My experience with Urban Squeeze started out great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable at first until the turnover happened with Ana and Krista. They were a great fantastic and part of urban squeeze and once they left everything went down hill. The owner has no respect for the employees or the clients like myself that was there, once if not twice a week. I tried to cancel my membership and reached out multiple times by text and calling the med spa and her personal phone, I never got a response back directly from her. I would stay clear of this place if I was you. It was great at first but now it’s horrible. It’s been months since I’ve left this place and I’ve been hesitant to write this review but I realize that people should know what’s really going on at this place.

Astonished at the lack of professionalism. The women who work here seem friendly when you meet them, but you’ll quickly realize they’re fake. And good luck getting ahold of anyone on the phone. “Urban squeeze” is a dumb name, you’d think it was a juice bar or something. I don’t see this place lasting with the way they handle anything business related.

The Urban Squeeze is the best place I've been. The staff is so kind, very helpful and the whole space is very healing. I consistently get incredible massages and feel taken care of by the staff. I am so grateful for this place!!!! If you are looking to get a massage I can highly recommend Jay or Ketrah.

Highly recommended! The staff is knowledgeable, and inviting. The monthly subscriptions are a steal! I love the IV infusions “Brain Fog and Energy & Metabolism”, I feel great all week after I get one!! You also get extremely discounted Botox with your membership. I never thought Botox would make such a dramatic change in my facial wrinkles. Love this place, I always leave feeling great!🤩🤩

To say I’m obsessed is an understatement! The owner, Rachael, goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of! I️ have been coming twice a month for a pregnancy massage with Kettrah and she’s my life saver! Legit wouldn’t survive without her! They have a lot of incredible services and great deals to get you in the door! I️ promise you won’t want to leave. You can thank me later!

Ashley did such an amazing job! She was so welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and even talked with me about what products she was using and why she was using them. I will definitely be coming back!!

Rachel is the BEST facialist, injector, and just a great person overall. They have everything you could possibly want in a med spa. One of my favorite self care spots.

Jay is fantastic. Best massage I’ve had in a long, long time. All areas of concern were addressed and any time I needed pressure lessened or increased it was quickly adjusted. I had a lot of stress aches and knots built up and I really felt like they were completely gone when leaving. Absolutely recommend Jay and absolutely will be back.

My experience here was average. When I arrived no one was at the front desk so I sat there for a few minutes waiting for help. The facial felt more like a massage experience than skincare. This type of facial can be nice if you are looking for a relaxing experience but I was hoping to fight some blemishes and fix some issues. There only seemed to be 2 or 3 skincare steps before I received massage on my arms and face. During my facial the facialist left the room for a while... she said it was to get the product but I felt like that should’ve already been in the room and she seemed to be gone for longer than I would expect. When I was paying for the service another lady who was sitting up front with my facialist asked if I was tipping… I thought that was kind of rude because a) obviously I was going to tip, the option on the computer hadn’t come up yet and b) it wasn’t really her business since she wasn’t who I had even worked with. Again, this was an average experience and I’m not sure I’ll be back.

This place is great!!! I seen Dr. Hogan, he was amazing. I can move better and finally don't have a head ache after he worked on my neck!!! Now I can get back to doing what I do!!

Awesome place to spend a self care day! They have so many options available to help you feel good. From the facials to the massage, infrared sauna, chiropractic, and the IV lounge! Definately worth it!! I'm a lifer!!
