Best coffee in town! I love their coffee and especially love the people. They are all so wonderful and always happy. Dallan and Jonah are great, along with everyone else. They even remember our orders and have it ready super quick! I probably come here 4 to 5 times a week and couldn't be happier. I'm a Dutchman for life!

If you are passing through Colorado Springs and you are in desperate need for coffee or a smoothie, Dutch Bros is the place to go! Just walk up and order or go wheel your way over to the drive thru! Very impressed with the staff.They are very quick with their work and can get it done in a matter of minutes.

Don't get much coffee out, but their Cocomo drink is delicious. I've found sometimes it doesn't taste like coconut at all, sometimes it is very light, and other times it is perfect. I wish it would always taste the same, but I'll keep coming back to get more once in a while.

What a friendly, efficient, high quality, place to grab your java. If I need something quick and happy--this is where I go. I know what to expect and get what I need every time. The staff are incredible. You can't leave there in a bad mood.

Always busy and always efficient with taking orders and making them correctly! Update August 2023: Have been here twice in the past week, and I have to say that the employees here exemplify the Dutch Bros warmth with their smiles, excellent customer service, and quick and efficient service.....as well as making great drinks! This location is a pain to get in and out of, but the employees make it worth the hassle with how great they are!

I'm absolutely shocked that I have had this experience with my Dutch bro's! I have never gotten a bad cup of coffee ever... until today. My coffee tasted burned, hardly any creamer. My husband's tea was on point. Sad when a coffee shop serves better tea than coffee. I don't see myself visiting this location in the future. Do better. Today was a hard day for me. I was looking forward to a pick me up, instead I received an unexpected let down.

Loving my neighborhood Dutch Bros. Great coffee and awesome people working there. I don't even mind the line (which moves quickly). Always tip these guys, they deserve it :-)

This place is 1 min from my house so I come pretty often. There is always a line but they are as quick as possible and friendly every time! I just want to shout the team out that was working tonight... I needed 20 gift cards, told them if that was too much we could do 10. Without skipping a beat the guy starting popping them out. At the end his iPad froze, I felt so bad but he was the one apologizing to me. He ended up re scanning and ringing them all in for me a second time. I hate to be a person to do that so I have so much appreciation for him and the team in there that were so nice and positive about it the whole time. This is a prime example of why dutch bros and this location will always be my top choice!

I was having a really bad day a few days ago. Like, can’t stop crying kind of day. It was a Friday and I was exhausted. It was awkward to show my face but I thought a coffee would help cheer me up. I’m not sure if it was on purpose, but I just realized you all didn’t charge me for my drink. If it was, thank you. If not, I owe you guys lol

Great coffee and all but this seems to be one of the slower locations. It usually takes 15 mins and the line only moves 4 cars or so. I usually try to come here when possible but most days the wait is so long that I have time to go a mile down the road to another coffee shop and come back in less time.

If you have never been to Dutch Bros you should definitely give them a try. They are a direct competitor of Starbucks and I think they are definitely winning. Higher quality coffee, great smoothies and snacks and amazing customer service! I look for them where ever I travel!

Love Dutch Bros in general especially over Starbucks. don't go here very often as we do try to stay away from sugar. if rebel makes a sugar free version and you could start offering more sugar free options we would definitely come in more often when we are in town. also sugar free frosts and freezes would be amazing. Staff is always super friendly but never see the same crew so cant give any specific shout outs to any crew members that go above and beyond. but for the most part all the people we deal with are always stellar.

Dutch bros used to be my daily stop. But I received some coupons from a competitor. I called and asked if they could be used with Dutch bros because I prefer them. They did not accept so I took them to the (competitor). They’re my new daily stop! Keep up the good work Dutch, but try to retain your customers!

Best location in the springs! I have moved out of state temporarily but I can’t wait to get back to my mountains and my blended Hawaiian lemonade. Miss the folks that work here… y’all are amazing!!

I just love this place. The employees are always so pleasant and the drinks are always delicious (and correct)! I stop here frequently and even when there’s a line, it goes by so quickly. 10/10 kind of place!

