When I pulled up, I didn't think I would have my coffee within 5 min....especially since 10 cars were in front of me. But...the dual window approach worked flawlessly. Great staff, attentive and I got the best dirty chai, and it was hot!!!

For its small size, this place kills it on service. Probably once of the best Dutch Bros Coffees we've ever been to.

I went last night,12/23/23 around 5:30pm. The baristas were unprofessional and were having some sort of a social event. They were talking to their friend who was in line, and another pulled up ... they continued to talk even though their friend was already served their drink. I didn't realize until later that I waited over 10minutes in line ! They lacked customer awareness, and were unprofessional!

This is the 3rd time I ordered a simple white chocolate mocha hot coffee and they gave me a hot chocolate. I went 2 times today the second time I went I told them they gave me a hot chocolate when I ordered the white choc mocha coffee .... I also added a hot coffee with blonde add shots . She read me the order everything sounded correct. I get home and saw they gave me another hot chocolate and a tea ????? I'm so frustrated I don't know how more clear I have to be with a simple order. I won't be going back to this location.

I'm never disappointed when I go to Dutch bros! So much variety on the menu and always extremely personable and friendly staff. Sharing the love today by donating proceeds to the Springs Rescue Mission because that's how wonderful and caring DB's is!

I have been told of this place for many years and now I have tasted of its wonders!! Best coffee I have ever had and I have had many a coffee!!! Go try it!!!

Dutch Brothers is amazing! The employees always treat you like you're their best friend and that they've been waiting for you all day! Love that they get to jam out to some cool music. I love the white annihilator but I haven't tried all the drinks and I'm pretty sure I should try everything!

My Son had a flat Tire yesterday while downtown he came across the Dutch Brothers location and one of the Barosta saw he was terrified in this Situation, so they waved him in, showed him were to park and he called his Dad. He is a fairly new Driver and never encountered having a Nail in the Tire. The Borista came out and told him to have some Coffee if he drink some, he was so grateful to have encountered People so nice and helpful. We want to thank all of the Staff who helped him at the Time of need. Thank you all so much for caring.

Dutch is amazing. We don't have one by out house so we don't go much which is sad to say. The trifecta freeze is so good. We have had tons of drinks and they have been great. Customer service is always on point and walk up window is nice and speedy. Also, when we checked out, I didn't have someone ask for a tip which made it even better! We are definitely going to go more often.

The dudes who work here are awesome. I forgot my card, we couldn't get the QR code to work, and they let me have the drink anyway. 'preciate you fellas.

Order a large sugar free Carmelizer blended and a large chocolate crunch freeze blended picture perfect. Got to the window and they hadn't blended the sugar free caramelizer had to tell then it was to be blended and they did but wasn't blended very well at all my husband had it almost gone before we even got home. We have been to other locations and never had any issues like this. They are also very slow and not really friendly like the rest. It's only this location that seems to be the worst since we been going to Dutch bros. We go to Dutch bros because they have sugar free because my husband is diabetic. We would like to see more sugar free options. But we will not be going to this location anymore. We will go to either Platte and union or Palmer Park and circle locations seem to have better luck at those locations. Then when he got home is blood sugar was up and he hadn't had anything since noon so his wasn't sugar free like it was supposed to be

We had never tried Dutch Bros and decided to swing by on our way to Divde. The girl helping us at the window was wonderful. We did not care for our coffee. It wasn't sweet enough for us. I had the golden eagle, and I would not recommend it. Scooters is more my style.

Try the Golden eagle, you’ll love it if you enjoy iced coffee and caramel!! They’re always extremely friendly and fast. I love that the staff always try’s to chat and they give great recommendations. They have better attitudes than most Starbucks workers for sure!!

