This place is absolutely amazing!!! My 4-year old daughter took the Booster Class (swim instruction every day for one week) and by the end of the week, she was swimming on her own, with some assistance. It was beautiful! ...I can't stop watching my videos! :) The staff are compassionate, friendly and patient. They have there 'method' but have made adjustments to accommodate my baby's skill level and comfort. Plus, they're really great at finding the right fit for the children and placing them in the appropriate class. The whole staff works together to be sure your child is in a class that meets his/her needs. We got to know Mr. Austin (AMAZING swim coach), Bailey, and Stephanie pretty well and they were all so helpful. Prior to signing up, I called a few times regarding logistics and to ask questions. They all made us feel at home before we even arrived. One day, Stephanie took some time to tell us about the fish (AND EEL!!! ;) ) in there aquarium! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Dolphin Swim Club of Crystal Lake. ...I'll just say that we wrapped up our sessions last week and I'm already signing up my daughter for more. If you want your child/children to swim, this is the place. Honestly, I can't say enough. Thank you Dolphin Swim Club of Crystal Lake!!! 🦈😊

What a wonderful gem in the community. These swim lessons are worth every penny. We were lucky to have Amanda as the instructor for our kids and I am blown away by the energy she puts into the lessons and the progress each of my kids has made. Highly, highly recommend.

We live in Arizona, but had an extended stay in Illinois (7 weeks 😬). I didn't want my daughter to lose her swim skills, so I found Dolphin Swim Club. They've been amazingly helpful working with us to find a comparable class. We've really enjoyed the school this summer. My mom, husband, & I have all taken turns going and watching. The instructors seem knowledgeable and have a good relationship with their students. The facilities are super cute, clean, and child friendly. I'm very happy with our experience. 🥰 If we're ever here long term again, I will be signing her up again.

I brought my great niece here for a couple months of swim lessons over the summer. We had a terrific experience. The staff are very friendly and customer focused. My niece had a couple different instructors due to some makeup sessions and each one was very kind and had a lot of patience with her. They made her feel very comfortable and made the lessons fun. I was pleased at how clean the facilities are too. No odors or chlorine in the air burning your eyes. Love that they have salt water pools. Great experience and look forward to bringing her back soon.

We have had our 2 kids (ages 5 and 2) in lessons with Mr. Paul since January. They love him, talk about him all the time at home! The rest staff is always super friendly and very accommodating (it's June as I write this and we have changed days and times a few times since Jan.) The pool is really warm and clean. All the instructors are awesome at getting reluctant swimmers into the pool - I've seen them work their magic with other kids as well as my 2yo. They also excel at teaching water safety. I highly recommend Dolphin Swim Club in Crystal Lake, especially Mr. Paul! 😀

I bring my 9 month old here and I love it! She was scared at first but now she loves to lay on her back in the water! The staff are very kind and patient, the place is clean, and the water always looks spotless. The water is also warm which I appreciate. I like getting to talk to other parents during class, I have met so many new people here! I highly recommend bringing your little ones here.

I have twin girls that started here in 2018. They have gained confidence, skills and a healthy knowledge of swimmer safety over the years. With each coach they have thrived, and grown personally striving to get onto swim team. We have been treated like family and will continue to be students for many years to come.

Very happy with my sons first experience here! My son is 18 months and his first time in baby swim was with Caliey. She is an amazing instructor. She walked us through everything they do in class, and made my son comfortable the entire time. She’s amazing at what she does!

We had a free trial lesson today. The moment I called in on Monday and spoke to a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring woman, I knew I was in the right place! We scheduled my son for a trial lesson and I was not expecting it to go as well as it did. Everyone was extremely kind and communicative about the program and my child. The teacher, Virginia, was exceptional. 50 points for Gryffindor exceptional! I can't wait to get my child signed up and in weekly lessons. I can't explain how difficult it is to have a child with sensory and other needs be able to spend time with children and adults without me up his rump or him up mine! So, today's experience was just phenomenal and I'm so filled with joy and elation, that I can't stop telling my friends!
