I don't really anticipate much from a drive through coffee place as far as quality, but The Human Bean has unexpectedly great drip coffee. We pick up bags of beans from time to time too. The breakfast burritos are also top notch. 🤌🏼 But, most importantly, I've never had an unfriendly or even low-effort experience with any of the staff. They are kind and present each time I've pulled through. Keep hiring awesome people!

1st time visiting and I am in love! Their coffee is amazing and staff was very friendly considering it was my first visit. Some places will just suggest any drink to get you out the door and move on to the next guest. This place was very willing to answer my questions. I tried an iced Chai latte with strawberry flavoring. It was amazing! Definitely worth stopping by!!

Don't normally stop for coffee in the am as it's usually crazy busy anywhere. I was running ahead of schedule and there were only 4 cars in each drive up for total of 8 cars, I had time. Much to my surprise well before I made the window a nice young lady came to my truck to take my order. Not only did they get the order right, it was back out to me before I made it to the window. Great, quick efficient service with a smile!

Consistently the best coffee around. Sometimes the size of the location makes the lines a bit crazy, but they do their best to streamline the process. Personal Recommendations: Leftover Latte, Snow-Capped Rocky Always get the chocolate bean.

We used to go there 3-5xs a week until today. Recently cleaned out our drawer and had 2 completely filled out punch cards, it says in the card that they will honor them. The new worker dude today refused to take them. We spend $350 a month on coffee there and they wouldn't give us the fee ones we worked for. Lame, we will go to Dutch bros from now on.

While visiting my daughter in the Denver area I had to satisfy my coffee craving so hit the drive thru local drive thru coffee shop not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. The young lady taking orders was very pleasant and spunky...loved it. Coffee was better than average but nothing outstanding. Very convenient to drive thru as not accustomed to that in the Chicago area.

im an OR nurse, so when im tired or crabby, i ususally just need a coffee infusion. take a little drive up to this HumanBean and have them make me a cold Granita, coffee flavor, with an extra shot of espresso. ZING! CHEERS ME RIGHT UP! we have been as far north as CouerDaLane Idaho and found fabulous humans in Human Bean Coffee drive-thrus... now we need to get more Human Bean Coffees in the DENVER AREA. as it stands now, i do a 70- mile roundtrip ( from Parker to Windsor) for my Granita. HUMAN BEAN CORPORATION, can you come to Denver, please?

More expensive than other coffee places and the line takes ages to get through. I ordered 3 drinks at the window and it took 10 minutes to make 3 drinks, 2 of which turned out wrong.

Coffee was delicious, the barista was awesome and very nice! Definitely will come back when I’m in the area.

The employee that has brunette hair who worked the west side of the kiosk is awesome! She remembered my drink and the directions I asked her from only being there 1 time before. The London fog with lavender is fantastic and so is she!

The baristas are so kind at the human bean!! They know my name, the drinks I tend to order and the things that are going on in my life. It almost feels like a second home to me :) Not only do they have AMAZING service, but their coffee is delicious and is made from coffee beans grown by small, family-owned farms across the world. 10/10 FOR THE CROSSROADS HUMAN BEAN!

Would of gave it 5 stars if not for the snotty people in line waiting for their designer coffee drinks....I just wanna hot tall black n sweet. I got my delish coffee n thumbed my nose at the posers still waiting in line. Other than that service is top notch n their product is sound.

First time at this location (or a Human Bean ever). Wow! Girls were slammed and hustled everyone right through. Great service and awesome attitudes! Also, the sage breakfast burrito was scrumptious. Thank you Ladies.

My FAVORITE place to get coffee. I live in Nebraska and go to Colorado to vacation and one of the main reasons I go is to get coffee at the Human Bean! I used to live in Evans and would go to the Human Bean quite often. Always friendly staff and AMAZING COFFEE!! Fan for life!

This is the chicfila of coffee shops. All the baristas were extremely friendly and came out to the car to take orders for the people in line. Drinks were yummy too and came with a chocolate cover coffee bean

Great tasting coffee! Much better than the Starbucks across the street. Lines appear long but baristas keep it moving.

Love the coffee and the customer service / friendliness of the staff is refreshing compared to other places. My husband and I rate this as our second favorite coffee (Florentine, half hot chocolate, half coffee) we can get in Northern Colorado!

I Love Human Bean! Always have. Today was particularly a great experience. I didn’t get the Reps name (let’s call her Ms Life Hack) and her help was impactful. She helped me navigate the Humana Bean app with ease and utilize it most efficiently! She was training a new employee at the time too; he’s got a great standard example to follow. Thank you so much for doing all the little things that make a big impact to someone’s day!

As another reviewer wrote, didn't expect much from a drive-thru plus I asked for decaf. The coffee was exceptionally tasty, chocolate bean was fun, and raspberry scone was very satisfying :) Will definitely be back! Was it a local roast?

I had a whipped white mocha macadamia nut drink that was crazy good! Loved it! Also had a chilled salted caramel that was to die for! Both cold drinks made this old "I only drink coffee hot" lady very happy! And I almost forgot the best part... the young lady that came outside to get our order! She got all 3 orders correctly without writing them down. Not one mistake. Love your drinks and LOVE your employees.

The lady was very helpful especially since we just moved to Colorado, she even gaves us a free coffee next time we go

Love the Snow Capped Rocky! I'm a long time Starbucks guy, but if they adopted some of Starbucks things like order ahead on app and provided some way to pick up without waiting in line, I would visit a lot more.

Good coffee, poor management. Hired my 16 year old daughter as her 1st job in life. She worked 3 times and they fired her with no explanation. " Excellent training"- right? Lost my business and anyone I talk to about them. Terrible way to treat a new young employee.

A lot more customer service would go a long way! You are open to sell caffeine beverages and such. Then why did I get the employee who didn't want to be there and as the line grew the slower they got! Then when given the wrong drink got OMG look and the cup grabbed from me and employee stormed off. I was very polite from start to finish and still treated like I was interrupting her day! My name isn't Chief either!

Staff were not just nice, but vibrant people. Very good vibes! Tried the Spanish Rose iced and it was delicious. The kids downed their hot cocoa and frozen caramel ribbon. Very reasonable prices and hoping access to that parking lot is increased-- we would love to stop by on trips! Definitely a spot I'd keep an eye out for!