Been a customer since they first opened in the Springs, but have since given up and get my coffee anywhere else. The prices have gotten outrageous. They charge extra for soft top, new lids don’t allow for regular whipped cream, they charge extra for a blended drink…you can easily drive out spending $8-$12 on a drink, which is way too much for coffee and milk. They used to have decent prices, charged less for iced drinks (because you’re adding water to a drink) and have a decent menu. Now the menu is a mystery and the app is worse (why are the syrups not listed anywhere?). They charge extra to blend your drink. The amount of ice they fill your cup with is a rip off. The consistency is terrible. I wish they would be trained to measure how much syrup to use because each time I order a drink (usually with only one syrup, and I ask for 1/2 sweet) it’s wildly different. The amount of times we’ve driven away with an undrinkable overly-sweet beverage is ridiculous. And their great super friendly customer focused service has changed, now so often they leave you feeling like you crashed their private party. And they actually ask you to tip (which I always do). That’s really not appreciated…

Ordered a hot cocoa they have on the menu and ended up with coffee. I can't drink coffee yet due recent procedures so i had to throw out my drink because by the time it cooled down i was already almost home which was about 10 miles away. The day staff always get my order right but last night the dude taking orders didn't seem like he even wanted to do his job and was super rude even. Almost like he shouldn't be working customer service. I will not come back here though, we have plenty of other dutch locations that are way better!

I’m admittedly addicted, my only complaint is that their hot beverages vary in temperature. Sometimes they are only warm. I have learned to test the temperature of my drink before I leave so they can’t heat it up if needed.

These guys are my daughters favorite so they get good review. She loves their White Zombie(i think thats what its called) and I like the double sided drive thru.

Update for all! Only the south side lane is open, but they added a lane so now there's 2. Don't try to access from Colorado, only S Weber. Why: They're remodeling the building and are now making drinks from a food truck type stand (pictured here). The lane is occupied by a construction garbage dumpster and road construction lighting trailer w/ generator. This is day 2 of the set up, so they're still getting used to it.

I really used to like this location and would even tip $3 just for my large cold brew to show support untill today. This was the second time they forgot about my simple order. I don't mind waiting 15 minutes but when afterwards it turns out they forgot my order it becomes very annoying. I thought about never getting Dutch Bros Coffee again but it's too good... I'll just never come to this location again and let my peers know. Just because I actually order coffee and not great dessert in a cup doesn't mean my order is not important like everyone's else. I should give this review two stars since I will be saving a lot of money not wasting gas idling for a forgotten simple order but it's whatever. Good day and try harder.

It was the day before Thanksgiving, and the employees were so sweet, even though they were working, with such awesome attitudes and I was so impressed and I told one of them, if I were younger, I would definitely choose to work among all of them and share in their professionalism , joy and knowledge! Went to this place for the first time a few weeks ago! I’m in love with the friendly staff, the awesome tasting drinks. Oh the hot chocolate made with coconut with was amazing. This is fast becoming my new favorite coffee shop!!

This location is pretty great, but the parking lot absolutely sucks. I love the workers, and they are always so energetic and fun. The only issue I have is how bad the parking lot is. The drive thru area is so small and the only parking available is reserved for team members. The drive thru lines always back up into the roads, and create major traffic issues for so many people, especially commuters

Always love Dutch Bros and the staff! Always a great drink and friendly service. Lines move pretty quickly and is always worth the wait. Staff has no problem accommodating any dietary needs that they can.

Everytime I pull up I am greeted with friendly smiling faces and genuine people who really seem to care. My coffee was made perfectly and the staff recognized me right away! They have a great vibe and even better coffee would definitely recommend!!!

Wow! First time I went here, first time at dutch Bros, I fell in love! I enjoy the carmelizer. My son loves the golden eagle. I haven't had a bad item yet! I will always go to Dutch Bros no matter where I am before I have any ordinary cup of coffee!

As I was in the drive through this morning, it was obvious that I was having a rough day. This super kind barista (sorry I didn’t catch a name) comped the two drinks I ordered, plus loaded my app with another drink on the house. That act of kindness shone some light on an otherwise devastating day, and I am so grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