We were in colorado springs for a night and after exploring morning in Colorado Springs I was looking for a coffee shop to start my day. I searched near me and decided to have coffee from Dutch Bros Coffee. It is a drive through coffee shop and you can see different cars in drive through waiting to get their coffee. The prices are reasonable and loved the customer service too. He was very good in knowing my taste and selected the coffee according to my taste. From the coffee I selected the caramel coffee. The service was quick too and I got my coffee in 5 minutes. The coffee was delicious and i loved my coffee. The coffee was well roasted with the delicious taste. I would any-day select Dutch Bros over Starbucks. Amazing coffee shop and don't miss their coffee whenever you have a chance.

Was in line for 20 minutes tonight and noticed the milk they were using for people’s drinks was clearly left sitting out next to the drive thru window in plain sight the entire time. It was there before I pulled up and after I left without being refrigerated so I can’t say for sure how long it sat out, but my stomach is upset now and all my symptoms indicate that I drank milk that had been sitting out too long. This is the second time I’ve gotten sick after getting a drink from this location, but I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time. This time there is no doubt as I saw the milk sitting out. Not returning to this location.

The service was great, and the workers are amazing, and friendly. Fast and quick service. Coffee is great and on point, but they have more than coffee. They have alot to choose from. They serve with a smile and a good positive attitude.

We found this coffee place while traveling and decided to try it because we don't have any where we live. We enjoyed the different flavors and went back several times. If you like coffee, try it!

Ok, we "used" to be Starbucks groupies. However, we chose to make Dutch Bros our new coffee fixers for social reasons. OMG! their holiday drinks, Merry Mischief Rebel, Hazel Truffle Mocha and Snow Cap Freeze are AHHHMAZING. So, full of flavor. The barista who served us-a slice of joy. Go give them a try. Dang it! Now I want a Merry Mischief Rebel. Oh, by the way, can you please franchise in Pueblo West, Co.

This location can get pretty busy and the parking lot gets congested because it's shared with other businesses. They usually keep things moving fairly well. It's what you would expect from Dutch Bros.

This location dutchs bro is the best one in the county hands down (unless it saturday) coffee always sucks on saturdays which is very odd lol. Other wise hardly any mishaps on orders and super cool staff.

I only ever get chocolate milk cause my days as an employee at Starbucks have all but ruined coffee for me and completely nerfed caffeine.... This place has some bomb chocolate milk tho believe you me! Oh yeah and my wife says their other drinks are waaay better than Starbucks. Lol

Dutch Bros is the only coffee that actually keeps me up. My wife knows to get it for me if she has a long list of stuff for me to do. We always ask for the employees to surprise us and they do a great job!

Stood in the stand up window for over 30 minutes watched several people who ordered after me get their drinks first. Asked the staff they said they get the orders all mixed up. Finally received my drink it's good but not 30 minute wait good.

I couldn't afford a small, but they accidentally made me a medium after I had a really awful day. The person taking my order was so kind. I wish I could have tipped them. That small act of kindness changed the trajectory of my day, this location is always so kind. Thank you to the employee who didn't mind waiting for me when I was struggling 😊

Coffee is good, friendly service. But-very long wait, not enough vanilla in the large coffee, asked if I wanted to tip (awkward), said 50 cents, she tipped herself a dollar. Won’t be back.

Went to get coffee, there was a bit of room to move up, but didn’t want to hit the runner, so I waited, the other car went around and they proceeded to serve her as if I wasn’t even there before her, it was super inconsiderate, I ended up leaving because I thought that was ridiculous. Definitely going else where.

Always such a happy & friendly staff. More affordable & ( IMHO) better tasting than the infamous "mermaid coffee".

Went in yesterday around 5 I believe and it was a great and friendly experience. The worker taking orders outside was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The girls working the window were super friendly as well, nice and great at holding a conversation. Definitely made me want to come back and they even complimented my decorations in the 4runner which is an extra plus! The drinks are definitely on point here, even early early mornings they are doing a great job! Overall I will definitely be coming here more then the other ones.

I'm not a coffeee person, I love chai... but Dutch Bros has so much fun it's infectious, and they make a great cup of anything! Highly recommended over Starbucks!

This is my go to coffee place, they always make the line go through fast as possible, such amazing and friendly people work here, definitely take the time to come down here if you're waiting 15/20+ minutes in your coffee drive thru!
