Today my experience at this location was terrible. After checking in at 7:00AM and waiting patiently for one hour, I asked the receptionist where my name was on the list. She said we are not accepting walk-ins today. I went on to say how would I have known that if the KIOSK says to "take a seat and wait to be called". I asked if she would put me on the wait list since I had already been waiting she replied "no", you need to make an appointment (with a attitude). I asked to speak to a manager and apparently there is not manager on-site. UNBELIEVEABLE. This is my neighborhood location and have been coming here for years. I will not be coming back!!! The level of custom service I received today, no empathy what so ever. Not a I'm sorry, we apologize....a little humanity goes a long way.

I don't like the fact that there is no one to greet clients when they enter. There is only a sign-in kiosk. What if you are not knowledgeable on how to use the touch screen? What if a person can't read? There should be someone at the front desk.

Worst experience ever. Had my appointment at 1:10 got out till 1:42 bad service. The phlebotomist literally just left me alone in the room after calling me in 15 minutes later!!! So unprofessional. Another plebomotist skipped me and took on another patient.

By googling Quest and making appointments has made blood work quick and easy! And most every question I have easily answered!😊♥️

I made an appointment signed up online with a patient portal ahead of time which is really convenient. I had 6 blood labs and arrived did quick sign in sat down and was called in right away. Carlos the tech was super nice and understood I'm a big baby about needles lol... I didn't feel a thing! 1st try found a vein it was painless I couldn't believe it! He is excellent! Offices were clean and up to date. I will use them if I have future labs! 👍🏻A+! *This is the Downey St location 😊

My daughter went to the Long Beach office for bloodwork and did not have a good experience. Front staff are non existent and it took her a long time to have someone help in providing a note for school. She said the person (black long ponytail, rainbow mask) that took her blood was rude. My daughter is 17 and doesn't know the ins and outs of bloodwork so she may not know what you're referencing regarding to the blood work order. Take the time to briefly explain and don't be condescending. Some adults have anxiety about having blood drawn, imagine a teen.

Appointment was set for 9:45 and when I showed up 15 minutes early there was over 20-25 people waiting when I talked to the receptionist she advised me that they were behind on appointments and that she didn’t know when they will catch up. If appointments are made then they should kept a lot of people like me work and have lives and that’s why we set up appointments. I’m not trying to be a Karen but I just don’t understand how someone can be rude when just asking how long it will take. People work I had to ask!

Incredibly efficient service from this place for blood work just come in on time or 15mins prior to check in on the spot or check in with your phone. I made my appointment for 9:30 and was out by 9:32. Had one pinch and two blood samples. Highly recommend this place.

It is better than it used to be. It been years. No one manned the front desk but it was a kiosk to sign in with your driver's license. I made it in an appointment which is the best way to do it and I was in and out 5 minutes from my appointed time.

Associates were very nice and positive attitudes. The lady who took my blood was excellent, caring, and great interpersonal skills set.
