clear. Other than those two things, we had a great experience, and would recommend it to anyone if this hospital is on your insurance plan. The maternity center was clean and quiet and we felt perfectly comfortable. The post partum room we were placed in had two full beds which made for a very comfortable recovery for mom and dad. Also, parking was plentiful, free, and convenient.

One of the worst emergency rooms. The service attitude of the medical staff is terrible. It's like I owe him a lot of money. If you can't work in the medical field, don't do it. It's extremely bad. I advise everyone not to come here. I would rather go to a place farther away that is not far away.

Horrible experience checked my mom in before 6 o'clock in the afternoon and she did not get seen by the doctor until a little past 1in the morning. When I would go ask they just keep saying they were backed up and it was a 4 to 5 hour wait we were there much much longer than that. People who had arrived after were getting seeing before her when I would go ask they kept saying there is one patient ahead of her and that the patients that were being taken in were not being seen by the doctor. Once we were taken in the doctor was in with her for about 3 minutes. I've been to many hospitals and this by far is the worst hospital experience we will never come back the staff seemed bothered that they had to do there job I understand it was extremely busy but professionalism goes a long way avoid this place if you can.

This is the best medical facility I've ever been in. I recently had my third child born in this hospital, and my wife and I both agree that the quality of knowledge and patient care was unmatched anywhere. I also needed emergency spinal fusion about five weeks after my third child was born, and the staff there took care of me like we were a family. The Physical Therapy Team in this hospital is the absolute best. I've never seen so many people that were so happy to be there, helping others to recover, no matter how foul the patient can be. You know, we don't always want to get out of that hospital bed to do a bunch of exercises following a major surgery, but those therapists were so loving and caring about what they were doing that you could feel it. You just couldn't refuse to try (And, they weren't even the ones that benefit from it). I refer everyone I know to this facility!!!

It is hard to rate this place. Spent a couple of nights here. The nurses were great and compassionate, but the doctors were ranging from okay to just not nice/competent at all. Well, maybe except the second ER doctor, he’s cool. Yup, five stars for the nurses, and the docs get the failing grades, except that a okay doc.

picking up a patient post surgery from here and was directed to call so they can be rolled out and one of their operators are rude on the phone for absolutely no reason! they ask for the name and immediately tell me they have no one by the name and then tried to dismiss me. and i had to respond quickly before it seemed like i was going to be hung up on, to quickly remind them that i was directed by their staff to call them after their surgery was done at 10 am (and im here at 10:10). then they asked for the name again and actually took the time to search it up since i heard keyboard buttons clicking over the phone and they say “oh just finished” and hung up, with no follow up information, it’s been 10 minutes and i don’t know what to do. why is he even assigned this occupation? people are struggling with health issues and he’s the person you have to talk to post-op. 2 stars for the rest of the staff that did a good job during drop off. THAT guy was acting like my phone call was unwarranted. Update: waited 20 more min, and called again to be informed by a friendly female operator that it’s 2-3 hour recovery after they’re done with surgery. So I would’ve waited 2-3 more hours outside with no clue based off his answer. update on update: they sent out a faulty prescription that delayed the order from being ready at my local pharmacy and now waiting on doctors response. while post op patient is in immense pain. yeah don’t go here. please. and if you do, please make sure to advocate for yourself, because they simply do not care.

Hurt my wrist, walked in for an x-ray. Though the lobby had only 7-8 ppl waiting when I arrived, inside the hospital was busy, rooms were all full, it took me 3 hours to walk out. Just a little than I expected. That being said, people that worked there was patience and nice. Props to caregiver Janet for being friendly & caring. Great staff overall, just a little long on the wait time. Would be very happy to come back here if needed.

Four years ago my co-worker took her husband for an appendix and waited for hours until finally both had to leave! - the nurses said they were responsible if they left but what choice did they have after 8 hours and no doctor to see them at all? - horrible process for Latinos and that area is not monitored for many cases. Most of the people have nowhere else to go. My friend's husband finally went to Huntington Memorial hospital after his appendix burst on the way. It was weeks before he got better because of this hospital's incompetence for something as common as this. The rating should be less than 1 star!!
