Second time here and can’t get it right. Stale burger bun that was rock hard, burger was not fully cooked and WAY overpriced compared to it’s very vast competition. If you want to be on the toilet after eating here then be my guest. Horrible place and food is not up to par. Staff seems snobby and looks as if they don’t want to be there at all. Not spending another penny here.

We used Kojak’s to cater a HS graduation party for about 25-30 people this weekend. I used the online ordering system and found it to be easy to navigate. But to be sure, I called and spoke with the GM, Kate, to make sure I was ordering enough food, etc. She was really helpful and great with breaking everything down for me. Awesome customer service, excellent service. The food was ready on time and all there, ready to go at pick up. Everyone LOVED the food, especially my out of town family who miss Chicago style Italian beefs and gyros. We had plenty of food for the party and left overs. I highly recommend for their service and their food!!! Kate and staff were amazing!!

Clean restroom and nothing else to say about this place. It does have a lot of potential but unfortunately nothing really to say good about food

Terrible. Placed a ezcater order, Restaurant did not make the order properly would not take accountability for their mistake. Manager Anthony was one of the biggest jerks I have ever spoken with. Thankfully ez cater took care of the issue before having to file a claim with my credit card. We purchase over 100k of catering for our buss every 6mo. This restaurant lost all my business and will let all my local customers that use them for fundraising to make sure to find a different partner to work with. Stay far away from this place and the rude manager. Have ordered before with good results however with the current manager seems like they are on a downhill spiral. Wouldn't be suprised if they end up closing down soon.

One of McHenry’s new offerings, Kojack’s advertises “Greek Fries” boldly outside on its marquee, along with other Chicagoland classics. I visited with family a few days ago, and liked the experience overall. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for years, I have a few things I’d change but not many. Cleanliness: 9/10 with a very clean dining room that was cleaned well after guests left. Food: I ordered the Italian Combo with Greek Fries. The sandwich was huge, beef was sliced thick and tasted great. Sausage wasn’t my favorite, but wasn’t bad either. Toppings offered were fantastic, and the roll was delicious. Greek Fries here are thin cut fries with feta, lemon juice, spices, and I believe olive oil. Loved them, and would absolutely order them again. Someone at the table next to us had commented on how good they were as well. Portion sizes were large and at a fair price. My family member got the Reuben, which was somewhat devoid of 1000 Island and much sauerkraut….so his experience wasn’t as great as mine, but he said it wasn’t bad, and liked the option for chips on the side. To be fair, the provided kettle chips did look pretty good. Menu options were pretty large, and I was intrigued by their gyro/hamburger hybrid burger. Staff was friendly and brought our meals to the table. I assume someone from management or possibly the owner stopped by our table to ask if everything was okay. Definitely a service you don’t see often at a Quick Service Restaurant. The only things I’d change would be more garbage cans in the restaurant, adding a little more decoration on the wall, and maybe add a napkin dispenser at each table. Kojacks has a pretty big menu, and did a decent job of impressing me the first visit. I’ll be back to try a few more things out, but so far it’s a decent spot.

Don’t bother ordering from as a vegetarian. My work ordered from here for lunch and the option they were provided with for me was a Greek salad wrap. Lettuce on a tortilla that was absolutely drenched in an absurd amount of salad dressing. Photo attached and all I did was cut the wrap in half

Pretty good hot dogs and chili dogs. The Greek salad, if you want to call it that had 2 pieces of feta cheese, 1 olive, and half of a slice of tomato. They serve ice cream too. The place was clean with friendly workers. Fairly cheap pricing too.

Very tasty food with custom menu items. Price is relatable to similar establishments. Expect to pay around 12 to 18 a person.

They have great food and very good Icecream. The only Bad thing, the Smoker's this place attracts are pigs. You couldn't even count the cigarette but's in front of this place

We have loved Kojack's for years. We are gyro snobs (yeah our pain...). Anywho, the last couple of gyros we have ordered are sliced super thin. It's not the same. It tastes like the gyro meat from grocery stores. I am not sure why it has changed. Maybe some folks like the meat sliced thin, but it least make it optional. Thin don't win. Love you guys anyway!

Super inflated prices I can go anywhere and get a hotdog by itself à la cart for four dollars or less here they’re charging over five dollars almost 6 just for the hotdog and then to make it a combo you add $5 for a medium drink and a small fry just doesn’t seem worth it I understand they have to pay for their labor and other costs that have gone up but maybe don’t have four people working upfront when there’s zero customers or take some of the gambling money that they make to help offset the inflation that they’re seeing for the food that they purchase… seems very greedy that I paid $16 For a gyro sandwich, fries and a drink and the sandwich was probably one of the smallest ones I’ve ever had Interior needs help walking to the bathroom. Bunch of food carriers fell on top of me and blocked the hallway. For having no customers 4 staff upfront doing nothing and two cooking in the back cooking two orders, you would’ve expected to have had drink options, but both of the lemonade containers were completely empty pib extra had no syrup sweet tea was dry and everything was messy. Food did taste decent tho

Food was average. The workers were very nice. The ice cream was delicious. Loved the environment. Would be back if I was in the area.

Omg I felt invisible for almost ten minutes. ZERO customer service. They weren’t even busy. Picked up an online order. Fries were missing, greek chicken sauce leaked everywhere in bag. Fries missing. Baklava and spanikopita were both very soggy :( Chicken was moist, but definitely not Greek marinated like I’ve had before. Called for partial refund and got hung up on. Didn’t answer at all when I called back. NEVER AGAIN.
