I go back 12 years ago with Dr. Keuer. He discovered my Prostate problem that led to Quadruple by surgery. We then moved to AZ and became "Snowbirds. Now back in Illinois permanently and reconnected with Dr. Keuer again. My health is his concern and always has been. Thanks Dr. Keuer. Jim

very poor customer service. If you call you get an answering service that doesn’t even knohid name or what kind of doctor he is. I called a month ago to get a prescription filled and it wasn’t done. I called today and got an even more person who couldn’t help. I need a doctor who can respond to my needs, not someone who doesn’t even know who he is. Get rid of this service. Fred Schmidt

I had a very enjoyable visit with Doctor Keuer. He was very caring and thorough with my appointment. He answered all my questions satisfactory .

This doctor and his staff have always been very thorough while also being very cordial and patient focused.

Dr. Keuer put me at ease when he explained the results of a blood test that I thought had bad news. He explained what we were going to do step by step and what would happen at each stage of the tests. I feel much better knowing I can call him with just a simple question or a big concern. He's great.

My most recent visit with Dr. Keuer was a review of my most recent test results. The results were good and after his discussion we scheduled my next appointment. As always, he was very pleasant and thorough.

My first impressions. The wait was very short as filling out information online really simplified the process. Admission and nursing staff very friendly and professional. Dr Keuer was a pleasure to work with.

The care I received was wonderful. I was very nervous about the procedure and my nurse was so calming and reassuring. The facility was very clean and the staff was professional. Doctor Keuer was very nice and had a great bedside manner. He explained the procedure to me and was happy to answer my questions. I would 100% recommend your practice to friends or family.

Dr. Keuer met with me for the first time. He was up to speed on my challenges and we jumped right into conversations about what I could do next. He gave me what he said was his best approach with my current situation and I felt comfortable with his advice and am moving forward with it. Great bedside manners and was prepared.
