Great place, great customer service, great prices! The only gripe I had was that I felt my BBQ pizza didn't have enough sauce on it. It was still really good, and worth my 5 stars....but could use more sauce! Lol

My partner won a coupon to this place so we figured we would stop in! The beers were pretty good they offer a solid selection. There are a lot of beers that I wish were available that are only available during different seasons/times. The Chips and Salsa Beer is a decent choice and seems popular. I enjoyed an Apricot Wheat Beer from them. I wasn't expecting much when it came to the food but it was surprisingly delicious and well made! The cheeseburger they make was absolutely awesome as well as the fresh fries. My partner ordered the Burrata and we shared it. It was fancy and tasty. Small cozy place with a comfortable vibe. Will definitely be visiting again! Thanks Cogstone!

We did a flight of Coconut Brown, Oatmeal Stout (Nitro), Brut IPA and the Apricot Wheat. They were all decent but nothing great. The margherita pizza was good. Perfect beer food.

Good drinks and good pizza. Pizza toppings are really good and yummy with lots of options/combinations, but the crust was a bit dry. The pizza especially hits the spot when drinking, good cheese! Nice chill atmosphere but I wish there were more sour drinks.

The atmosphere inside is clean and updated with good music playing in the background. The tables and chairs are comfortable and of good quality. Our pizza was excellent! We like the one size pizza menu and the beer tasted good. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. We'll be back. Update - We were pleasantly surprised to see the expansion of the Cogstone Brewing Company on our last visit on 04/21/18. Looks like they've added 10 - 15 more tables and a small stage for live music! As usual, our food and service was top notch. Update - 09/21/18 - As usual, the pizza was delicious! However, on this visit, we were informed that if we wanted to drink water we had to serve ourselves. That's cool. Unfortunately, no one could keep the water pitcher full of water.

I've been to every brewery in the Springs and Cogstone is my favorite and the one I frequent the most, even though it's definitely not the closest to my house. I come back for the great beers, delicious pizza and relaxed atmosphere.

Kids loved the fries and pizzas. My burger was one of the better ones that I have had in awhile, and all of their beers were spot on.

First time customer. Great experience. Would go again. Pizza was pretty good. Beer was excellent. Wish porters and stouts were more year round with plenty of selection ..but most breweries consider them to be a winter only beer. The coconut ale was good. The wee heavy Scottish ale was fantastic. The pretzels we're disappointing in that they are not homemade and are cheap/frozen pretzels. The seating is all higher chairs/tables save for 2 booth/chair options or the bar. Very friendly staff and nice environment.

Each time we eat at cogstone, it has been amazing! They just added the burger to their menu which the husband loves! And it was my birthday today and they made it really special. Our children love the kids pizzas since they are served up on a Frisbee.

Had a really good experience here. Their award winning Cream Ale was on tap along with their pumpkin seasonal. The brew master was there and spoke to me a bit about their seasonal beers. Good atmosphere and great beer

Best BURGER in town. Their meat is amazing and simply topped with choice of cheese, pickled onions and arugula. Simply perfect!

Most places have 1 or 2 exceptional beers, 10 mid-tier, and a handful of trash. Not here - there's not a damn beer that isn't top tier, period. And great Neopolitan pizza! Hands down best beer in COS, or CO for that matter... and that's saying A LOT!

Great brewery with fun beer options and delicious eats! With 12+ options on tap and a simple (very reasonably priced) one page menu this is a great spot to have a beer or two and some great food. Atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The food we had was super tasty and they had some great shareable options which is always nice in a brewery setting. Having the chance to sample drinks before you try is always appreciated! We came by twice in 3 days and it was a great experience both times! Definitely a fun spot to check out if you’re interested the area! The burrata is a must have!

This place is a gem. The simple decor hides a real find! Every beer we sampled and purchased was of the highest quality. So much flavor without the heavy particulate laden after shock. We spent some time chatting with the owner and it was clear that he takes quality seriously! Do yourself a favor and go enjoy the coconut brown, the chips and salsa(it’s a beer that lives up to the name) or the white ipa! We had the Hawaiian pizza as well and it was excellent. Prices are good as well and the staff is very friendly!

Tasty brews, a good assortment of food options, and friendly service. Can't ask for much more from the neighborhood taproom.

Excellent selection of beers in a true neighborhood bar setting. Our server was attentive and my burger was tasty.
