We had a waitress named Ashton (I’m pretty sure that was her name) and she was amazing!! Some of the best customer service I’ve had in Columbia in a long time! We got the “never ending” pasta bowl, and she refilled our stuff so fast!! She even kept the drinks full the entire time we were there! 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!

I was the coordinator for a wedding here in Columbia, and the logistics of catering is always a stressful ordeal. I have never been an Olive Garden fan, but Tim and Audrey’s exceptional service and attitudes have convinced me that their catering is top tier! I have worked with lots of caterers, many of which being for extremely formal events. This was a more laid back friend of the family wedding, and wanted nothing too fancy. The food was much better than I ever expected, and Tim and Audrey’s flexibility and optimism was a huge weight off of my shoulders! The general manager Tim gave me his card with his personal cell before he left, letting me know if I needed anything or needed him to come back, he would absolutely take care of it. There were plenty of leftovers that guests were thrilled to take home, and Audrey took the time to wrap them for us with to go boxes and bags. Again, I never considered Olive Garden for any of my events before, but last night they completely changed my mind. Exceptional!

Apart from the long wait time. I was impressed by their service. The waiter was super nice and welcoming. We were four of us and had different meals. We enjoyed our meals that came in a timely manner. Thanks for your great service

The restaurant is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and they work hard. The food was good (especially the warm Italian doughnuts with chocolate sauce) and the salad is amazing. My 12yo even loved it. I like that they will send you a text when you're table is ready and you can see your spot in line so you don't have to sit and wait in the restaurant.

I enjoy going to Olive Garden on occasion. Every visit is usually very consistent, and it was no different during my latest visit. I ordered the soup, salad, and bread sticks and everything was on par to my expectations. The service was great and I plan to go back at some point in the future.

I really liked our waiter, and the atmosphere was good. The food was also good but I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because all of the food was very rich, and the different sauces that I had on my items kinda all tasted the same. But all in all its a nice place to go.

I'm perplexed that the traditional Olive Garden salad dressing options have changed from a low fat dressing option to a most opposite, Ranch. Previously, customers had the option between traditional and traditional low fat. While the expansion of flavors to include ranch may be desirable for some, it's such a shame that it comes at the cost of eliminating customers who opt for the low-fat alternative. A bold move on Olive Gardens part. While most restaurants look to expand into a more "health conscious" market, Olive Garden does quite the opposite.

My husband and I had a wonderful date night this evening. I really think it's important to write reviews, especially when the service is exceptional. Our waitress was Abigail H, and she was on the spot with everything we needed. She has a wonderful table side manner and the food was fresh and delicious.

Told us 8 was too many to serve because they only had 3 waiters-waitresses. I said if us 4 walk through the door then another four people walk in you’re still gonna have the same amount to serve. Still said no with only 6 people eating in the restaurant.

The waitress went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. The food was excellent and fairly priced. You left full and satisfied. The atmosphere was warm, homey and inviting. Highly recommend this place.
