We had our daughter's party here. Sherry and Danielle (Dani?) were extremely helpful. They absolutely helped the party run smoothly. Kids enjoyed bouncing on the inflatables. Announcements were made to keep the party on schedule. The kids even got to take a group photo at the end. The hour and a half time slot was perfect. It didn't feel like it dragged, but it also didn't feel like we were rushed. Thank you Bella's Bouncies.

Horrible . Mike the owner I believe was very rude. So was the employee who was the hostess for my daughters birthday. Very rude. Yelling and telling guests to leave when paying extra for more time to jump. Rip off. And when speaking with Mike, he is quick to claim the cameras don’t work yet they said they did when I first called and stated they would review the footage and see what took place and what was said. Sadly they couldn’t come up with EITHER. I was rudely told to call corporate to get my refund back. I didn’t receive half of what I paid for. For $340 for a party? Without food, ect ?!? Nor drinks . Pretty sadden…. Very unprofessional staff. Be careful with an older lady and a young girl with short hair. Both are rude and rather be on the phones than assist with any services! Never would rent nor come to this nasty low end place. Conversation was record when I called . Check the ALL reviews before choosing this place . Did I mention owner was rude as his employees. It’s sad you spell my name incorrect. Maybe don’t yell at customers. Lack of manners and then again lying left and right. Joke !

Our 4 year old had a blast playing here. Pretty good deal too. Paid $13 and he played for almost 2 hours. Will definitely be back.

Had our son's 4th birthday party there and it was so amazing! The people are wonderful and so helpful.. and the place is an incredible option for a birthday party with kids EVERYWHERE!!! Very clean facility and great amenities.. everything you could ask for, and you get the whole space to yourself for your guests! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.. our son loved it!!

Went here twice for birthday parties. Great place for it! lots to run around in and do for little kids. My daughter enjoys coming here and she's 6. if you don't like feet or the smell of shoes off this isnt going to be it for you LOL

We went for a birthday party and it was fun and lived how private it was for the birthday for just the party. However 90 minutes seem to fly by and we're a little pushy to get everyone out quickly when time was up. I understood it was a Saturday and busy since it's cold outside but felt like the time could have been longer to allow. Otherwise, my toddlers had a blast and asked to go back.

Went to a bday party for my daughters friend and loved it so much 6 weeks later we had her 3rd bday there.

Went to a birthday party there just yesterday. The kids had the time of their lives, staff was super friendly, the place was clean. There was an incident when the birthday boy got a nice lump on his head, but staff gave us some ice on a baggie for him, which was in my opinion above and beyond, as we signed a waiver of liability, so we were really grateful for that. Kids of all ages were having fun, even my oldest daughter who thought it would be boring for someone her age. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who thinks about going.

They really do a great job in a small space for kids of all ages.

This is a great place and the kids always have a good time!! Sherry who works there is awesome especially if you are having a birthday party. She is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to make everything go smoothly.

This is a 3-4-5-6kids dream‼️‼️Saying that the rest .,,,,well the professional photos do not represent the place event location....this a retro-fit storage building.... A lot of ""maintenance"" needed....that is all i have to say ....see the posted photos.🙄
