Will the young man serving the public please tie his luscious locks back so he can see what he’s doing and doesn’t he realise how unhygienic it is to be handling his hair every 5 seconds and can barely see what he’s doing? I refuse to allow him to serve me

The team are awesome will help you with anything, just ask. It's been running about 13 years now. Fish stock hit and miss but limited options. Cannot comment on other animals but unfortunately Fish supplies have apparently stopped until next year once the refit is completed unless they throw one more delivery in before Xmas. Until then search for island Fish enthusiasts and island fish and tank rescues FB. Cheers happy fishing. Woody

Don't get tricked by the reviews, they promote way to small cages for there small animals, provide improper advice and there cages are way to small, don't listen to a thing the staff say and look it up before listening to these staff members, would NOT recommend at all, they say they care about there animals, they get them from rodent mills which treat small animals terribly, don't get tricked .

The manager was fantastic. I just got a new puppy and went to Pete at home Spoke the manager fell in love with my puppy and as it's been a long time since I had a dog With her experience, got me what I needed and a lot of advice all the staff very experience and helpful pets at home isle of man should be proud of there staff and the store set up

They have an extensive selection of products and the staff are helpful if asked. My gripe is with their loyalty program: You get a one off discount purchase after signing up. I kept going back to check for stock availability but none until, coincidentally(!), just after my voucher expired they suddenly had my product in stock. Unfortunately the staff seemed not to have any authority to allow the discount under the circumstances. Left me feeling ripped off.

Excellent service from Adam, he was so helpful. Went out of his way to save us £12 on our shop, and was lovely to our dog. The store has a great, pet-friendly atmosphere.
