This salon offers friendly service and my colorist does a wonderful job providing me with a beautiful color each time, however, it’s very disappointing that after the wash out, which is required after a color, a customer would be expected to blow dry their own wet hair instead of the salon completing the overall experience after the color service. For a service that cost $110, I wouldn’t expect to walk out of a salon with soaking wet hair, unless I dried it myself. It leaves an experience meant to boost self esteem and confidence incomplete, disappointing, and lackluster. For a salon of this caliber, I’d think drying a client’s hair before leaving would be at the very least a common courtesy, but also simply included in the price of a complete service. It’s also unappealing and unsanitary to find someone else’s hair in the brushes left out at the blow dry station. Again, the colorists and employees are friendly , but the self service blow dry station is tacky and unprofessional for this salon at this level of professionalism.

My sister and I came in for haircuts with a stylist named John. We are both extremely happy with how our hair turned out. John was knowledgeable, kind, and funny which made our experience even better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nicely done haircut at a great place.

I love what Karin did to my hair! She took the time to discuss with me what I want and what to expect and she did exactly what I wanted! I'm impressed. Karin does only dyeing and not haircuts.Keep in mind that if you want a haircut, too, you have to schedule another appointment with someone else who does haircuts. Also, you do blow dry to your hair alone after hair dyeing. The place is nice and the staff is really friendly. Thank you and see you soon again! 100% recommend.

Very unprofessional,I’ve got a haircut by Tommy, this was the worst experience. I asked for one thing and he gave me the worst haircut with a lot of spaces and also uneven. When I asked for a refund she told me that she cannot make any refund. Or just for a simple fix she told me that there is no one how can fix me now and just come back in 3 days. DON’T GO THERE!!! A bunch of unprofessional people!! P.S When i was coming back they where still working,i saw 2 girls who were still working. They just didn't want to fix what they did and didn't want to return the money

Well done. Throughout the recent pandemic they have never let the guard or their standards slip below excellent. It is the only place I go for a haircut...huge shout out to Diane who never fails to make even Frankenstein look handsome for a day!!

Pretty shop, clean and modern but just another haircut where she didn't listen to what I said I wanted. I styled my hair before I came and just wanted a trim and clean up of ends and came out of there with her cutting and styling it totally different! At least she didn't take a ton off but she still didn't do as I asked. Not happy and will not be going back!! Received a call from owner after my first review. She asked me to come back and try someone else and I did. She suggested Jon who she said was not only very good but listened to his clients which I said was one of the issues I had not only with my first haircut there but hair stylists in general. I was impressed that Christina took the time to call me about my review and I was really impressed with the time Jon took listening to me, cutting my hair and styling my hair. He has somewhat restored my faith in hair stylists and I will definitely be going back to him! I think I have finally found someone who I can trust with my hair!!!

Holy cow this place is amazing and everyone is super nice! I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with how my hair turned out Karin did my color and it’s beautiful and brandy did my cut/ style!!! They are both the BEST!! Give them a shot I promise you I won’t let you down I’m usually super picky with my hair but this will be the only salon I go to from now on!!!!! Seriously can’t stop looking at how gorgeous my hair is!!

I returned to the salon and my fav stylist, Tommy Antonnucci, after I moved out of the area temporarily…thrilled to return after a year of sun-standard service at big name salons in the city. My color is rich and amazing and my cut is sharp and trendy…Tommy is one of the most veteran talented in the biz! Even if I move again, I’ll fly in for service he’s just that good!!!!!

I've brought my daughter twice and decided I finally needed a cut as well. First of all, let me just say that the head massage during the shampoo ALONE is worth booking. I didn't know how much I needed that piece of relaxation until I got it. Our hair, of course, turned out great as well. Everyone is always friendly, the place is always clean, and they are abiding by the COVID guidelines for your safety. You will NOT be disappointed.
