This review is for the OB department. I transferred from the Center for fertility and have had a fair experience with my medical treatment thus far BUT the department started collecting hundreds of dollars last year for this year’s deductible. Not only that but no one would tell me about being charged hundreds of dollars prior to seeing my OB, wouldn’t even show up on my chart, zero notice. They demanded all of my deductible prior to rendering services although I reported I would not be delivering at Loma Linda. Then I come to find out that they refuse to refund me my money for the services they have not provided. I am officially in my 3rd trimester and stressing out on how I’m supposed to handle my leave and figure out how I’m supposed to pay My actual choice of hospital to deliver since Loma Linda refuses to refund my money. Loma Linda is stripping me of my pt rights and my ability to utilize my PPO insurance freely. I am stressed out and to let everyone know, they make you sign and Initial forms for “authorization of care” and “billing of insurance “ and provide no such documentation while you are signing or copies. This applies to the whole building thus far in my experience. Isn’t that illegal? Now I am forced to look for services elsewhere in order to hopefully be able to get my money back for me to deliver in my choice of hospital. I don’t know if this is discrimination, if this is normal for Loma Linda to do to pregnant women but it’s not right or ethical to withhold funds for services not rendered.

Inside was clean which was nice. The laboratory dept was very slow. Checked in before 7 was told labs needed to be drawn before 8 am had to come back they took so long. They also block your cell phone service which forces you to use their wifi which they restrict access to certain sites which is ridiculous and tyrannical had to come back another day because they took so long and couldn't get what I needed done. Also wasted an hour of my life not being able to continue my work from my phone due to their ridiculous wifi policy

Whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE for Gynecology or Urology. My mother had surgery and it wasn't until after that, the nightmare began. Her Gynecologist gave her the run around for a year and a half, meds after meds and basically disregarding her pain. When finally sent to the urologist in the same building, it got worse. The appointment dates were really far out which only prolonged her care. On top of that, many doctors were leaving so less doctors, less availability and slower care. So do yourself a favor and get referred elsewhere!! Plus, apparently they lose patient documents so that's another hurdle.

I’ve only had one bad experience here during the past 12 years I’ve been coming here. And it was with one particular doctor

I will not go to any other hospital for care this hospital actually cares about people

I went for a work related injury, under workers comp. Every visit was the same thing. They would send me the bill to my home address eventhogh they knew it was a workers comp claim. The last bill was sent to collections and affected my credit score. So unprofessional, I even called to clarify the issue. Gave them the the insurance company's phone number, which they had already in file. Don't go to this hospital.

I have been seeing Dr. Lobo for over 4yrs now. I have seen other specialists here and been to Lab many times. Never had a bad experience. All very professional and pleasant

One thing I do like is checking in. I'm greeted with smiling, friendly faces and no waiting!!!

NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE they make you wait an HOUR and more Got my eyes dilated they are so cheap they give you a sheet of tinted plastic, it rolls up so you can’t even use it for you’re eyes.Horrible place.

Dr. Jessica White and Krystal are the best. They make me feel heard and paid attention to, and I appreciate them so much. Thank you for all you do!

Many specialists in one building ..I had a pleasant visit with pulmonologistDr.Bakhsh. I seen the Radiologist at this place an she refuesed to provide me with protection barriers during my xrays I had asked for them a number of times an she said it wont take the long , she just finished whiping them an I guess did not feel like cleaning them again she was rude an rushed me to move faster .Place seems clean but is a zoo to many offices . cafeteria closed before 3pm.

Don't believe any of these naysayers here you have the best of the inland empire's doctors if you're lucky enough to get into this clinic...just a wonderful set of folks who really care about people... Do people like that really exist yes they do... Welcome to Loma Linda... even the birds are different over there.. I've noticed the birds look pretty happy in Loma Linda...in San Bernardino and the rest of the surrounding they don't look that happy to me..... I'll try to photograph some of their beaks

You know your in good santized hands when the nurse/doctor loves to leave coffee in the room. That's how you know they are wide awake.
