Not sure why it took so long to bring house visits back but I'm glad it's happening. I've used Dispatch 2 or 3 times since they became available in the LA area and been very pleased with their service.

DispatchHealth is a God sent, I am the care giver of an 86y.o. with memory loss. To get her to an urgent care facility is extremely difficult. Amy and Shondra came to the house, diagnosed her problem and gave her a first dose of antibiotics. I have told my friends how wonderful this service is.

What an amazing experience, I was battling with a health issue and was trying to deal with it on my own. I ended up waiting in an ER for over 2 hours before leaving because I wasn't even initially triaged, in desperation I reached out to my health plan nurse hotline and was told about this amazing service. The NP and tech showed up actually early and started treating me, both of them were professional, efficient and compassionate. I wish I would have known about Dispatch Health before struggling to be seen by my doctor and to have labs done. I highly recommend Dispatch Health for anyone seeking urgent care services, these services are done in the comfort of your own home quickly, professionally and efficiently.

Excellent. I've used them twice and I'm very pleased and grateful that they came out to our home. They did a thorough examination and asked numerous questions. They not only diagnosed me but also prescribed medications. They were knowledgeable, personable and caring. They took the time to explain what I had and the medications they prescribed. "Kitty" remembered me from last time and wanted to make sure that I had been following her medical advice from the previous time. It showed me just how much she cared. Through my health care insurance, the co-pay is the exact same as driving to urgent care and I was seen faster both times.
